科学疫病防控是现代化家禽养殖产业发展中一项重要和不可或缺的工作,是实现鸡养殖产业健康可持续发展的关键所在。由于农村地区的很多养殖户科学疫病防控重视程度不高,在养殖管理过程中并没有构建完善的疫病防控措施,养殖管理方案不当,鸡群处于亚健康状态,身体抵抗能力较差,一旦某些传染性疾病在养殖场中爆发流行,很容易造成严重危害,使大量鸡死亡,给养殖场带来不可挽回的经济损失。该文分析农村养鸡防疫存在的问题,论述具体的解决措施。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同饲粮钙水平对麒麟鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质、趾骨特性及血清生化指标的影响,以确定麒麟鸡饲粮中钙的适宜水平。选用1日龄麒麟鸡240只,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。各组分别饲喂钙水平为0.75%、0.90%、1.05%、1.20%和1.35%(可利用磷水平为0.45%,维生素D3水平为1 250 IU/kg)的玉米-豆粕型试验饲粮,试验期28 d。结果表明:1)饲粮钙水平对麒麟鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量、腿病发生率和死亡率有显著影响(P0.05),但对料重比影响不显著(P0.05),随着饲粮钙水平的提高,平均日增重和平均日采食量呈断线变化(P0.05)。2)饲粮钙水平对麒麟鸡屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率以及胸肌的p H、肉色和滴水损失率没有显著影响(P0.05),但腹脂率随着饲粮钙水平的增加有先升高后降低的变化趋势(P=0.083)。饲粮钙水平对胸肌的剪切力有显著影响(P0.05),且随钙水平的提高呈二次曲线变化(P0.05)。3)饲粮钙水平对麒麟鸡趾骨脱脂干重及趾骨粗灰分、粗灰分钙含量有显著影响(P0.05),且趾骨粗灰分和粗灰分钙含量随着饲粮钙水平的提高呈二次曲线和断线变化(P0.05)。4)饲粮钙水平对血清碱性磷酸酶活性影响不显著(P0.05),但显著影响麒麟鸡血清钙、磷含量(P0.05),随着饲粮钙水平的提高,血清磷含量呈断线变化(P0.05)。综上所述,平均日增重、平均日采食量、胸肌剪切力、趾骨粗灰分和粗灰分钙含量、血清磷含量可敏感反映麒麟鸡体内钙的营养状况,综合以上敏感指标得出1~28日龄麒麟鸡饲粮中钙需要量为1.20%。  相似文献

Essential oils are plant-derived aromatic volatile oils, and they contain bioactive compounds that have been shown to improve poultry nutrition. In this study, we investigated the effects of oregano essential oil (OEO) on intestinal antioxidative capacity, immunity, and gut microbiota of young yellow-feathered chickens. A total of nine hundred and sixty 1-d-old female Qingyuan partridge chickens were randomly allocated to four treatment groups with six replicates of 40 birds each, and the feeding trial was lasted for 30 d. The controls were fed on a basal diet without in-feed antibiotics; the birds in the antibiotic group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 20 mg/kg virginiamycin; the remaining birds were fed the basal diet containing 150 or 300 mg/kg OEO, respectively. Dietary supplementation with 150 or 300 mg/kg OEO increased average daily feed intake (P = 0.057) and average daily gain (P < 0.05). The activities of glutathione peroxidase and total antioxidative capacity in plasma, jejuna, and ileal mucosa were increased by OEO supplementation (P < 0.05), with a trend of lower jejunal content of malonaldehyde (P = 0.062). Moreover, dietary OEO increased the content of secretory immunoglobulin A (P = 0.078) and the relative expression of Claudin 1, Mucin 2, and Avain beta-defensin 1 in ileum (P < 0.05). Sequencing data of 16S rRNA indicated that dietary OEO increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes phylum, and Clostridium and Lactobacillus genera, and decreasing that of Romboutsia. Functional analyses indicated that microbial amino sugar and nucleotide sugar metabolism, replication, and repair systems were higher in OEO groups than those of controls and antibiotic treatment. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with OEO enhanced growth performance, alleviated local oxidative stress in intestine, improved production of natural antibodies, and favorably modulated intestinal microbiota composition.  相似文献

为了评价黄连解毒颗粒对靶动物鸡的安全性,将80只黄羽肉鸡随机分为四组,每组20只。分别添加1、3和5倍推荐剂量(3g /L、9g /L、15g /L) 的黄连解毒颗粒,连续饮水给药7天,同时设置空白对照组。试验期间观察记录各组鸡的精神、饮食、粪便情况与试验前后的体重变化,测定给药前、给药第7天及停药后第7天各组鸡的血液生理生化指标,同时在停药第7天进行剖检,测定脏器指数,观察病理及组织学变化。结果显示,黄连解毒颗粒各剂量组鸡的临床体征均正常。与空白对照组相比,给药第7天及停药第7天各给药剂量组血液生化指标,仅丙氨酸转氨酶显著降低(P<0.05),血常规指标变化在正常范围内,1倍剂量组胸腺指数显著升高(P<0.05),其他各项指标均无显著性变化(P>0.05)。解剖5倍剂量组,肉眼及组织学观察心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏、法氏囊均未发生病变。结果表明,黄连解毒颗粒在5倍(15g/L)剂量范围内使用是安全的。  相似文献

