对708只(公,母各半)5~9周龄选择一个世代的高、低脂蛋白(VLDL)系鸡进行不同代谢能水平、粗蛋白水平的两个品系3因子交叉的遗传-营养互作试验,以探讨品系与日粮互作对肉鸡生长性能和血脂的影响。品系、日粮粗蛋白质和代谢能间的互作对9周龄血浆极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)、甘油三酯及总脂浓度有显著影响(P<0.01),而对血浆胆固醇浓度无明显影响。高VLDL系血浆VLDL浓度(O.D.)有随日粮粗蛋白水平的升高而降低之趋势,而低VLDL系无此规律。高VLDL系血浆总脂浓度随日粮蛋白水平的升高而降低(P<0.0001),而蛋白水平对低VLDL系血浆总脂浓度无明显影响。低VLDL系血浆VLDL浓度(O.D.)随日粮代谢能水平的升高而降低(P<0.0001),而高VLDL系无此规律。高VLDL系血浆甘油三脂浓度随日代谢能水平的升高而升高,而低VLDL系无此规律。高VLDL系血浆总脂浓度随日粮代谢能水平的升高而升高,而代谢能水平对低VLDL系血浆总脂浓度无明显影响。血浆甘油三酯和胆固醇浓度存在品系-性别互作效应(P<0.01,P<0.05);性别与日粮蛋白水平互作对血浆VLDL、胆固醇和总脂浓度均有显著影响(P<0.0  相似文献

对零世代8周龄肉鸡血浆极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)浓度进行降低腹脂的间接选择,明显改善了一世代低VLDL系鸡生长期饲料转化率,并对8周龄血浆甘油三酯、总脂浓度产生明显影响,但对8周龄血浆胆固醇浓度及各周龄体重未产生明显影响。低VLDL系鸡饲料转化率优于高VLDL系,肉仔鸡耗料比,5~9周龄高VLDL系明显高于低VLDL系(P=0.05),而7~9周龄高VLDL系显著高于低VLDL系(P<0.01)。8周龄血浆甘油三酯及总脂浓度,高VLDL系显著高于低VLDL系(P<0.001,P<0.01)。一世代高、低VLDL系血浆VLDL和腹脂的变异系数仍然很大,继续选择以培育脂肪更低、饲料转化率更高的低脂系是可能的,各周龄体重的变异系数不高(小于25%),但高、低VLDL系的变异系数大大高于总变异系数,表明选择使高、低VLDL系体重的整齐度降低,因此,继续对血浆VLDL浓度结合体重选择效果会更好。  相似文献

对零世代8周龄血浆极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)浓度进行降低腹脂的间接选择,一世代取得了明显效果:腹脂和肝脂向两极分化,其中肌胃脂和肝脂选择反应较大。低血浆VLDL的选择使腹脂降低,肝脂增加,对产肉性状未产生不利影响。9周龄腹脂率、板油率和肌胃脂率在高VLDL系分别高于低VLDL系21%,16%和51%;肌胃脂率品系间差异极显著(P<0.001)。品系与性别互作对肌胃脂率有明显影响(P<0.05)。腹脂、肌胃脂存在性别差异,腹脂率雌性略高于雄性,而肌胃脂率雄性高于雌性。9周龄肝脂率,高VLDL系显著低于低VLDL系(P<0.01),雌性高于雄性。一世代8周龄血浆VLDL产生了直接选择反应,血浆VLDL浓度,高VLDL系高于低VLDL系。血浆VLDL存在性别差异,雄性高于雌性。一世代高、低VLDL系血浆VLDL和腹脂的变异系数仍然很大,继续对其选择仍然有效。由于血浆VLDL属中等遗传力,并且家系间差异显著,因此,在世代选育中应采取家系结合个体选择法  相似文献

