运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对2种贻贝(厚壳贻贝、紫贻贝)稚贝及通过人工培育所得的二者的杂交后代稚贝同工酶表达状况进行分析.结果显示,所检测5种酶(SOD、MDH、ME、ATP、ADH)在上述3种贻贝中的表达极为相似,MDH在3种贻贝中除r迁移率相同的条带外,在紫贻贝中表达出迁移率较小、表达较弱的条带;SOD和ATP仅在厚壳贻贝中表达出比另外2种多1条迁移率最大的条带,ME则表现为紫贻贝少1条中间的条带,ADH在杂交贻贝和紫贻贝中表达完全相同,厚壳贻贝虽也表现为3条酶带,但迁移率明显不同.试验结果说明,厚壳贻贝和紫贻贝具有较近的亲缘关系,其杂交后代与二者均有一定的相似性,这与传统的分类方法所得的结论相一致. 相似文献

河鲈为我区优质经济鱼类之一,在我国仅分布于新疆阿勒泰地区。为更好的保护和合理开发利用这一有限资源,我们基于mtDNA控制区序列对额尔齐斯河-乌伦古河水系的5个野生群体进行了遗传多样性和遗传结构进行了研究。PCR-SSCP标记结果显示,18个单倍型分布于5个群体的100个个体中。对这18个单倍型个体的mtDNA控制区序列克隆和测序,最终确定13个单倍型,检测到14个变异位点,占分析序列的1.60%。河鲈总种群表现高的单倍型多样度(0.942±0.034)和偏低的核苷酸多样度(0.00242±0.00450)。Tajima’s D和Fuand Li’s D指数的估算结果显示,河鲈5个群体遗传分化不显著(P〉0.1),具有较稳定的种群结构。YBW,BEJH和LSW群体间存在着一定的基因流(Nm〉1),WLGH群体与其他群体间的基因流水平低(Nm〉0.6),存在着由于遗传漂变而产生分化的危险。5个群体间的单倍型序列差异为0.003,说明单倍型间未出现分化。 相似文献

The dietary habits of the sea urchin Salmacis sphaeroides and the gastropod Trochus maculatus in ex situ mariculture were examined. Fouling algal assemblages on terracotta tiles were exposed to the grazers and compared. Except for Day 0, the assemblages on Days 2, 13 and 27 differed significantly across treatments. S. sphaeroides rapidly consumed most algae, leaving an assemblage dominated by turf algae and bare tile. T. maculatus primarily fed on green filamentous algae, resulting in an even distribution of other algal functional groups, while control tiles were dominated by green filamentous algae. Using three representative fouling algae species (Bryopsis corymbosa, Hypnea spinella and Lobophora variegata), the consumption rates of both grazers and dietary preferences of S. sphaeroides were examined through a single‐diet and a choice experiment respectively. The single‐diet experiment revealed differential algal consumption rates for S. sphaeroides (H. spinella = B. corymbosa > L. variegata) and T. maculatus (B. corymbosa > H. spinella = L. variegata). The choice experiment showed that S. sphaeroides preferred H. spinella over the other two species. These experiments highlighted the importance of understanding the dietary habits of grazers as this has direct implications on their effectiveness as biological controls of fouling macroalgae in mariculture. 相似文献

利用组织学和组织化学方法,在光镜水平下研究了患“红肉病”文蛤(Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus)的组织病理学变化特征。结果显示,患病文蛤的病理学变化主要表现为组织结构紊乱,上皮膨大、脱落,鳃、外套膜、消化盲囊等组织发现异常结构及寄生物,如嗜碱性的包涵体、嗜酸性颗粒及寄生性原生动物等。另外,组织化学研究结果显示,病蛤在糖含量、磷酸酶活性等方面也有明显变化,表现为消化盲囊、肠等部位吸收细胞内糖含量增加。消化盲囊、消化管各处酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性减弱,碱性磷酸酶活性(AKP)增强。鳃组织ACP活性增强,AKP活性减弱等。 相似文献

Effects of intensive fishing on the perch population in a large oligotrophic lake in eastern Finland
The perch population in Lake Höytiäinen was intensively fished to reduce the density of the population and hence also the predation pressure by perch on vendace larvae. A hypothesis suggests that this predation can prevent recovery of commercially important vendace stock from a state of low-density. In the 1990s the density of the perch population in Lake Höytiäinen has increased, while the vendace stock has been sparse. Intensive fishing was conducted by professional fishermen with a paired bottom trawl, seine net, hoop net and small fish traps and by recreational fishermen with small fish traps. The size of perch population during the intensive fishing period was studied by test fishing with multi-mesh gillnets and the Leslie method in which trawl YPUE was regressed on the cumulative yield. The results suggest that the population size clearly diminished in the area where the fishing pressure was strongest. YPUE of test fishing decreased ca. 30% whereas the Leslie method gave almost a decrease twice as large as that of the former. Mean weight of perch increased in the trawl and test fishing catches during the intensive fishing period. The most effective fishing gear was trawl (62% of the total yield), but importance of trap net fishing by recreational fishermen was also high as they caught 22% of the total yield. 相似文献

为了不受季节的限制,能为大型花展或相关博览会届时提供柑橘成虫,以提高观赏效果和整体效应,特进行了不同温度与光照长度对柑橘凤蝶越冬蛹羽化的影响研究。结果表明,柑橘凤蝶越冬蛹的发育起点温度为10.3676℃,有效积温为197.5715日度,在22℃温度条件下,10h光照比13h光照处理晚羽化3d,柑橘凤蝶的雌雄性比为1:2.25,越冬蛹死亡率为35%。 相似文献
