实施天保工程 促进生态良性循环

鹤岗市林业局红旗林场建于1956年，位于小兴安岭的边陲，施业面积18952hm^2，由于近几年来可采资源减小，经济发展缓慢，企业职工收入低，生活困难，森林资源过度消耗，企业出现经济危机状态，当务之急，我们按照黑龙江省林业厅统一部署，在2001年实施了“天保工程”，森林覆盖率由原来的78．0％增加到现在的81．4％，蓄积量由原来的62万m^3增加到现在的74万m^3，特别是近3a对天然林全面实行封采，取得了显著效果。     

无特定病原体京白鸡的核型研究

采用腹腔注射秋水仙素,取骨髓细胞制备染色体标本,对无特定病原体京白鸡的核型进行了分析.并根据前10对染色体相对长度、臂比值及着丝点指数的测量结果,与已公布的其它地方鸡品种进行了比较.     

通过农杆菌介导法将口蹄疫结构蛋白全长基因P1导入大豆的研究

本研究以大豆体细胞胚为受体。用农杆菌介导法将口蹄疫病毒结构蛋白全长基因P1导入大豆基因组中．获得了抗性植株。经GUS染色、PCR及PCR-southern杂交等分子检测。证明目的基因已导入并整合到大豆基因组中。为利用大豆作为生物反应器生产口蹄疫新型口服疫苗奠定了基础。     

Identification of Heat Tolerance Linked Molecular Markers of Chinese Cabbage (Brassica campestris L.ssp. pekinensis)

Genetically stable population of recombination inbred line (RIL) was derived from a cross between a heat tolerant line 177 and a heat sensitive line 276 of Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris L. ssp.pekinensis ) by single seed descent. The RILs were analyzed using isozyme, RAPD and AFLP techniques in order to find molecular markers that are linked to heat tolerance quantitative trait loci (QTL). The results of variance analysis of single factor indicated that there were 9 molecular markers closely linked with heat tolerance QTL, including 5 AFLP markers, 3 RAPD markers and 1 PGM isozyme marker. Total genetic contribution of these makers to heat tolerance was 46.7%. Five of the nine markers distributed in one linkage group,the remaining 4 markers were located in separate groups. Thus the 9 heat tolerance linked markers distributed in 5 independent locations in the genome of Chinese cabbage.     

动物细胞遗传学研究现状及其应用

本文介绍了细胞遗传学在动物方面的研究现状及其在畜牧业上的应用。细胞遗传学的研究主要以染色体为对象。目前世界上现存的哺乳动物约4100多种,其中进行过染色体研究或核型分析的有1468种,我国已研究过的有242种。细胞遗传学在人类医学上的应用是众所周知的,在畜牧业上主要用于对种畜进行细胞学检查,以消除对家畜繁殖性能有影响的畸变染色本,以染色体标记来识别家畜品种,对环境污染的监测及遗传操作中的染色体工程。     

IOHEXOL AND IOPAMIDOL MYELOGRAPHY IN THE DOG: A CLINICAL TRIAL COMPARING ADVERSE EFFECTS AND MYELOGRAPHIC QUALITY

In a blind clinical trial, adverse effects after iohexol and iopamidol myelography were evaluated in 151 dogs. Eighty-one dogs were given iohexol (240 mgI/ml) and 70 dogs were given iopamidol (200 mgI/ml) by pre-determined assignment. Each dog was evaluated postmyelographically for seizures, hyperthermia, prolonged recovery from anesthesia and intensification of pre-existing neural signs. Myelographic quality was evaluated with a subjective scoring method. In comparing iohexol and iopamidol groups, there was not a statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects or in myelographic quality. Iopamidol and iohexol appeared to be equally efficacious for routine canine myelography.     

Acute infection of encephalomyocarditis (EMC) virus in Syrian hamsters.

One-month-old Syrian hamsters of the APA and Std: golden strains were inoculated intraperitoneally with 10(5) PFU/head of the D variant of encephalomyocarditis (EMC) virus and examined virologically and pathologically up to 7 days after inoculation. APA hamsters developed apparent hyperglycemia due to pancreatic islet cell damage while Std:golden hamsters did not. Hamsters of both strains showed clear histopathologic changes in the testis with prominent viral replication as well as in the brain, heart and exocrine pancreas. The susceptibility to EMC virus-infection was higher in males than in females and in APA than in Std: golden hamsters.     

加强通风和喷雾降温对奶牛生产性能的影响

黑白花奶牛是耐寒怕热的家畜，适宜温度范围44～211℃，产奶最适宜温度10℃，当环境温度自21℃升高至35℃，产奶量将大幅下降，乳的组成亦发生变化。合肥地区属于亚热带季风气候，夏季温度高达35℃以上，极端最高温度达40℃，奶牛长时期处于这种环境中，高温引起热应激反应，散热困难，体温升高，采食量减少，增加散热的能量消耗和体蛋白质的分解，造成内分泌活动和酸碱平衡失调乃至死亡。为降低热应激对奶牛生产的影响，我场在夏季采用强制通风和喷雾的措施，可提高奶牛单产达20％的显著效果。1 材料与方法11 喷雾设备111 加压泵…     

鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫不同抗药性虫株的种内多态性研究

应用RAPD技术进行柔嫩艾美耳球虫4个单一抗药性虫株与1个敏感株的基因组DNA多态性分析，发现4个抗药性虫株及敏感株之间的相似值均大于99%；OPAO3引物对抗盐霉素株扩增出一条约500bp的特异条带，OPH02引物对抗克球粉株和抗盐霉素株均扩增出了约1kb的第三条主带，这些特异条带的出现很可能与球虫抗药性基因有关，有可能用于抗药性虫株的诊断与鉴定。     

牛流行热病毒灭活疫苗免疫后牛外周血淋巴细胞亚类分布的研究

对牛流行热病毒灭活疫苗免疫并攻每后，牛外周血淋巴细胞亚类的变化进行了研究。结果表明，灭活苗免疫后，牛的CD4^ 显著升高，可能与参与辅助B淋巴细胞合成抗体有关，攻毒后，γδT细胞均显著上升，免疫组在攻毒后3周仍保持在相当的高水平，IL－2Rα阳性细胞在攻毒后高热期也有显著升高，而CD8^ 细胞没有明显变化。