本试验选用600羽0日龄岭南黄雏鸡随机分为5组,每组120只,公母各半并分栏饲养,饲粮代谢能水平分别为11.88,12.19,12.92,13.22和13.60MJ/kg,粗蛋白水平为21%,其他营养成分各组基本一致,试验期21日,结果表明,黄羽肉鸡公雏饲粮代谢能水平≥12.19MG/kg的各组晶产重显著高于11.88MJ/kg水平组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于11.88MJ/kg水平组(P<0.05),黄羽肉鸡母雏饲粮代谢能水平≥12.02MJ/kg的各组日增重显著高于11.88,12.19MJ/kg水平组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于11.88MJ/kg水平组(P<0.05),黄羽肉鸡公雏13.60MJ/kg,代谢能水平组腹脂重,腹脂重占活重比例和腹脂重占净体重比例都显著高于其余4组(P<0.05),黄羽肉鸡公雏13.22和13.60MJ/kg代谢能水平组体蛋白含量极显著低于11.88,12.19MJ/kg水平组(P<0.01),黄羽肉鸡母雏11.88Mj/kg水平组体脂肪含量显著低于其余四组(P<0.05),体蛋白含量显著高于其余四组(P<0.05),灰分含量极显著高于12.92,13.22和13.60MJ/kg代谢能水平组(P<0.01)。  相似文献

通过研究日粮中色氨酸水平对肉仔鸡生长性能、氮平衡及血清尿素氮含量的影响,探讨不同生长阶段不同性别肉仔鸡色氨酸的需求参数。试验期8周。结果表明:日粮中色氨酸达到适宜水平时,肉鸡的平均日增重增加(P<0.05)、料肉比降低(P<0.05)、血清尿素氮(BUN)含量下降(P<0.05);色氨酸水平过高则不能继续改善其生产性能,甚至造成负效应。在3~6周龄及6~8周龄阶段,公鸡色氨酸需求参数高于母鸡。日粮色氨酸水平对肉鸡的氮沉积率无显著影响(P>0.05),不同性别肉鸡的氮沉积率无显著差别(P>0.05)。根据各项指标的测定结果,建议在0~3周龄,肉鸡色氨酸需求参数为0.21%;在3~6周龄,公鸡色氨酸需求参数为0.20%,母鸡为0.18%;在6~8周龄阶段,公鸡色氨酸需求参数为0.18%,母鸡为0.16%。采用去盲肠成年种公鸡测定基础日粮(玉米—玉米蛋白粉)中色氨酸的消化率,并计算出不同性别肉鸡可消化色氨酸需求参数。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加硫辛酸对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响。将 60只 21日龄体重相近的黄羽肉鸡随机分为 2组,即对照组和硫辛酸组,每组 5个重复,每个重复 6只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,硫辛酸组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加 300mg/kg硫辛酸的试验饲粮,试验期 30d。结果表明,硫辛酸对黄羽肉鸡的生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05);在试验第 15天时,硫辛酸可以显著提高黄羽肉鸡血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05)、降低一氧化氮含量(P<0.05),促进脾脏的发育(P<0.05),提高血清免疫球蛋白 G含量(P<0.01);在试验第 30天时,硫辛酸可以显著降低黄羽肉鸡血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05)、提高抑制羟自由基的能力(P<0.01),提高由伴刀豆球蛋白 A和脂多糖刺激的外周血淋巴细胞转化率以及血清免疫球蛋白 G含量(P<0.05)。由本试验可知,饲粮中添加 300mg/kg硫辛酸可以在一定程度上提高肉鸡抗氧化能力,增强其免疫功能。  相似文献

测定8周龄1500只岭南黄鸡A系血浆极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)浓度,据此建立了高VLDL(高脂)系和低VLDL(低脂)系;测定了零世代基础群及选择后高低VLDL系个体重、血浆VLDL、甘油三酯、总脂、胆固醇浓度和腹脂。结果表明,零世代血浆VLDL的变异系数很大,对其选择应该是有效的;零世代血浆VLDL、总脂、胆固醇浓度雄性高于雌性(P〈0.01),血浆甘油三酯浓度雌性高于雄性(P=0.0001)。  相似文献

