选用96头健康的、体重平均(20.8±0.9kg)的二元杂交猪(大白×长白)随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头。试验组分别添加1%CA、0.5%SC、1%CA+0.5%SC,对照组为玉米-豆粕型基础日粮。研究日粮中添加五味子(SC)、柠檬酸(CA)对生长肥育猪生长性能、血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加五味子可显著提高生长肥育猪血清中TP含量,降低血清ALT活性(P0.05),二者联合使用可显著提高生长肥育猪血清中TP、HDL含量,降低CHOL含量和ALT活性,提高生长猪的饲料利用效率(P0.05)。五味子、柠檬酸联合使用效果在饲料效率和脂肪代谢方面优于单独使用。  相似文献

[目的]研究饲粮中添加不同比例的蜂花粉对杜×长×大生长肥育猪猪肉系水力的影响,以期找到最佳的添加比例。[方法]选取80头体重10kg左右的杜×长×大三元杂交猪为试验动物,随机分成5组,试验期为120d。整个试验期不换料。猪只自由取食和饮水,宰前24h禁食不禁水。使用玉米一豆粕型基础饲粮,第1组为不添加蜂花粉的对照组,第2、3、4和5组分别为添加1%、3%、5%和7%蜂花粉的试验组。屠宰后取眼肌,分别采用快速滤纸法、滴水损失法、烹饪损失法和拿破率测定法测定其系水力。[结果]随着蜂花粉添加比例的增加,猪肉系水力呈现先优后劣的变化趋势。其中,饲粮中添加5%的蜂花粉能够显著降低猪肉的滴水损失和系水力(P〈0.05),而对烹饪损失和拿破率的影响不显著。[结论]饲粮中添加蜂花粉可有效改善杜×长×大生长肥育猪肉系水力,其添加比例以饲粮总量的5%为宜。  相似文献

混菌固态发酵饲料对生长育肥猪生产性能的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
选用体质量为(20.68±0.82) kg左右的杜长大三元杂交仔猪120头进行试验,研究饲粮中添加混菌固态发酵饲料替代部分豆粕对生长育肥猪生长性能的影响.采用单因子完全随机设计,试验猪随机分成4个组,第一组为豆粕对照组;第二组为2.5%混菌固态发酵饲料替代组;第三组为5%混菌固态发酵饲料替代组;第四组为7.5%混菌固态发酵饲料替代组.试验猪体质量达到100 kg时屠宰,测定胴体性状和血清生化指标.与对照组相比较,各试验组的平均日采食量均差异不显著(P>0.05),但饲料转化率均有所提高,并缩短了育肥时间,其中第三组达到显著水平(P<0.05);与对照组相比,各试验组的平均日增体质量均有所增加,而第三组和第四组达到显著水平(P<0.05);猪的腹泻率比对照组显著降低 (P<0.05);饲喂混菌固态发酵饲料虽然不显著影响育肥猪的胴体质量、瘦肉率、肌内脂肪、滴水损失和pH值(P>0.05),但可显著降低背膘厚度(P<0.05)和提高其屠宰率(P<0.05).试验各组血液各生化指标与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),但第三组甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05).这些研究结果揭示,在育肥猪日粮中添加混菌固态发酵饲料可提高饲料转化率和平均日增体质量,缩短育肥时间,一定程度上改善胴体品质和健康状况.  相似文献

[目的]研究高活菌发酵饲料对生长肥育猪的免疫功能和抗氧化性能的影响,为其推广和应用提供依据。[方法]选用180头日龄相近、体况一致的杜长大三元杂交肥育猪,随机平均分为2组对照组和试验组。对照组饲喂基础日粮中加抗生素,试验组在基础日粮中添加8%的高活菌发酵饲料。[结果]与对照组相比,试验组各组免疫球蛋白含量显著提高,其中IgG含量在28 d差异达到极显著水平(P0.01);试验组饲喂28 d后的猪瘟抗体阻断率比21 d提高46.10%,且28 d试验组与对照组的猪瘟抗体阻断率差异显著(P0.05);试验组饲喂高活菌饲料的抗氧化能力显著高于对照组,其中T-AOC达到极显著水平(P0.01)。[结论]应用高活菌发酵饲料能够促进生长肥育猪免疫功能和抗氧化性能的提高,在生产上具有较大的应用价值。  相似文献

