本试验在补充9种晶体氨基酸的极低蛋白(14%)日粮的条件下,研究不同蛋白来源日粮对仔猪生长性能和氮代谢的影响。将36头体重相近(14.62±1.46 kg)的杜×长×大阉公仔猪随机分为4组,分别饲喂蛋白源由豆粕、棉籽粕、豆粕-棉籽粕和鱼粉组成的日粮。结果表明:与豆粕相比,棉籽粕和鱼粉显著降低了末重和平均日增重、增加了饲料增重比(P0.05),豆粕-棉籽粕组与豆粕组差异均不显著(P0.05);棉籽粕和鱼粉都显著降低了血清总蛋白含量(P0.05);棉籽粕和豆粕-棉籽粕显著降低了血清白蛋白的含量(P0.05);棉籽粕显著增加血清中尿素的含量(P0.05),而豆粕-棉籽粕显著降低其含量(P0.05);棉籽粕显著降低粪氮含量(P0.05);棉籽粕能够显著增加尿氮含量(P0.05),鱼粉则显著降低其含量(P0.05);棉籽粕显著降低了氮沉积率(P0.05),而豆粕-棉籽粕和鱼粉显著增加了氮沉积率(P0.05)。因此,补充晶体氨基酸后,以棉籽粕-豆粕为蛋白源的极低蛋白日粮能够获得与豆粕相近的生长性能,且氮排放比豆粕降低10.68%。  相似文献

本试验使用4 组共计192 羽海兰开产蛋鸡,以可消化氨基酸为基础配制4 种不同日粮,分别为:1 组( 高鱼粉—高豆粕—无杂粕型) ,2 组( 中鱼粉—中豆粕—低杂粕型) ,3 组( 低鱼粉—中豆粕—中杂粕型) ,4 组( 无鱼粉—中豆粕—高杂粕型) ,饲喂结果表明:在日粮其它营养成分基本一致的情况下,可消化蛋白、可消化氨基酸水平相同( 近) 时,降低鱼粉和豆粕用量对开产蛋鸡生产性能无影响;在高杂粕日粮中添加油脂以弥补能量不足,在可消化氨基酸水平接近的情况下,有可能取得比大量使用鱼粉更好的饲喂效果。  相似文献

为比较不同品质饲料在鸡空肠的肽类释放量及其对门脉血浆肽量的影响,进一步探讨造成不同品质饲料氨基酸利用率差异的原因,给试鸡强饲4种单一原料鱼粉、豆粕、棉粕和菜粕,在强饲后6h采集空肠食糜和门脉血液,测定总氨基酸(TAA)和游离氨基酸(FAA)含量,计算肽氨基酸(PAA)含量。结果表明:鱼粉、豆粕组空肠食糜和血浆PAA含量均显著高于棉粕、菜粕组(P<0.01)。  相似文献

本研究选择保育猪、生长猪和肥育猪各120头,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组60头。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,试验组分别用2%、6%、9%发酵棉籽粕替代保育猪、生长猪和肥育猪日粮中的等量豆粕。结果表明:保育猪增重1.63 kg,平均日增重增加44.29 g,饲料消耗降低4.94%,腹泻率降低6.7%,发病率降低10.3%,死亡率降低3.1%;生长猪增重3.31 kg,平均日增重增加62.04 g,饲料报酬提高4.49%,腹泻率降低4.5%,发病率降低5.9%,死亡率降低1.8%;肥育猪增重3.37 kg,平均日增重增加80.21 g,饲料消耗降低4.73%,腹泻率降低1.5%,发病率降低2.0%,死亡率降低1.7%。结论:用发酵棉籽粕等量替代基础日粮中的豆粕,显著提高了保育猪、生长猪和肥育猪的生产性能,不同生长阶段肉猪的腹泻率、发病率和死亡率明显降低。  相似文献