本试验旨在通过研究饲粮代谢能(metabolizable energy,ME)和粗蛋白质(crude protein,CP)水平对内仔鸡生长性能和屠宰指标的影响,建立生长性能与ME、CP的回归关系模型,并运用所建模型选择具有最佳效益的ME、CP水平.采用ME和CP 3×3随机交叉试验设计,将饲粮分为9个处理,3个ME水平分别为13.18、12.55、11.92MJ/kg,3个CP水平分别为21.50%、20.50%、19.50%.选取1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡1 080只,随机分为9组,每组3个重复,每个重复40只鸡,1 ~21日龄分别饲喂对应试验饲粮,22~42日龄饲喂相同的饲粮.结果表明:1)试验饲粮ME、CP水平对1~21日龄体重和耗料量有显著影响(P<0.05),对42日龄体重也有显著影响(P<0.05).2)随着饲粮ME水平的提高,21和42日龄肌胃指数显著降低(P<0.05),42日龄腹脂率显著增加(P<0.05).3)应用二元曲线逐步回归方法建立了体重、耗料量与饲粮ME、CP水平的回归关系模型.应用举例表明,建立的回归关系模型对确定肉仔鸡饲粮最佳效益的ME、CP水平有很强的实用性.  相似文献

1. A total of 720 1-d-old broilers were used in a 28 d experiment to determine the effects of probiotic supplementation in diets with different dietary nutrient densities.

Birds were randomly allotted to one of the 4 treatments in a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement (12 replicateswith 15 broilers per replicate) with two levels of nutrient density [high nutrient density (metabolisable energy (ME) 12.7 MJ/kg and crude protein (CP) 230.3 g/kg for 1–7 d; ME 13.2 MJ/kg and CP 220.3 g/kg for 8–28 d) or low nutrient density (ME 12.1 MJ/kg and CP 220.2 g/kg for 0–7 d; ME 12.6 MJ/kg and CP 209.8 g/kg for 8–28 d)] and 0 or 2 g/kg probiotics (1.0 × 1010 viable spores/g of Bacillus subtilis endospores and 1.0 × 109 viable spores/g of Clostridium butyricum).

3. The high-nutrient-density diet increased body weight gain (BWG), feed conversion ratio (FCR), serum cholesterol and triglyceride concentration relative to the low-nutrient-density diet. High-nutrient-density diet reduced water loss ratio of breast muscle, liver and fat relative to body weight compared to low-nutrient density-diet. The inclusion of probiotics increased BWG and feed intake throughout the experiment. Dietary probiotics increased the percentage of blood lymphocytes and relative weight of spleen and bursa of Fabricius when compared to the non-probiotic treatment. The inclusion of probiotics decreased serum cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations and lightness (L*) value of breast meat compared to the non-probiotic-supplemented diet.

4. In conclusion, high dietary nutrient density increased growth performance and serum cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations in broiler chickens. The inclusion of probiotics increased growth performance but reduced serum cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations. The positive effect of probiotic supplementation on growth performance was reduced by the high-nutrient-density diet during the first week of life.  相似文献

