救护车出救不及时,“120”应否担责任?

编辑同志： 3个月前，我儿在家中维修房屋时不慎从屋顶摔下，因系头部着地，且坠落处为水泥地面，故伤情十分严重。我当即拨打“120”，接电话者表示立即出车。我家离医院仅2公里路程，然而救护车却于1小时后才到。他们解释说是抛锚所致。结果，我儿虽经抢救保住了性命，但落下了智力残疾。后有医疗专家告诉我说，我儿的残疾与抢救不及时有关。请问，救护车出救不及时，“120”应否担责任？     

关于 Pell 方程组 x2-s2(s2-1 )y2 =1 与 y2-Dz2 =4的解

设D=p_1…p_j(1≤j≤3),p_1,…,p_j(1≤j≤3)是互异的奇素数.利用初等方法讨论了Pell方程组x~2-s~2(s~2-1)y~2=1(s∈Z+,s≥2)与y~2-Dz~2=4的解的情况.     

Ti/RuO2-SnO2-CeO2/PbO2电极的制备及其电催化性能研究

[目的]通过引入新型三元过渡中间层(RuO_2-SnO_2-CeO_2)对Ti/PbO_2电极进行改性,提高电极活性及使用寿命。[方法]采用溶胶凝胶法制备RuO_2-SnO_2-CeO_2,通过X射线衍射(XRD)测试表征中间层结构及物象成分,并对改性电极进行循环伏安(CV)、电化学阻抗(EIS)、电催化降解4-氯酚及寿命加速等电化学性能测试,研究电极性能。[结果]RuO_2-SnO_2-CeO_2可以形成稳定的固溶体氧化物,对基底起到保护作用,电极寿命延长超过5.5倍,且具有更高的电催化活性。[结论]RuO_2-SnO_2-CeO_2的引入,提高了电极寿命及电催化活性。     

Fe2+/S2O2-8/S2O2-3体系下噻虫嗪的降解研究

为探讨噻虫嗪在Fe2+/S2O2-8/S2O2-3体系下降解情况,首先通过单因素实验研究了不同Fe2 、S2O2-8和S2O2-3浓度对噻虫嗪降解率的影响,然后通过中心复合实验,研究各单因素之间的相互影响,得出了Fe2 /S2O2-8/S2O2-3体系下Fe2 、S2O2-8和S2O2-3三种离子的最佳配比,建立了噻虫嗪化学氧化降解模型,并确定其最佳降解条件为：Fe2 浓度为0.69 mmol·L-1,S2O2-3为0.69 mmol·L-1,S2O2-8为3.29 mmol·L-1。最后在三种离子最佳配比条件下探究了不同溶液初始pH值、不同底物浓度及其活性氧物种淬灭剂对噻虫嗪的降解情况影响。研究结果表明,噻虫嗪在pH=9.0时降解率较好,噻虫嗪的降解率随着底物浓度的增加而减小,活性氧物种淬灭剂会降低噻虫嗪的降解率。     

High-temperature ferromagnetism in CaB2C2

We report a high Curie-temperature ferromagnet, CaB2C2. Although the compound has neither transition metal nor rare earth ions, the ferromagnetic transition temperature Tc is about 770 Kelvin. Despite this high T(c), the magnitude of the ordered moment at room temperatures is on the order of 10(-4) Bohr magneton per formula unit. These properties are rather similar to those of doped divalent hexaborides, such as Ca(1-x)La(x)B6. The calculated electronic states also show similarity near the Fermi level between CaB2C2 and divalent hexaborides. However, there is an important difference: CaB2C2 crystallizes in a tetragonal structure, and there are no equivalent pockets in the energy bands for electrons and holes-in contrast with CaB6. Thus, the disputed threefold degeneracy, specific to the cubic structure, in the energy bands of divalent hexaborides turns out not to be essential for high-temperature ferromagnetism. It is the peculiar molecular orbitals near the Fermi level that appear to be crucial to the high-Tc ferromagnetism.     