本研究旨在探讨饲粮粗蛋白质水平和氨基酸平衡性对肥育猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质的影响。选取平均初始体重为(69.3±3.6)kg的杜×长×大去势公猪125头,随机分为5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复5头猪。5个组分别为:高蛋白质饲粮组(粗蛋白质水平约为14%)、低蛋白质(粗蛋白质水平约为10%)-氨基酸平衡饲粮组以及3个低蛋白质(粗蛋白质水平约为10%)-氨基酸不平衡饲粮组(在低蛋白质-氨基酸平衡饲粮组的基础上分别将含硫氨基酸、苏氨酸和色氨酸与赖氨酸的比例降低10%)。所有饲粮的标准回肠可消化赖氨酸水平均设置为0.71%,低蛋白质-氨基酸平衡饲粮组中标准回肠可消化苏氨酸、标准回肠可消化含硫氨基酸和标准回肠可消化色氨酸与标准回肠可消化赖氨酸的比值分别为0.67、0.60和0.20。试验期为28 d。结果显示:与低蛋白质-氨基酸平衡饲粮组相比,高蛋白质饲粮组肥育猪的平均日采食量有下降趋势(P=0.05),低蛋白质-低色氨酸饲粮组肥育猪平均日增重和平均日采食量均显著下降(P0.05),低蛋白质-低苏氨酸饲粮组和低蛋白质-低含硫氨基酸饲粮组肥育猪的生长性能无显著差异(P0.05)。饲粮粗蛋白质水平和氨基酸平衡性对肥育猪的胴体性状和肉品质无显著影响(P0.05)。因此,低蛋白质-氨基酸平衡饲粮不影响育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质,分别降低10%标准回肠可消化含硫氨基酸、标准回肠可消化色氨酸和标准回肠可消化苏氨酸对肥育猪胴体性状和肉品质无显著影响,但降低10%标准回肠可消化色氨酸显著降低肥育猪平均日增重和平均日采食量。  相似文献

试验旨在证明菜粕与棉粕净能(NE)预测值及生长猪NE需要量的准确性。在实测菜粕与棉粕的消化能(DE)和代谢能(ME)的基础上,选用32头(20.36±0.39)kg的去势DLY猪,随机分为4组进行生长试验,分别为豆粕组及3%、5%和7%菜粕棉粕组,当试猪平均体重30kg时,每组选取4头,进行6d氮平衡试验。结果表明:菜粕和棉粕的NE预测值分别为6.55MJ/kgDM和5.99MJ/kgDM;菜粕棉粕组与豆粕组之间,除7%菜粕棉粕组的日增重及5%菜粕棉粕组的饲料增重比与豆粕组之间差异显著(P<0.05);菜粕棉粕组N的沉积率和表观生物学价值均与豆粕组无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明选用的Noblet净能预测模型预测NE值是可行的;DLY生长猪NE需要量为9.84MJ/kg是准确的。  相似文献

实验用双低油菜粕高比例等氮替代豆粕饲养生长肥育猪.肥育前期(30-60Kg)按40%、60%、80%替代,后期(60-90Kg)各组替代水平相应提高为60%、80%、100%.设100%豆粕组为对照组.各组基础饲粮中均配入等量棉粕.设计不同预混饲料.试验结果为双低油菜粕前期按60%,后期按80%替代饲养效果较好,生长速度为686g/d,与对照组688g/d差异不显著(p>0.05).饲料效率较对照组提高7.8%,同期出栏盈利提高12.5%(净值42.25元/头),饲料成本下降14.35%.80-100%替代组生长速度约降低10%,但同期出栏盈利与对照组相当.试验未发现高比例配合双低油菜粕的饲粮对肥育猪的健康和肉质有不良影响.  相似文献