Two trials involving 96 weanling pigs were conducted in which pigs were maintained in constant thermal environments of 20 degrees (cool) or 32 degrees C (hot) and self-fed fortified corn-soybean meal-whey diets that contained three amino acid regimens (.7, 1.0, or 1.3% lysine; approximately 13.6, 17.8, and 22.0% CP) without and with 5% added fat (choice white grease) for 42 d. The pigs were weaned between 28 and 32 d of age (8.07 +/- .58 kg) and penned in groups of two. Pigs in the cool environment consumed more (P < .01) feed and ME, gained more (P < .01) weight, and retained more (P < .01) body protein, fat, and water than those housed in the hot environment. As dietary lysine level increased, daily BW gain and body protein and water accretion increased linearly (P < .01) from d 0 to 21 and quadratically (P < .01) from d 21 to 42 in both environments. However, the magnitude of these responses was less (P < .05) in the cool than in the hot environment. Dietary fat addition decreased (P < .05) gain:ME ratios and body protein and water accretion from d 0 to 21 in both environments, but the magnitude of the reduction was greatest in pigs fed the low lysine diets in the hot environment. Based on these data, the growth response of weanling pigs to dietary lysine and fat levels is dependent on the thermal environment in which the animals are housed.  相似文献

选取60只21日龄个体体重相近的溆浦鹅,随机分成3组,每组5个重复,每个重复4只鹅(公母各半),分别饲喂3种不同能量水平(13.38、12.13、10.87MJ/kg)的日粮,经49d后统一屠宰,研究不同日粮能量水平对溆浦鹅体脂沉积、血清参数及其相关激素水平的影响。结果表明:1)中能组公鹅屠体重、胸肌含脂率、腹脂率均显著高于高能组和低能组(P<0.05),中能组母鹅胸肌含脂率、腹脂率、皮下脂肪厚度、肌间脂肪宽均显著高于高能组和低能组(P<0.05)。2)日粮能量水平对70日龄溆浦鹅血清中甘油三酯、胆固醇无显著影响(P>0.05),但公鹅血清中高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白随日粮能量水平提高而增加。3)无论公鹅还是母鹅,高能组血清中的生长激素含量均显著高于低能组(P<0.05),与中能组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),但日粮能量水平对溆浦鹅血清中类胰岛素生长因子的含量均无显著的影响(P>0.05)。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲养密度与高蛋白质(前期23%,后期21%)饲粮代谢能水平对公母分饲肉鸡生长性能和腿部健康的影响。试验采用2(性别)×2(饲养密度)×3(饲粮代谢能水平)三因子完全随机设计,选用1日龄罗斯308(Ross 308)肉鸡公雏1 872只和母雏2 160只,随机分成12个组,每组8个重复。试验设高、低2个饲养密度,以出栏体重计,分别为42[高饲养密度(HSD),16公/m2或18母/m2]和26 kg/m2[低饲养密度(LSD),10公/m2或12母/m2]。试验饲粮分前期(1~21日龄)和后期(22~35日龄)2个阶段配制,饲粮代谢能设高、中、低3个水平,其中,高代谢能(HME)水平饲粮前期和后期的代谢能水平分别为12.81和13.23 MJ/kg,中代谢能(MME)水平饲粮前期和后期的代谢能水平分别为12.18和12.60 MJ/kg,低代谢能(HME)水平饲粮前期和后期的代谢能水平分别为11.55和11.97 MJ/kg。结果表明:1)饲养密度与饲粮代谢能水平对肉鸡的平均日增重和料重比有显著交互作用(P0.05)。1~21日龄时,随着饲粮代谢能水平增加,HSD组平均日增重的增加幅度和料重比的降低幅度均小于LSD组;22~35日龄时结果正好相反。性别与饲养密度对肉鸡的平均日采食量有显著交互作用(P0.05)。随着饲养密度增加,公鸡平均日采食量的降低幅度大于母鸡。2)HSD极显著降低肉鸡的胸肌率(P0.01),母鸡的胸肌率和腹脂率显著高于公鸡(P0.05)。饲粮代谢能水平和饲养密度对肉鸡的腿肌率有显著交互作用(P0.05)。随着饲粮代谢能水平增加,LSD组肉鸡的腿肌率降低,而HSD组基本不变。3)高饲粮代谢能水平极显著降低肉鸡的脚垫损伤评分(P0.01),公鸡的步态评分和脚垫损伤评分显著高于母鸡(P0.05),垫料水分含量显著低于母鸡(P0.05)。饲粮代谢能水平与饲养密度对肉鸡的脚垫损伤评分有显著交互作用(P0.05)。随着饲粮代谢能水平增加,HSD组脚垫损伤评分的降低幅度大于LSD组。以上结果表明,高饲养密度降低肉鸡的平均日增重,增加料重比;35日龄前,公鸡比母鸡的空间需求更高;提高高蛋白质饲粮的代谢能水平可以缓解HSD对肉鸡生长性能和脚垫健康的不利影响。  相似文献