为研究干燥黑水虻虫粉替代育肥猪饲料中豆粕、鱼粉等蛋白质原料的可行性,以黑水虻干燥虫粉为原料,选择18头30 kg左右的"杜×长×大"三元杂交育肥猪,按试验要求随机分为3组(按照等能等氮配方设计,试验Ⅰ组将饲料中豆粕等蛋白质原料用25 kg鱼粉替代,试验Ⅱ组将试验Ⅰ组中的鱼粉用25 kg干燥黑水虻虫粉替代,对照组饲喂基础日粮),每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。正试期28 d,计算各组育肥猪的平均日增质量、平均日采食量和料重比(F/G),收集粪便并用内源指示剂法测定干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分的消化率,试验结束时采集血清并检测血清生化指标。结果表明:与对照组和试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ组平均日增质量分别增加19.58%和4.27%,料重比分别降低9.76%和3.14%,各组间平均日增质量和料重比均无显著差异。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组粗灰分消化率均显著降低;各组间干物质、粗蛋白和粗脂肪消化率均无显著差异;各组间白蛋白、球蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均无显著差异。综上,按照等能等氮配方设计,育肥猪日粮中用干燥黑水虻虫粉等量替代豆粕、鱼粉等蛋白质原料是可行的。  相似文献

选择30 kg杜长大三元杂交猪120头,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计分为3组:空白对照组(饲喂基础饲粮)、抗生素对照组(在基础饲粮中添加金霉素)和试验组(在基础饲粮中添加糖肽酮萜素)。结果表明,与空白对照组比较,糖肽酮萜素可明显提高猪的日增重和饲料转化率并且显著降低腹泻率,与抗生素表现出等同的生产应用效果。研究结论:糖肽酮萜素取代抗生素作为生长肥育猪的饲料添加剂是完全可行的。  相似文献

The fiber level and composition have an important effect on nutrient digestibility of swine diets. Little information is known about the effects of fiber level and composition from alfalfa meal on nutrient digestibility of fattening pigs fed a corn-soybean meal-based diet. The objective of this experiment was to determine the effects of alfalfa fiber on the growth performance, intestinal nutrient flow and apparent total tract digestibility(ATTD) of nutrients in fattening pigs. 24 barrows(Duroc×(Large White×Landrace), body weight=(60.6±0.7) kg) were randomly allotted to 4 treatments with 6 replicates of 1 pig per replicate. The pigs were provided a control diet or a diet containing 5, 10 or 20% of alfalfa meal during a 14-d experiment period. Average daily gain(ADG) and the ATTD of dry matter(DM), organic matter(OM), crude protein(CP), neutral detergent fiber(NDF), acid detergent fiber(ADF) and gross energy(GE) reduced linearly as the level of alfalfa meal in the diet increased(P〈0.01). The total tract flow of DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF, and GE increased with the increase in dietary alfalfa(linear, P〈0.05). Growth performance and nutrient digestion were not affected by inclusion of 5% alfalfa meal in the diet(P〉0.05). A multiple linear regression analysis, taking into account both soluble and insoluble fiber intake, explained approximately 70% of the variation in the ATTD of DM, OM, NDF, and GE(P〈0.01). In conclusion, alfalfa meal should be limited to less than 5% of the diet in fattening pigs to maximize growth performance and nutrient digestion. Soluble and insoluble fiber from alfalfa meal has the differential roles in nutrient digestion, which may help explain the main variation observed in nutrient digestibility. These findings suggest that knowledge of specific fiber components is necessary to accurately predict the effects of dietary fiber on nutrient digestibility.  相似文献