Nodal quasiparticles and antinodal charge ordering in Ca2-xNaxCuO2Cl2

Understanding the role of competing states in the cuprates is essential for developing a theory for high-temperature superconductivity. We report angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy experiments which probe the 4a0 x 4a0 charge-ordered state discovered by scanning tunneling microscopy in the lightly doped cuprate superconductor Ca2-xNaxCuO2Cl2. Our measurements reveal a marked dichotomy between the real- and momentum-space probes, for which charge ordering is emphasized in the tunneling measurements and photoemission is most sensitive to excitations near the node of the d-wave superconducting gap. These results emphasize the importance of momentum anisotropy in determining the complex electronic properties of the cuprates and places strong constraints on theoretical models of the charge-ordered state.

2-甲基-2-丙基-1,3-二硝基丙烷的合成研究

以六氢吡啶为催化剂，以2-戊酮和硝基甲烷为原料，合成了2-甲基-2-丙基-1，3-二硝基丙烷。采用正交试验设计获得最佳反应条件：原料配比(摩尔比)2-戊酮：硝基甲烷为1：3，催化剂六氢吡啶用量3mL／0．15mol2-戊酮，搅拌时间19h，产物收率52．7％。     

2-甲基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二胺的合成研究

首先以丁酮和硝甲基烷为原料,哌啶作催化剂,合成2-甲基-2-乙基-1,3-二硝基丙烷,然后采用铁和盐酸进行还原,得到题目化合物,并对反应条件进行研究,得出了较佳的反应条件,产率达81.2%。     

Imaging quasiparticle interference in Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta

Scanning tunneling spectroscopy of the high-Tc superconductor Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta reveals weak, incommensurate, spatial modulations in the tunneling conductance. Images of these energy-dependent modulations are Fourier analyzed to yield the dispersion of their wavevectors. Comparison of the dispersions with photoemission spectroscopy data indicates that quasiparticle interference, due to elastic scattering between characteristic regions of momentum-space, provides a consistent explanation for the conductance modulations, without appeal to another order parameter. These results refocus attention on quasiparticle scattering processes as potential explanations for other incommensurate phenomena in the cuprates. The momentum-resolved tunneling spectroscopy demonstrated here also provides a new technique with which to study quasiparticles in correlated materials.

2CMF-2型马铃薯播种机的设计

草炭有机质提取物胡敏酸、富里酸、水溶解态有机质的红外光谱研究显示 ,三者的含氧官能团组成相似 ,但基团含量差异较大 .胡敏酸、富里酸、水溶解态有机质与金属离子 (Cu2 +、Cd2 +、Pb2 +、Zn2 + )络合物的红外光谱表明 ,除 -COOH外 ,-OH、C=O、-NH2 等官能团也参与了对金属离子的络合 ,但不能很好地揭示哪种金属离子具有形成络合物的最大倾向

设D1,D2是正奇数,D2-D1=22r 1d,其中r是非负整数,d是正奇数.如果r＜2,则方程组x2-D1y2=-1和z2-D2y2=-1无正整数解(x,y,z).     

构成分子机器的一种新的结构单元: 三联吡啶盐的二醇合成

2－（羟乙氧在）乙基－4，4’联吡啶与a,a’－二（溴甲基）－2，2’联吡啶在乙腈中，油浴50℃反应三天，得到标题化合物，产率为45％，中间体（1）可以通过2-(羟乙氧基）乙基磺酸酯或碘化物与4，4’－联吡啶反应得到。前者具有较高的反应活性。     

椭圆曲线 y2 = (x +2 )( x2 -2x + p ) 的整数点

利用Legendre符号、同余式、Pell方程的解的性质等初等方法证明了:当p=36s~2-5(s∈Z+,2s),而6s~2-1,12s~2+1均为素数时,椭圆曲线y~2=(x+2)(x~2-2x+p)仅有整数点为(x,y)=(-2,0).
