低蛋白日粮不同磷水平及添加植酸酶对生长猪氮磷代谢的影响

摘    要:通过一个饲养试验和一个代谢试验研究不同磷水平及添加植酸酶对生长猪生产性能和氮磷代谢的影响。选择90头平均体质重30 kg左右的杜长大三元杂交猪,随机分为3个处理,饲养分别饲喂以下日粮。(1)0.30%高磷组日粮;(2)0.24%对照组日粮;(3)0.15%低磷+植酸酶低磷组日粮。代谢试验采用3×3的拉丁方设计,选用3头体质重40 kg左右去势公猪,饲养在代谢笼中轮换饲喂上述3种试验日粮,采用全收粪尿法。结果表明:高磷水平日粮组有改善猪只采食量、日增重和饲料效率的趋势(P>0.05),低磷加酶组、高磷组和对照组相比生产性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。粪中磷排出量随日粮磷含量的降低而显著下降(P<0.05),低磷加酶组、高磷组和对照组日粮相比,粪中磷排出量分别下降58%和43%。各处理组间磷沉积量差异不显著(P>0.05)。

Abstract:A feeding trial and a metabolic trial were conducted to investigate the responses of different phosphorus levels and phytase supplementation(0.30% high phosphorus group,0.24% control group and 0.15%+phytase low phosphorus plus enzyme group) for grower pigs,corn-soybean meal diets with the same content of protein content 14% was used.In feeding trial,ADG,feed intake and feed/gain were determined with 90 pigs in initial body weight 30kg randomly allocated to three treatments of five replicates each(six pigs per replicate).In metabolic trial,Three growing crossbred castrated male pigs in initial body weight(40±2)kg were fed three diets alternately in a three-week experiment according to a 3×3 Latin square design to measure excretion,digestibility, retention of N,P and energy.The results indicated that high phosphorus diets had trends to increase animal performance;there was no significantly difference of animal performanc among three treatment groups.Fecal phosphorus excretion significantly reduced with the phosphorus level decrease by 58% and 43% respectively(P<0.05),compared with the pigs fed 0.30% and 0.24% diets.There were no significant differences for phosphorus retention among three diets(P>0.05).