A corn-soybean meal diet (CSB) (or Diet 1) containing 23% crude protein (CP) was used as the positive control, and another corn-soybean meal diet containing 21% CP and 15% wheat middlings (WM) (or Diet 2) was used as the basal diet, which was treated with four different treatments. Digestibility experiment was employed to discuss the collective effect of citric acid, and intrinsic and microbial phytase. By comparing and analyzing effects of them in the low-nutrient broiler diets, the results showed five treatments had similar effects on Tibia ash (%) (mg) (P〉0.05). Under the supplementation of bacterial phytase or citric acid, the daily body weight gain (ADG), gain:feed (G:F) ratio, and calcium (Ca) utilization were similar to that of standard-nutrient CSB diet (Diet 1) (P 〉 0.05). And, fecal phosphorus (P) and CP utilization were lower than (P〈0.05) that of Diet 1. But P utilization was significantly higher than (P〈0.01) that of Diet 1. However, the ADG, G:F, and CP utilization produced by supplementation of intrinsic phytase were lower than those of Diet 1, but other aspects were similar to those produced by Diet 1 (P〉0.05). In Diet 5, citric acid, intrinsic and bacterial phytase were added to the diet, which produced a 1.4% decrease on fecal P, a 7.2% increase on Ca utilization, which was significantly higher than (P〈0.01) those of the other four Diets, a 3.9% increase on G:F, which was similar to that of Diet 1, and a 2.3% increase on CP utilization, which was higher than (P〈0.05) that of the other three diets. In summary, the results of this study indicated that citric acid, intrinsic and bacterial phytase might have some additive or synergistic effects, and low-nutrient CSB diets with 15% wheat middlings, 750 U kg^-1 phytase, and 3% citric acid might substitute completely for standard CSB in broilers.  相似文献

试验选择28日龄断奶二元杂交(长白×大约克)仔猪48头,平均断奶体重7.4±0.6 kg,平均分为4组,每组3次重复,每重复4头(公母各半),试验组分别添加1%CA、0.5%SC、1%CA+0.5%SC,对照组为玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,旨在研究日粮中添加五味子(SC)、柠檬酸(CA)对断奶仔猪生长性能和抗氧化功能的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加CA可提高饲料利用效率(P0.05),但对日增重和平均日采食量无显著影响(P0.05)。添加SC或CA+SC除降低腹泻率外对断奶仔猪生产性能无影响(P0.05)。添加五味子可显著提高断奶仔猪肝脏或脾脏SOD活性,提高血清GR活性,降低心脏或肝脏MDA含量(P0.05)。且日粮中添加五味子可提高断奶仔猪机体抗氧化功能,添加柠檬酸或五味子可改善断奶仔猪部分生长性能。  相似文献

试验Ⅰ40日龄,12头杂交仔猪(公母各半),采用玉米-豆饼型基础日粮(锰含量为13.987mg/kg),分别添加0.0mg/kg(对照组)、5.0mg/kg(试验组)硫酸锰。试验结果,对照组与试验组仔猪来食量、增重、饲料利用率差异不显著(P>0.05),锰在肝中沉积率试验组显著(P<0.05)高于对照组,在脾中沉积率对照组显著(P<0.05)高于试验组,在讲骨灰中锰沉积率差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验Ⅱ45日龄,6头来交仔猪(公猪),采用玉米-豆饼基础日粮(锰为16.223mg/kg,分别添加0.0mg/kg(对照组)、5.0mg/kg(试验组)硫酸锰,结果,锰的真实利用率对照组显著高于试验组(P<0.05)  相似文献