Previous research has demonstrated that increasing the CP concentration from 16 to 26% in milk replacers fed to male preruminant dairy calves at 1.5% of BW (DM basis) daily resulted in increased ADG, G:F, and deposition of lean tissue. However, the effects of dietary CP would be expected to vary depending on ME intake. Here, male Holstein calves < 1 wk old were used to determine the effects of feeding rate and CP concentration of isocaloric, whey protein-based milk replacers on growth and body composition. After a 2-wk standardization period, calves were assigned randomly to an initial baseline group or to treatments in a 2 x 4 factorial arrangement of feeding rate (1.25 or 1.75% of BW daily, DM basis) and milk replacer CP concentration (14, 18, 22, or 26% of DM). No starter was offered, but calves had free access to water. After a 5-wk feeding period, calves were slaughtered and body composition was determined. Increasing the feeding rate increased (P < 0.05) ADG, G:F, empty-body gains of chemical components and energy, the percentage of fat in empty BW gain and in the final empty body, and concentrations of IGF-I and insulin in plasma. Increasing the feeding rate decreased (P < 0.01) percentages of water and protein in the empty body and decreased urea N in plasma. Increasing dietary CP concentration linearly increased (P < 0.05) ADG, body length, heart girth, and gains of water and protein but linearly decreased (P < 0.05) fat gain. As dietary CP increased, fat content in empty body gain decreased, and water and protein increased. Increasing CP concentration increased (quadratic, P < 0.02) G:F, with greatest efficiencies for calves fed 22% CP. Gross energetic efficiency (retained energy:intake energy) was greater (P < 0.05) for calves fed at 1.75% of BW daily. Efficiency of dietary protein use for protein gain was greater for calves fed at 1.75% of BW daily but was not affected by dietary CP. The ratio of protein gain to apparently digestible protein intake above maintenance decreased as dietary CP increased. Interactions (P < 0.05) of feeding rate and CP concentration for gains of water and protein indicated that when dietary CP was 26% the ME supply limited protein use by calves fed at 1.25% of BW daily. Body composition of preruminant calves can be markedly altered by manipulating the protein to energy ratio in milk replacers. These dietary effects on body composition and growth are not predicted by current NRC standards.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究丁酸梭菌对肉鸡腿肌脂肪代谢的影响。试验选用1日龄爱拔益加肉公鸡192只,随机分为2个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复16只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加1×10~9CFU/kg丁酸梭菌的饲粮,试验期为42 d。结果表明,与对照组相比:1)饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌显著增加了21日龄肉鸡腿肌肌内脂肪含量(P0.05),但对42日龄肉鸡腿肌肌内脂肪含量无显著影响(P0.05)。2)饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌显著降低了21日龄肉鸡腿肌激素敏感脂肪酶活性(P0.05),显著提高了21日龄肉鸡腿肌脂蛋白脂酶活性(P0.05),且有增加42日龄肉鸡腿肌脂蛋白脂酶活性的趋势(0.05P0.10)。3)饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌显著降低了21日龄肉鸡血清中游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸含量(P0.05)。4)饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌显著降低了21日龄肉鸡腿肌脂肪甘油三酯脂肪酶mRNA表达量(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌可通过改变21日龄肉鸡腿肌脂肪代谢相关酶活性和基因表达来增加肉鸡腿肌肌内脂肪含量。  相似文献