试验旨在探讨饲粮能量和蛋白来源对育肥猪生长性能、养分消化率、血清生化指标、胴体性状以及肉质的影响。试验采用2×2因子试验设计,选取DLY育肥猪60头[平均体重(81±7.89) kg],随机分为4个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复3头猪。饲粮能量来源包括玉米和小麦,饲粮蛋白来源包括豆粕和菜粕。4个处理分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型、玉米-菜粕型、小麦-豆粕型、小麦-菜粕型饲粮,试验期28 d。结果表明:①4种饲粮对猪平均日采食量和平均日增重无显著影响(P0.05),但玉米豆粕组的料重比显著低于其余3组(P0.05)。②能量和蛋白来源显著影响养分的消化率。与小麦饲粮相比,玉米饲粮极显著提高了粗脂肪、干物质、灰分、钙和磷的消化率以及能量的利用率(P0.01);与豆粕饲粮相比,菜粕饲粮极显著提高了钙、磷的消化率和能量的利用率(P0.01),显著提高了干物质的消化率(P0.05)。③与豆粕饲粮相比,菜粕饲粮极显著提高了猪血清尿素氮的含量(P0.01);与小麦饲粮相比,玉米饲粮显著提高了猪血清总蛋白水平,显著降低了胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ水平。④玉米豆粕组的眼肌面积显著高于玉米菜粕组(P0.05);与玉米菜粕组相比,小麦菜粕组显著降低了肌肉的蒸煮损失(P0.05),显著提高了肌内脂肪含量(P0.05)。由此可见,4种饲粮对育肥猪的生长性能无显著影响,但显著影响猪养分的表观消化率,且对育肥猪胴体性状、肉质有一定的影响。  相似文献

为观察和验证生物工程平衡蛋白在生长中猪中的应用效果,试验用153头断奶三元杂交中猪进行了为期30d的试验。试验猪只随机分成3组,每组3个栏,每个栏中饲养17头中猪。其中,对照组饲喂基础日粮,含20.0%的豆粕;试验1组为发酵菜粕组,基础日粮中20.0%的豆粕完全由发酵菜粕替代;试验2组为生物工程平衡蛋白组(棉粕+菜粕+杂粕+其他),基础日粮中豆粕由生物工程平衡蛋白替代。结果发现:试验前期,试验各组平均日增重、平均日采食量和料肉比之间没有统计学差异;试验后期,试验2组的日均增重最高,饲料转化率也是最优的,和其他2组相比差异显著(P〈0.05)。试验各组均出现腹泻现象,但组间没有统计学差异(P〉0.05)。人试的第1天和第7天试验各组猪只的血细胞数没有差异(P〉0.05);到试验结束的第30天,试验2组血细胞数显著(P〈0.05)高于其他两组,试验1组和对照组的血细胞数差异不显著(P〉0.05)。试验2组的总蛋白水平显著(P〈0.05)高于其他两组,对照组和试验1组之间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。对于总胆固醇而言,试验2组和试验1组都显著(P〈0.05)高于对照组,但是试验2组和试验1组之间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。表明生物工程平衡蛋白能通过高活性益生菌群、复合酶、小肽、寡糖、有机酸等的协同作用,提高饲料的适口性和消化效率、提高中猪的增重、激发中猪的免疫功能、保证中猪机体的肠道健康、提高中猪生长性能,进而增加养殖经济效益。  相似文献

本试验在日粮必需氨基酸平衡的低蛋白(11%)水平下,研究日粮不同蛋白源对肥育猪生长性能、氮平衡及小肠氨基酸消化规律的影响。选取48头体重(58.65±3.71)kg杜×长×大杂交肥育猪,随机分到4个试验组,每个组设4个重复。对照组饲喂正常蛋白水平(15%CP)日粮(SBM15),3个处理组饲喂低蛋白水平(11%CP)日粮,分别为豆粕组(SBM11)、豆粕+棉籽粕+玉米胚芽粕组(SCCM11)、棉籽粕+玉米胚芽粕组(CCM11)。按照标准回肠可消化氨基酸需要量添加合成氨基酸至日粮必需氨基酸平衡。结果表明:SBM11和SCCM11组对肥育猪生长性能影响不显著(P0.05),但显著提高了氮表观消化率和氮沉积率(P0.05),CCM11组显著降低了肥育猪的生长性能(P0.05),3个试验组均显著降低了粪氮、尿氮的排放(P0.05);SCCM11组具有较好的肠道内氨基酸释放趋势(P0.1)。因此,饲喂SCCM11组日粮可以保证肥育猪正常的生长性能,有利于蛋白质的平稳降解,提高了氮表观消化率及氮沉积率,减少氮排放。  相似文献