通过一个饲养试验和一个代谢试验研究不同磷水平及添加植酸酶对生长猪生产性能和氮磷代谢的影响。选择90头平均体质重30 kg左右的杜长大三元杂交猪,随机分为3个处理,饲养分别饲喂以下日粮。(1)0.30%高磷组日粮;(2)0.24%对照组日粮;(3)0.15%低磷+植酸酶低磷组日粮。代谢试验采用3×3的拉丁方设计,选用3头体质重40 kg左右去势公猪,饲养在代谢笼中轮换饲喂上述3种试验日粮,采用全收粪尿法。结果表明:高磷水平日粮组有改善猪只采食量、日增重和饲料效率的趋势(P>0.05),低磷加酶组、高磷组和对照组相比生产性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。粪中磷排出量随日粮磷含量的降低而显著下降(P<0.05),低磷加酶组、高磷组和对照组日粮相比,粪中磷排出量分别下降58%和43%。各处理组间磷沉积量差异不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

为研究日粮中添加海豹油对肥育猪生长性能和猪肉脂肪酸组成的影响,选用60头平均体重77.55 kg的杜长大三元杂交猪,分4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复5头猪.对照组含1%大豆油,试验组分别含0.9%大豆油+0.1%海豹油、0.5%大豆油+0.5%海豹油和1%海豹油.结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加海豹油对猪平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著影响(p>0.05),但是平均日增重却增加0.54%、0.34%和1.90% (p>0.05),3组和4组料重比与对照组相比降低1.49%和2.10%(p>0.05),日粮中添加海豹油有提高平均日增重(p>0.05)和降低料重比的趋势(p>0.05).与对照组相比日粮中添加0.1%、0.5%和1%海豹油,可使猪肉中棕榈酸含量分别提高17.38%(p>0.01)、44.80% (p<0.01)和55.74% (p<0.01);棕榈油酸分别提高52.76%(p<0.01)、83.70% (p<0.01)和132.04% (p<0.01);硬脂酸分别提高10.32%(p >0.01)、28.66%(p <0.01)和31.78%(p <0.01);油酸分别提高14.18%(p>0.01)、53.13%(p<0.01)和72.44%(p <0.01);DHA分别提高4.41%(p >0.01)、54.41%(p <0.01)和217.65% (p<0.01);而各试验组间肌内脂肪酸含量除棕榈油酸和DHA外,差异不显著(p>0.01).  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation of xylo-oligosaccharides(XOS) on growth performance, meat quality, immune functions, duodenal morphology and intestinal microbial populations of broilers fed a conventional corn-soybean meal basal diet. A total of 450 1-day-old commercial Arbor Acres male broiler chicks were randomly allocated by bodyweight to 1 of 5 treatments with 6 replicate cages(15 broilers per cage) for each of 5 treatments in a completely randomized design. Chicks were fed the basal corn-soybean meal diets supplemented with 0, 25, 50, 75, or 100 mg of XOS kg–1 of diet, respectively, for an experimental duration of 42 days. The results showed that supplementation of XOS affected feed conversion rate(feed/gain, F/G) during days 22–42 and 1–42(P0.03), drip loss in thigh muscle(P=0.02), and duodenal crypt depth(P=0.005) on day 42, but had no effect(P0.05) on all other measured indices. The chicks fed the diet supplemented with 100 mg of XOS kg–1 had the lowest(P0.05) F/G and drip loss in thigh muscle. The drip loss in thigh muscle decreased linearly(P=0.003) as the supplemented XOS increased. Duodenal crypt depth decreased(P0.05) at the supplemental level of 75 mg of XOS kg–1. The results indicate that dietary supplementations of 75 and 100 mg of XOS kg–1 are beneficial to broilers fed a conventional corn-soybean meal diet.  相似文献

