柱层析法纯化落叶松木材中的阿拉伯半乳聚糖

分别采用大孔吸附树脂柱层析和聚酰胺柱层析技术纯化兴安落叶松中的阿拉伯半乳聚糖，研究了两种层析柱洗脱过程中的杂质含量、糖含量随时间变化的情况，对比分析了它们对阿拉伯半乳聚糖的纯化效果。结果表明，经大孔树脂层析柱纯化后的阿拉伯半乳聚糖产品得率为68．28％，糖含量为95．02％；经聚酰胺层析柱纯化后的产品得率为75．67％，糖含量为98．30％。综合产品得率、糖含量以及成本等多方面因素，选择直接用聚酰胺层析柱来纯化阿拉伯半乳聚糖较为合适。     

Flash chromatography on cartridges for the separation of plant extracts: Rules for the selection of chromatographic conditions and comparison with medium pressure liquid chromatography

Empirical rules for the selection of chromatographic conditions on flash chromatography cartridges were developed, with an emphasis on gradient mode. These rules were then tested with separation of extracts from important medicinal plants including Curcuma xanthorrhiza, Piper nigrum and Salvia milthiorrhiza. Sepacore® cartridges enabled a good separation of compounds with a broad range of polarity, as typically found in plant extracts. The chromatographic resolution remained, however, lower than that achieved on classical columns packed with material of smaller particle size. For poorly soluble extracts, solid introduction gave better results than liquid injection.     

Metabolism mediated interaction of α-asarone and Acorus calamus with CYP3A4 and CYP2D6

The present study was aimed to investigate the possible interaction of the standardized extract of Acorus calamus (AC) with Cytochrome P450 enzyme, quantitative determination of the α-asarone in the AC rhizome was performed by RP-HPLC method. In vitro interaction of the plant extract was evaluated by CYP450-carbon monoxide complex (CYP450-CO) assay. Effect on individual isoforms such as CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 isozymes were analyzed through fluorescence product formation and respective IC₅₀ values were determined. CYP450-CO assay showed moderate interaction potential. Extract showed higher IC₅₀ values (46.84 ± 1.83-32.99 ± 2.21 μg/ml) comparing to the standard inhibitors and lower IC₅₀ value than α-asarone (65.16 ± 2.37-42.15 ± 2.45 μg/ml).     

4种木材常温下醛和萜烯挥发物的释放

利用高效液相色谱仪和气相色谱仪分析4种木材(杉木、杨木、马尾松和尾叶桉)中有机挥发物的成分及含量,结果表明:4种木材生材常温均可释放多种醛和萜烯挥发物,其中乙醛的释放量最高;杉木和杨木释放的醛类明显高于马尾松和尾叶桉;杉木释放的萜烯类明显高于其他3种木材;温度由20 ℃上升到40 ℃,杉木醛类和萜烯类释放量显著增加.     

凝胶渗透色谱法测定聚合松香中二聚体含量

本文报道了凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定聚合松香中二聚体含量的仪器构造、测定方法及计算。测定中,以FO-02有机胶为测定柱固定相,以FI-10硅胶为参比柱固定相,以四氢呋喃为溶剂和淋洗剂,示差折射检测,用峰高或面积归一化法计算。测定结果与气相色谱相当一致,偏差一般在3％以内,精确度完全能满足工厂生产和一般科研需要。测定在室温下进行,简单快速,重现性高,仪器不需特殊维     

山楂黄酮的薄层色谱分离鉴定研究

研究了山楂（山里红Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.var major N.E.Br)黄酮类化合物新的薄层色谱分离鉴定方法。以十二烷基硫酸钠-正丁醇-正庚烷-水微乳液为展开剂，利用聚酰胺薄层色谱法能使山楂黄酮完全分离。从山楂叶中分离得到7个黄酮斑点，山楂果中得到7个黄酮斑点，但二者的斑点不完全相同。与用正丁醇：乙酸：水4：1：5为展开剂的聚酰胺薄层色谱法比较发现，微乳薄层色谱法检测灵敏度高、分离效果理想。     

成品糠醛微量水分测定方法的研究

本文报道了用气相色谱法和卡尔、费休法测定成品糠醛微量水分的研究。着重论述了两种方法的准确度和精密度,并用甲苯蒸馏法作了对照。研究结果证明:这两种方法的准确度和精密度均较高,用于测定糠醛微量水分是可行的。测定优级品糠醛水分范围的结果都比甲苯蒸馏法为高,测定一级品糠醛水分范围的结果都比甲苯蒸馏法为低的偏差规律。     

印度Leh地区沙棘籽油中脂肪酸测定

本文分析了印度Leh地区沙棘籽油中脂肪酸各成分的含量,结果显示沙棘种子含油量为17.61%,籽油富含油酸(23.012%)和亚油酸(30.162%).     

Evaluation of glycoproteins purified from adult and larval camel ticks (Hyalomma dromedarii) as a candidate vaccine

In order to identify antigens that can help prevent camel tick infestations, three major glycoproteins (GLPs) about 97, 66 and 40 kDa in size were purified from adult and larval Egyptian ticks, Hyalomma (H.) dromedarii, using a single-step purification method with Con-A sepharose. The purified GLPs were evaluated as vaccines against camel tick infestation in rabbits. The rabbits received three intramuscular inoculations of GLPs (20 µg/animal) on days 0, 14, and 28. In the immunoblot analysis, Sera from the immunized rabbits recognized the native GLPs and other proteins from larval and adult H. dromedarii ticks along with those from other tick species such as Rhipicephalus sanguineus but not Ornithodoros moubata. The effects of immunity induced by these GLPs were determined by exposing rabbits to adult H. dromedarii ticks. These results demonstrated that GLP immunization led to a slightly decreased reproductive index and significantly reduced rates of egg hatchability. These results demonstrated that immunization with the purified GLPs can provide protection against infestation by H. dromedarii and some other tick species. Further studies are needed to confirm the effectiveness of immunization with GLPs against other tick species.     

气相色谱/质谱法测定饲料中三唑仑的含量

本实验建立了检测饲料中三唑仑的气相色谱/质谱法。样品经有机溶剂提取,阳离子固相萃取小柱净化后注入气相色谱质谱仪进行测定,并且经质谱确证。结果表明,三唑仑在0.1～5.0μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,方法的回收率、精密度较高。
