中国草芦对土壤营养吸收的效率(英文) 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
中国草芦(Phalaris arunainacea L.)是禾本科草芦属多年生根茎型优良禾草。对其进行N、P、K、NP、NK、PK、NPK、CK八个处理,在分蘖期采用M.K.Ka提出的公式测定中国草芦对土壤及肥料中N、P、K三元素的吸收和利用系数,并测定植物粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的含量,成熟期测定鲜草、干草产量和种子产量,结果表明:中国草芦对土壤中N的吸收系数(Kn%)以PK处理最高为12.36,K处理降低。对肥料中N的利用系数(Ky%)以NPK处理为最高(14.78),所有处理均高于对照。对土壤中P的吸收系数Kn%以NK处理最高为19.30,K处理的降低。对肥料中P的利用系数Ky%,以NP最高为19.52,所有处理均比CK高,对土壤中K的吸收系数Kn%以NP处理最高,为19.2,单一的P处理最低,对肥料中K的利用系数Ky%以NPK处理最高,为28.44。鲜草和干草产量以NP处理最高,且所有处理均高于对照。种子产量及粗蛋白质含量以NK处理最高,粗脂肪含量以NK、N处理最高,本实验说明中国草芦进行人工栽培后,施用一定比例的肥料,可以提高肥料的利用效率,提高产量的品质。 相似文献

以四川西南地区4个核桃类群为试材,对种仁样品进行了粗脂肪、氨基酸成分的测定与比较分析.结果表明:泡核桃粗脂肪含量与其它3个类群存在明显差异,为744.211 mg·g~(-1);不同类群间氨基酸含量差异显著,夹米核桃表现最优,为223.657 mg·g~(-1),而泡核桃仅有132.249 mg·g~(-1);核桃种仁氨基酸种类丰富,其中含有7种人体必需氨基酸,必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的29.02%,且比例相对稳定,变异系数仅为3.17%;除蛋氨酸外,另外6种必需氨基酸含量及氨基酸总量存在较大变异,均超过16%. 相似文献

and foliar nutritive value in separate studies of black locust and thornless honey locust in Arkansas, USA. Shoots were sampled
monthly for two consecutive growing seasons in 2002 and 2003 to determine foliar, shoot, and total aboveground biomass, shoot
basal diameter, and foliar nutritive value (crude protein and in vitro digestibility). Black locust yielded more foliar biomass when pollarded at 50 or 100 cm and fertilized with 600 kg P ha−1, than at 5 cm with or without P, averaging 3.5 Mg dry matter ha−1. Black locust foliar crude protein and in vitro dry matter digestibility ( ≤ 170 and 534 g kg−1, respectively) decreased as leaves aged, but still met maintenance needs for beef cattle (Bos taurus L.). Thornless honey locust had little agronomic potential because of slow establishment, low foliar yield (330 kg ha−1), and a 2% reversion to undesirable thorny phenotype. We estimated the genetic parameters of fat‐to‐protein ratio (FPR) and the genetic correlations between FPR and milk yield or somatic cell score in the first three lactations in dairy cows. Data included 3 079 517 test‐day records of 201 138 Holstein cows in Japan from 2006 to 2011. Genetic parameters were estimated with a multiple‐trait random regression model in which the records within and between parities were treated as separate traits. The phenotypic values of FPR increased soon after parturition and peaked at 10 to 20 days in milk, then decreased slowly in mid‐ and late lactation. Heritability estimates for FPR yielded moderate values. Genetic correlations of FPR among parities were low in early lactation. Genetic correlations between FPR and milk yield were positive and low in early lactation, but only in the first lactation. Genetic correlations between FPR and somatic cell score were positive in early lactation and decreased to become negative in mid‐ to late lactation. By using these results for genetic evaluation it should be possible to improve energy balance in dairy cows. 相似文献

This study was conducted to estimate the effect of dietary energy level on lipid metabolism‐related gene expression of subcutaneous adipose tissue in Yellow breed × Simmental cattle. The experiment was conducted for 60 days. The results showed that final weight, average daily gain, average backfat thickness, (testicles + kidney + pelvic) fat percentage and subcutaneous fat percentage in the high and medium energy groups were significantly higher than in the low‐energy group but that the feed conversion ratio was significantly lower. The glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, high‐density lipoprotein and low‐density lipoprotein in the high‐energy group were significantly higher than in the low‐energy group. With dietary energy increasing the activities of lipoprotein lipase (LPL), fatty acid synthase (FAS) and acetyl‐CoA carboxylase (ACC) significantly increased, whereas hormone‐sensitive lipase (HSL) and carnitine palmitoyltransferase‐1 (CPT‐1) significantly diminished. Peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor γ (PPARγ), LPL, FAS, sterol regulatory element binding protein 1 (SREBP‐1), ACC, stearoyl‐CoA desaturase (SCD) and adipocyte‐fatty acid binding proteins (A‐FABP) gene expression were significantly increased by dietary energy increasing, and HSL and CPT‐1 gene expression were significantly decreased. These results indicated that with dietary energy increasing, the subcutaneous fat accumulation mainly increased due to adipose tissue lipogenic gene expression and decreased lipolytic gene expression. 相似文献