 试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平大麻籽粕对生长育肥猪生产性能及猪肉品质的影响。选用体重约35 kg猪216头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复9头猪。在等能等氮条件下,大麻籽粕添加水平为35~60 kg(0,4%、8%、12%);60~110 kg(0、8%、12%、6%)。结果表明:(1)大麻籽粕的不同添加水平均未显著影响生长肥育猪的日增重、日采食量和饲料利用率(P>0.05);(2)不同添加水平的大麻籽粕对猪肉品质的影响不显著(P>0.05);(3)肌肉、肝、血清和血浆中均未检出四氢大麻酚、大麻二酚和大麻酚。大麻籽粕作为蛋白质饲料资源,可部分替代豆粕,安全地应用于生长肥育猪生产中。  相似文献

A 4 x 4 Latin square design was used to determine ileal apparent digestibility of amino acids (AAs) in corn, soybean meal, feather meal and dried whey in young pigs. The data were then to be used in formulating a basal diet for studies on AA metabolism in young pigs. Eight castrates T-cannulated at terminal ileum (average initial body weight 12.5 +/- 0.62 kg) were divided into 4 groups on the basis of body weight and transferred to individual metabolism crates. They were then fed four experimental diets containing the four feedstuffs to be tested (corn, soybean meal, feather meal and dried whey). The trial lasted 20 days, which included 4 five-day periods for ileal digesta collection. It was found that the digestibility of the AAs was similar to that reported in literature. Based on the findings a basal diet for this research was formulated according to an ideal protein model for the 10 to 20 kg piglet, on the basis of digestible AAs and containing 14.13 MJ/kg digestible energy, 18.22% crude protein, 1.04% digestible lysine and 0.23% digestible histidine.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲喂模式对生长育肥猪生长性能、胴体品质和脂质代谢的影响。试验选择48头平均初始体重为(61.4±2.5)kg的杜×长×大三元杂交去势公猪,根据体重按随机区组设计分到自由采食组(自由采食)和限制饲喂频率组(每天饲喂2次)。每个处理8个重复,每个重复3头猪。结果表明:限制饲喂频率组的平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)、胴体重、屠宰率和平均背膘厚均显著低于自由采食组(P0.05);饲喂模式对猪肉品质相关指标无显著影响(P0.10);限制饲喂频率组脂肪组织中苹果酸酶(ME)和脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)的活力显著低于自由采食组(P0.05);限制饲喂频率组脂肪组织中FAS和过氧化物酶体增生物激活受体γ(PPARγ)的m RNA表达量显著低于自由采食组(P0.05)。综上分析,限制饲喂频率降低了生长育肥猪的生长性能、胴体品质和脂肪沉积,但对肉品质无显著影响,其中限制饲喂频率主要是通过降低脂肪合成减少脂质沉积。  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to study the effect of different protein meals, with or without enzyme supplementation, on the performance of broilers. A diet based on a combination of protein meals (15% soybean meal, and 5% each of sunflower meal, canola meal, rapeseed meal, and cottonseed meal) was compared with 4 other diets containing 15% soybean meal and 20% of sunflower meal, canola meal, rapeseed meal, or cottonseed meal. Experimental diets were formulated to contain 2,630 kcal of ME/kg and 0.95% digestible lysine, with all other essential amino acids set to meet or exceed the ideal protein ratios. Each diet was fed with or without supplemental exogenous enzyme (Rovabio Excel at 500 g/metric ton of feed) to 6 replicate pens of 50 chicks from 1 to 35 d posthatch as coarse mash. In the cottonseed meal-based diet, supplemental enzyme resulted in high 35-d feed intake and FCR compared with the cottonseed meal-fed groups with no enzyme. There was a significant (P < 0.05) diet × enzyme interaction for 35-d feed intake and FCR. Birds fed the sunflower meal-based diet had significantly (P < 0.05) higher final BW gain and lower FCR as compared with those fed rapeseed meal- or cottonseed meal-based diets, whereas the BW gain of birds fed the rapeseed meal-based diet was significantly (P < 0.05) reduced compared with birds in all other groups. In conclusion, in low-ME broiler diets formulated on a digestible amino acid basis, up to 20% sunflower meal and canola meal can be safely incorporated into the diet. Supplementation of Rovabio failed to exert any positive effect on production parameters when used with diets containing high levels of each of the common protein meals.  相似文献