为了探究近交对繁殖效应的影响,本研究以国家级地方鸡种基因库保存的狼山鸡为素材,结合分子标记和系谱信息,组建高、低近交两个试验组,记录高、低近交组的繁殖性能数据。选取高、低近交组中正常个体各3只,采取卵巢组织进行RNA-seq测序,并对差异基因进行功能注释。结果在高、低近交组中共获得差异转录本1 114个,其中783个基因获得注释,307个上调,476个下调。GO和KEGG分析表明,差异基因主要富集在核糖体的生物合成、炎性反应、繁殖、生长、免疫系统过程、代谢过程等生物学过程,Pathway显著富集在叶酸的生物合成、卵母细胞成熟和代谢等生物学通路。功能分析发现,筛选出的差异基因(如GGH、CPEB1、GNMT和PIWIL等)与繁殖功能相关。此外,还包括一些与应激和免疫相关的基因(如APOC3、HSP70、CD38和LGMN等)。研究结果有助于了解狼山鸡繁殖性状近交衰退相关的基因及其调控机制,为家禽特定性状近交衰退分子机理提供参考。  相似文献

Avian uncoupling protein (av-UCP) is a key protein for thermoregulation in poultry. A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in the av-UCP gene has been reported in chickens. The purpose of the current study was to clarify the association between this av-UCP gene mutation and thermoregulation in chickens. Wild and mutant type chicks for the av-UCP gene SNP (g. 1270 of the av-UCP gene exon 3 with C to T substitution and amino acid substitution) were exposed to high ambient temperature. Rectal temperature, radiation temperature on the body surface, and the expression of heat dissipation behavior (wing drooping and panting) during heat exposure were measured. In addition, oxygen consumption rate in the thermoneutral zone in wild and mutant type chicks was measured. Changes in wing temperature during heat exposure in wild-type chicks were lower than those in mutants. The latency of continuous wing drooping during heat exposure in wild-type chicks was shorter than in mutant chicks. It was also found that the SNP in the av-UCP gene caused reduced oxygen consumption. These results suggest that the av-UCP gene mutation affects thermoregulation, especially heat production, in chickens.  相似文献

试验旨在从免疫遗传学的角度初步探讨藏鸡(TC)和隐性白羽鸡(RWC)对柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)易感性差异的分子机制,分别用1×105个柔嫩艾美耳球虫孢子化卵囊感染对球虫具有抗性的藏鸡和易感的隐性白羽鸡。应用实时荧光定量PCR检测藏鸡和隐性白羽鸡感染前0 d和感染后第2、4、6和8天脾脏、盲肠、胸腺、法氏囊中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-16、Toll样受体(TLR3)和TLR15免疫相关基因的转录水平变化。结果显示,藏鸡脾脏IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-16及TLR3、TLR15免疫相关基因转录水平于感染后第4和8天明显上调,隐性白羽鸡则无明显变化。藏鸡盲肠IFN-γ转录水平在感染后第2天显著上调(P<0.05),TLR3在感染后第4天起显著上调(P<0.05),其余免疫相关基因变化幅度不大;隐性白羽鸡盲肠IFN-γ转录水平在感染后第8天显著上调(P<0.05),IL-2在感染后第2天起显著上调(P<0.05),IL-16在感染后第6天起显著上调(P<0.05),TLR3在感染后第2和8天显著上调(P<0.05),TLR15变化幅度不大。各免疫相关基因在2个品种鸡胸腺和法氏囊中均出现上调或下调,但除藏鸡法氏囊TLR3和TLR15转录水平变化幅度相对较大外,其余免疫相关基因与感染前相比变化幅度不大。以上结果显示,球虫感染主要导致藏鸡和隐性白羽鸡脾脏和盲肠中的各免疫相关基因出现显著变化,表明宿主的遗传背景在一定程度上可影响球虫感染的免疫应答。  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of spray‐dried porcine plasma (SDPP) in broiler chickens under Salmonella sofia disease challenge. The experiment comprised five starter diets: positive control (no supplement), diet supplemented with in‐feed antibiotics (IFA; salinomycin 0.05% + zinc bacitracin 0.033%) and diets supplemented with SDPP at 10 or 20 g/kg diet. All four of these groups were challenged with Ssofia, while a fifth group was unchallenged and used as the negative control. The experimental diets were fed to 14 days; then, the birds were switched to commercial‐type grower and finisher diets. Oral inoculation of the challenged groups with Ssofia occurred on day 8, 10 and 12. Body weight was significantly higher in the birds fed diets containing IFA and SDPP than in the challenged control group, but it was only significant in starter and grower phases. In general, there was an improvement in the weights of the immune‐related organs, but it was only significant for the weight of the bursa of SDPP‐fed birds at 13 days. At day 13, blood potassium content was lower and the concentrations of IgG and IgM tended to be lower in the birds fed on low‐SDPP starter diets than those of the other groups. There were significant differences in the concentration of lactic acid in the ileum and acetic acid, formic acid, butyric acid and propionic acid in the caeca. Inclusion of SDPP to the starter diets of broiler chicks had positive effects on broiler performance, immunity and gut health during exposure to highly pathogenic conditions.  相似文献
