鲁西南地区果树需冷量的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
2000~2001年,采用Utah加权模型,先后对鲁西南地区常见的葡萄、桃和油桃、杏品种的需冷量进行了研究。结果表明:不同树种、品种的需冷量差异显著。葡萄的需冷量最高,为1010~1840c.u。桃和油桃最低,花芽为620~910c.u,叶芽为500~890c.u。杏介于二者之间,花芽和叶芽均为790~910c.u。各树种、品种的需冷量年际间均有差异。葡葡、杏不同品种需冷量的高低与本品种果实成熟期早晚的关系表现为成熟期早,需冷量低;成熟期晚,需冷量高。但桃树不同品种的需冷量高低与本品种的果实成熟期无明显相关关系,果实成熟期早,但需冷量较高的情况普遍存在。同一品种其花芽、叶芽的需冷量不一,基本趋势是花芽的需冷量高于叶芽。 相似文献

MADS-box genes play a central role in the development of flowers in plants. In this study, 11 PpMADSs were isolated from ‘Luxing’ peach, and the expression levels were detected in different tissues and fruit development. Eleven PpMADSs, designated as PpMADS13, 14, 18, 23, 24, 25, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 39 were isolated. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that PpMADS13, 14, and 18 belonged to SVP, AGL15, and MIKC* group respectively; PpMADS23, 24, 25, and 39 were in the Mα group; PpMADS32, 33, 34, and 35 belonged to the Mγ group. Predictions from subcellular localization showed that 10 PpMADS were located in the nucleus. RT-PCR revealed that PpMADS13 was expressed in stems, leaves, and during fruit development (70d); PpMADS14 was expressed in sepals, stamens, petals, and during flower development; PpMADS18 was expressed in roots, stems, leaves, sepals, ovaries, stamens, petals, and during flower and fruit development; all MADS-box genes (expect for PpMADS33) in the Mα and Mγ group were expressed in roots, stems, leaves, sepals, ovaries, stamens, petals, and during flower development; few genes were expressed during fruit development. These results indicated that PpMADS may play a crucial regulatory role in vegetative growth and development processes of flowers and fruits in peaches. 相似文献

土壤施钙对设施栽培油桃果实钙含量及品质的影响 总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4
以设施栽培的“曙光”油桃为试材,研究了土壤施Ca(NO3)2和CaSO4对油桃产量和品质的影响。结果表明,在一定施钙水平范围内,随施钙量的增加,设施油桃果实单果重、产量、钙含量、可溶性糖含量、果实硬度、Vc含量均呈显著性增加,土壤施Ca(NO3)2和CaSO4量分别为120和160 g/plant时达到最佳施肥效果; 土壤施Ca(NO3)2和CaSO4可显著降低设施油桃果实裂核率,并均在施钙量为200 g/plant时达到最低,分别为36.1%和38.3%。不同钙肥和施钙水平对油桃果实可滴定酸含量均无显著影响,可滴定酸含量在0.43%~0.45%间波动。 关键词: 设施栽培; 油桃; 钙; 品质 相似文献

研究了设施栽培中限根对沪油018幼树叶片叶绿素含量、叶片干重的变化特点。结果表明:(1)限根幼树在秋季枝条停长后,不同限根处理第1~8叶位叶片叶绿素含量均表现为“升—降—升”;相同叶位处理TR2各个叶位单位叶面积叶绿素含量均低于CK和TR1,CK仅在第1、8叶位较TR1高,而其它叶位均低于TR1。(2)测定盛花后19~262d树冠外围枝中部完全展开功能叶的叶绿素变化动态,结果不同限根处理Chla、总叶绿素含量与Chl(a/b)的变化均表现“降—升—降”的变化规律。限根对Chlb的季节变化进程的影响差异明显。(3)不同限根处理下比叶重的季节变化差异明显,但总的呈上升趋势。叶片干重含水量%的季节变化总的呈下降趋势,不同限根处理间的变化动态差异明显。 相似文献

钾营养水平对艳光油桃果实品质的影响 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
对4年生的艳光油桃施用4种水平的钾肥,研究它对油桃果实品质的影响。结果表明,施用钾肥不仅可以显著地提高果实中可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、糖酸比、维生素C以及钾的含量,提高果实的内在品质;也可以提高果实的单果重、着色指数以及果顶和果胴的L、a、b值,改善了果实的外观品质;还能够明显地减少果实裂果,增大果实硬度,延长果实常温(25℃)贮藏期和低温(5℃)贮藏期,进而改善果实的抗裂果特性和贮运特性。通过比较各处理油桃果实品质综合评判的评分,NPK2处理的钾肥施用效果最好。 相似文献