乳脂既是影响鲜奶质量的关键因素,又是奶牛育种的主要目标性状。为探索乳脂形成规律及其调控的理论和途径,收集国内外最新文献资料,阐述功能性非编码RNA对反刍家畜乳脂代谢的表观遗传学调控。结果表明:1)乳脂合成过程中PPARγ是至关重要的调控因子,在牛上miR-29s、miR-454、miR-34b和miR-27a均与其存在结合位点,分别在启动子区和3’-UTR等位置发挥重要功能,进而影响牛乳腺上皮细胞(BMECs)甘油三酯(TAG)的合成。2)众多调控山羊乳脂代谢的microRNA,其靶基因很多都来自过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体家族,提示该家族对山羊乳脂合成和分解代谢起着关键调控作用。3)miR-27a目前在反刍家畜牛和羊中均已被鉴定出通过调控PPARγ来抑制TAG的合成及相关成脂基因的表达。4)lncRNA和circRNA调控反刍家畜乳脂代谢机制方面的研究相对较少,主要侧重于lncRNA和circRNA对乳脂的调控是通过microRNA间接作用于成脂基因,对基因的表达具有积极效应。综上,lncRNA、circRNA和microRNA调控乳脂代谢的研究仍在继续,具体的作用机制还有待更深入的研究和探索,进一步为反刍家畜乳脂调控机制研究提供新思路。 相似文献

The influence of dietary fat level and whole‐body adiposity on voluntary energy intake of juvenile rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum) was examined using self‐feeders. Groups of lean fish [crude fat (CF) = 7%] and fat fish (CF = 11%), pretreated with a commercial diet with or without supplemental pollock oil, were self‐fed one of three fat level diets (CF = 8%, 13.5% and 19%) for 48 days at 17 °C. Final body weight (BW) and total digestible energy (DE) intake (kJ per fish) were positively affected by the initial BW. Relative to the initial BW, however, fat fish consumed less DE than lean fish. Although the effect of dietary fat level was not significant, percentage weight gain and daily DE intake per BW (kJ kg?1 BW day?1) of fat fish were significantly lower than those of lean fish (ancova with initial BW as a covariate, P < 0.05). Energy digestibility, feed efficiency and protein retention were improved with the dietary fat level; however, there was no difference resulting from body fat level. The whole‐body fat levels at the end of the experiment increased with the dietary fat level. Between groups self‐fed the same diet, fat levels of the initially fat fish were still higher than those of the lean fish. The results of the present medium‐term study suggest that rainbow trout adjust DE intake from diets with fat levels ranging from 8% to 19%. Although body fat level affects neither energy digestibility nor protein utilization, a high body fat level may reduce DE intake and consequently depress growth. 相似文献

试验结果表明,稀有白甲鱼含肉率为69.92%;肌肉中蛋白质、脂肪和灰分含量分别为16.58%、2.05%、0.99%;肌肉中17种常见氨基酸(除色氨酸)总含量(占肌肉干重)为77.89%。其中必需氨基酸含量为36.27%,占氨基酸总含量的46.56%。必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸含量的比值为0.87。鲜味氨基酸含量为26.26%,占氨基酸总含量的33.70%。必需氨基酸指数为70.44。缬氨酸和异亮氨酸分别为第一、二限制性氨基酸。 相似文献

We evaluated the effect of three sources of dried distillers' grains with solubles (DDGS) in diets of mid‐lactating dairy cows on milk production and milk composition and on digestibility in sheep. DDGS from wheat, corn and barley (DDGS1), wheat and corn (DDGS2) and wheat (DDGS3) were studied and compared with a rapeseed meal (RSM). RSM and DDGS were characterized through in situ crude protein (CP) degradability. Nutrient digestibility was determined in sheep. Twenty‐four multiparous cows were used in a 4 × 4 Latin square design with 28‐day periods. Treatments included total mixed rations containing as primary protein sources RSM (control), DDGS1 (D1), DDGS2 (D2) or DDGS3 (D3). RSM contained less rapidly degradable CP (fraction a), more potentially degradable CP (fraction b) and more rumen undegradable CP (UDP) than the three DDGS. In vivo digestibility of RSM organic matter was similar to DDGS. Calculated net energy for lactation (NEL) was lower for RSM (7.4 MJ/kg DM) than for DDGS, which averaged 7.7 MJ/kg DM. Cows' dry matter intake did not differ between diets (21.7 kg/day). Cows fed D1 yielded more milk than those fed D3 (31.7 vs. 30.4 kg/day); no differences were found between control and DDGS diets (31.3 vs. 31.1 kg/day). Energy‐corrected milk was similar among diets (31.2 kg/day). Diets affected neither milk fat concentration (4.0%) nor milk fat yield (1.24 kg/day). Milk protein yield of control (1.12 kg/day) was significantly higher than D3 (1.06 kg/day) but not different form D1 and D2 (1.08 kg/day each). Feeding DDGS significantly increased milk lactose concentration (4.91%) in relation to control (4.81%). DDGS can be a suitable feed in relation to RSM and can be fed up to 4 kg dry matter per day in rations of dairy cows in mid‐lactation.
