Expression of nucleolus, endosperm storage proteins and disease resistance in an amphiploid between Aegilops tauschii and Secale silvestre

Cytology and gene expression of an amphiploid between Aegilops tauschiiL., native to China, and Secale silvestre L. were studied to reveal the genomic interaction between the donor species. High frequencies of aneuploids were observed in the progenies of the amphiploid, indicating its cytological instability. Feulgen staining and Giemsa-C banding showed that only the nucleolar organizing region from chromosome 5D of Ae. tauschii existed in the amphiploid (2n = 28). The nucleolus of S. silvestre was not observed. Endosperm storage protein electrophoresis indicated most gliadin and glutenin genes from both parents were expressed in the endosperm of the amphiploid. When inoculated by wheat stripe rust and powdery mildew isolates,the amphiploid did not express the resistance from its Secale parent,suggesting the presence of disease resistance suppressor(s) in the D genome of Ae. tauschii as well as nucleolar organizer suppressors. 不同小麦品种籽粒灌浆特性的研究

以黄淮南片主产麦区广泛种植和新近育成推广的12个小麦品种为供试材料,对籽粒灌浆特性进行研究.结果表明:籽粒平均灌浆速度及最大灌浆速度均与百粒重、籽粒体积和籽粒最大体积呈极显著的正相关;籽粒灌浆持续期仅与饱满指数呈显著的正相关,而与百粒重无显著相关.供试品种的籽粒平均灌浆速度和最大灌浆速度,均以郑州853、陕农7859为最快,灌浆持续期最短,属晚花基因型品种;冀麦5418和徐州21的灌浆持续期最长,属早花基因型品种.还探讨了黄淮麦区南片小麦籽粒灌浆模式.

Analytic Solution of Second Order Effects Regular Pattern in Non-Sway Closed Cell Frame

The regular pattern of second order effects according to numerical analysis results in non-sway closed cell frame columns is reviewed . The second order internal force equation and additional displacement method based on the turn-angle equation are provided in second order effects analysis. The analytic solution of second order effects in non-sway closed cell frames is solved by this method, which has proved that the regular pattern of second order effects in non - sway closed cell frame columns is exact.     

新疆主要玉米杂交种及亲本DNA指纹数据库构建

通过对新疆目前推广的8个主要玉米杂交种及其亲本自交系的RAPD分析,初步构建了新疆玉米DNA指纹图谱及数据库,探索了RAPD技术在玉米种质鉴定和纯度分析中的应用.结果表明,8个玉米杂交种及其亲本自交系的指纹图谱多态性丰富,仅用一个引物即可以将24个材料完全区分开,表明了该指纹数据库在玉米品种鉴定与种子纯度分析中应用的可行性.     

肥料深施对小麦生育性状、养分吸收及产量的影响

几年来在豫东潮土地区砂质土上进行的肥料深施效果试验研究结果表明,肥料深施对小麦的生育状况和经济性状有较大影响,肥料深施与浅施比较,可使小麦植株前期生长健壮,中后期生长稳健,落黄好,穗大粒多,籽粒饱满。可显著增加小麦养分吸收量,提高化肥利用率,肥料深施处理比浅施处理氮、磷、钾的吸收量,分别增加34.32￣67.81kg/hm2,3.22￣9.42kg/hm2和17.82￣39.84kg/hm2;氮素化肥利用率提高20.86￣41.1个百分点,磷肥利用率提高7.13￣15.39个百分点;肥料深施在小麦田里养分残留量较浅施的高,尽管一季小麦对土壤有机质耗竭不大,但对氮、磷素的残存已有差异。肥料深施对小麦产量、经济效益、化肥利用率有显著的影响,采用肥料深施技术比群众习惯施肥方法(浅施)可增产小麦337.1￣1183.5kg/hm2,增产率达7.6%￣26.6%,增加收益539.36￣1893.6元/hm2。     

转MvNHX1和MvP5CS基因棉花耐盐抗旱性比较与育种价值分析

通过对花粉管通道法获得的T7转MvNHX1基因的10个棉花株系和转MvP5CS基因的3个棉花株系与对照非转基因棉花D5在温室内盐和干旱胁迫下的发芽率、生理生化指标以及田间花期干旱胁迫下农艺性状和纤维品质进行分析发现:温室内盐和干旱胁迫后,转基因棉花叶片叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量均高于对照,而丙二醛含量低于对照;田间花期干旱胁迫下,2种转基因植株果枝数、有效果枝数、铃数、有效铃数、铃重、子棉、皮棉、衣分、子指和衣指均高于对照,说明转MvNHX1基因和转MvP5CS基因植株在干旱逆境下的产量高于非转基因;经花期干旱胁迫后,2种转基因棉花的纤维断裂伸长率、短纤维率、马克隆值和纺纱一致性指数优于非转基因棉花D5。综合分析表明:2种转基因棉花的耐盐抗旱性均有提高,其中转MvNHX1基因棉花的耐盐性优于转MvP5CS基因棉花植株,而转MvP5CS基因棉花植株的抗旱性优于转MvNHX1基因棉花植株。     

Shunt Active Power Filiter for Harmonic Compensation in DC Side of HVDC Transmission System

A shunt active power filiter(APF) used for harmonic treatment isintroduced in this paper. Basic circuit-theory and main configuration are analyzed. Control scheme and its realization are discussed. Computer simulation is used to verity theoretical analysis. It shows that APF is an interesting alternative for hasmonic treatment compared with conventional passive filter.