[目的]研究矿源性黄腐酸(Fulvic acid,FA)对肉鸭生产性能的影响。[方法]选取1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭480只,采用单因素试验设计,随机分为4组,对照组、试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ、试验组Ⅲ分别饲喂含0、0.25‰、0.50‰和0.75‰的矿源性FA的玉米-豆粕型饲粮,研究矿源性黄腐酸对肉鸭生产性能的影响。[结果]饲粮添加不同比例的FA对肉鸭全试验期的体重、增重、采食量和料重比没有显著影响(P0.05),但对个别周龄的体重、采食量和料重比有显著的影响(P0.05);FA对血清总蛋白浓度没有显著影响(P0.05),试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ尿素氮浓度显著大于其他2组(P0.05),尿酸浓度随着饲粮中FA含量的增加而显著增加(P0.05),而试验组Ⅰ尿酸浓度显著低于其他组(P0.05);FA对粪中的尿素氮和尿酸含量有显著影响(P0.05),随着肉鸭日粮FA含量的增加,排泄物中尿酸和尿素氮的含量显著降低(P0.05)。[结论]肉鸭饲粮中添加黄腐酸钾能够提高饲料氮的利用率,生产中肉鸭饲粮中的FA含量以0.75‰为宜。  相似文献

选用体重为15 kg左右的山西白猪30头,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组的饲料中膨化豆粕占浓缩料配方的68%,而试验组的饲料中膨化豆粕和发酵豆粕占浓缩料部分的56%和12%。试验结果表明,在仔猪阶段(15~30 kg),试验组比对照组日增重提高了3.98%(P<0.05),料重比降低了2.19%;在中猪阶段(30~60 kg),试验组与对照组日增重及料重比基本一致。  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to determine the effects of fiber level from alfalfa meal and sampling time on the apparent ileal digestibility(AID) and standardized ileal digestibility(SID) of amino acids(AA) in growing pigs. A total of 24 ileal-cannulated pigs(Duroc×(Large White×Landrace) with body weight(21.4±1.5) kg) were randomly allotted to 4 treatments. The pigs were provided a corn-soybean meal diet or a diet containing 5, 10 or 20% of alfalfa meal during two 10-d experimental periods. The AID of AA was measured. Six ileal-cannulated pigs were fed a protein-free diet in order to estimate the endogenous protein losses and SID of AA. Ileal AA digestibility was not affected by inclusion of 5 or 10% alfalfa meal in the diet(P0.05). The AID of His, Lys, Met, Phe, Thr, Val, Ala, Asp, Cys, Gly, Pro, Ser and Tyr reduced by 2.0–6.8% with the addition level of alfalfa meal(linear, P0.05). The SID of His, Lys, Ser, Thr and Tyr decreased by 2.2–4.3% as the level of alfalfa meal in the diet increased(linear, P0.05). The AID and SID of AA were not affected by the sampling time(P0.05). A multiple linear regression analysis, taking into account both the soluble and insoluble fiber content in the diets, explained more than 36% of variation in SID of Ser and Thr(P0.05). In conclusion, the corn-soybean meal diet containing 10% of alfalfa meal did not affect ileal AA digestion. The AID and SID of AA were similar between two sampling times. Increasing the concentration of total dietary fiber from 12.3 to 21.4% by adding graded levels of alfalfa meal(0–20%) to a corn-soybean meal control diet induced a linear reduction in AID and SID of most AA. Soluble and insoluble fibers from alfalfa meal have differential roles in the AA digestion, which may help explain the variation observed in the SID of partial AA. These findings would provide important information for dietary fiber level and composition related to AA digestion.  相似文献

为了研究缓释包膜半胱胺对生长肥育猪生长性能和胴体品质的影响,选择"杜×大×长"三元杂交猪120头,随机分为3组进行对比试验,考察其生产性能、血液理化指标和屠宰性能指标。结果表明:试验组生长期、肥育期及全期平均日增重分别提高了7.34%、5.09%和6.32%;料重比分别降低了4.93%、3.19%和4.40%;平均日采食量分别提高了2.20%、1.61%和1.90%,但差异不显著。试验组的臀腿比例、眼肌面积和瘦肉率分别提高了9.25%、11.69%和6.27%;背膘厚降低了13.74%。试验组血清中GH、T3的含量分别提高了18.68%、20.63%,而对INS和T4无显著影响。表明日粮中添加缓释包膜半胱胺后,可能通过提高血清中GH、T3等激素的水平,改善生长肥育猪的生长性能和胴体品质。  相似文献

通过对发酵玉米、发酵高粱秸和发酵麦秸3种秸秆进行发酵处理,添加于饲料中确定其对生长育肥猪的效果。选用48头健康生长状况相似的杜花F1杂种猪,将其随机分为4组,每组12头。第1组作为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第2、3、4组作为试验组,分别饲喂添加了发酵玉米秸、发酵高粱秸和发酵麦秸的饲料。根据生长育肥猪的采食量、饮水、日常活动、粪便及日增重的效果探讨发酵秸秆的饲喂效果。结果表明,发酵玉米秸喂猪较好,其增重速度与对照组无明显差异。而发酵高粱秸和发酵麦秸效果较差,日增重分别比对照组低11.32%(P0.05)和12.28%(P0.05),每1kg增重耗料分别高于对照组12.20%和13.24%。  相似文献

The study was carried out to investigate the effects of maternal dietary energy restriction on growth performance, serum indices and fat deposition of offspring. A total of 400 female Arbor Acres (AA) broiler breeders were studied. These female birds involved three experimental treatments and a control group with normal dietary energy diets (ND, 11.7 MJ of ME. kgt during the laying). In treatments 2, 3 and 4, the energies of diets were 20%, 30% and 50% (LD20, LD30 and LD50) lower than those of the control, respectively. The study commenced at the beginning of the laying period when the total egg production reached 5% of the flock. All the broiler offspring were fed the same diets. The results showed that in low energy diets, offspring showed decreased 1-day-old weight, but 49-day-old weight was higher in LD20 diet (P〈0.05). For offspring during days 1-49, the average daily gain (ADG) in LD20 group and the feed conversion ratio in LD50 group were improved as compared with those of the control (P〈0.05). Compared with the control, abdominal fat percentage increased in 49-day-old offspring from LD30 diet (P〈0.05); the fat content of breast muscle in offspring increased in broilers fed low energy diets (P〈0.05). In 28-day-old offspring from breeders given LD20 and LD50 diets, liver fat percentages were higher compared with ND (P〈0.05). The subcutaneous fat thickness in 28-day-old offspring from LD50 group and 49-day-old offspring from LD30 group was higher (P〈0.05). On day 49, the serum cholesterol (CHO) of offspring from breeders fed LD20 diet and serum high-density lipoprotein (HDL) of offspring from breeders fed LD50 diet reduced compared with those of the control (P〈0.05). In addition, a higher triiodothyronine (T3) content in serum was found in offspring from broiler breeders given LD20 and LD30 diets (P〈0.05). Serum thyroxine (T4) in offspring significantly decreased with the decrease of diet energy (P〈0.05). In conclusion, to a certain extent, dietary energy restriction in breeders could improve growth performance and promote lipid metabolism of offspring.  相似文献

将112头育肥猪随机地分为7组,在1~6组的日粮中分别添加以下抗热应激添加剂:γ-氨基丁酸0.004%、γ-氨基丁酸0.008%、γ-氨基丁酸0.004%+巴氯芬0.001%、巴氯芬0.001%、γ-氨基丁酸0.004%+巴氯芬0.001%+维生素C(Vc)0.01%、微生态制剂0.05%,第7组为对照组。结果表明:第3、5、6组的日增重分别比对照组提高了15%、18%、18%(P0.05)。无论哪一种添加剂,都可提高猪的采食量,但根据料肉比的结果,以第5组的效果最好。与对照组相比,各处理组皆可使猪消化道内的大肠杆菌和乳酸菌的数量有不同程度的降低(P0.05),而使饲料中蛋白质、钙和磷等营养物质的消化率有不同程度的升高(P0.05)。血清学分析结果表明:与对照组相比,第3组的碱性磷酸酶活力明显升高(P0.05),第4组的球蛋白含量和第6组的葡萄糖含量明显地低于对照组(P0.05),其它血清学指标无明显差异。综上所述,最佳的抗热应激和促生长饲料添加剂为γ-氨基丁酸+巴氯芬+Vc组合。  相似文献