Three trials were conducted to compare acceptance and utilization by growing and finishing pigs of diets containing supplemental protein from either heated, solvent-extracted soybean meal (SBM), raw low-Kunitz trypsin inhibitor soybean (LT) or raw commercially grown Williams cultivar soybean with high Kunitz trypsin inhibitor content (HT). In Trial 1, 36 crossbred pigs, averaging 7 kg in weight, were fed 1) corn-SBM, 2)corn-LT or 3) corn-HT diets for 28 d. Diets were formulated to be isolysinic and to have similar calorie:lysine ratios. Average daily gain and gain/feed were higher (P less than .01) for pigs fed the corn-SBM diet than for pigs fed the corn-LT diet; average daily gain and gain/feed were higher (P less than .01) for the corn-LT diet than for the corn-HT. Average daily feed intake did not differ (P greater than .05) among diets. In Trial 2, 48 crossbred pigs averaging 67 kg were fed diets similar to those in Trial 1 but with lower lysine values. The daily gain (.95 kg) of pigs fed the corn-SBM diet was greater (P less than .05) than for pigs fed the corn-LT diet (.87 kg), which in turn was greater (P less than .05) than for the pigs fed the corn-HT diet (.83 kg). Daily feed intake (kg) and gain/feed were 3.27 and .291, 2.97 and .293, and 3.07 and .270, respectively, for pigs fed the corn-SBM, corn-LT and corn-HT diets. 试验选用80头体重为40 kg左右的杜×(长×大)三元杂交猪,随机分为5个处理,每处理公、母各半,分别饲喂可消化赖氨酸水平为0.59%、0.67%、0.75%、0.83%、0.91%的等能(14.21 M J/kg)、等氨基酸模式的玉米-豆粕型日粮。通过对生产性能和血液生化指标的研究,来确定生长肥育猪可消化赖氨酸需要量。结果表明,当可消化赖氨酸水平为0.75%时,平均日增重、谷草转氨酶活性最高,差异显著(P<0.05);料重比最低,差异显著(P<0.05);血清尿素氮浓度最低,差异极显著(P<0.01)。可消化赖氨酸的不同水平对血清中甘油三酯、总蛋白、白蛋白浓度以及谷丙转氨酶活性没有影响,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。上述结果提示,40~70 kg生长猪的可消化赖氨酸和总赖氨酸需求参数分别为0.75%、0.84%。  相似文献

The effects of dietary level of lysine and of level and source of CP on voluntary feed intake, growth performance, plasma free amino acids, and carcass characteristics were investigated in a study involving 60 female and 60 castrated male Large White finishing pigs (from 42 to 101 kg live weight) with ad libitum access to feed. Six treatments were compared according to a 2 x 3 factorial plan, with two levels of lysine (.55 and .65% selected below the recommended levels for both sexes) and three types of CP (N x 6.25) supply: a 13% CP diet based on wheat, peanut meal and soybean meal; a 15.6% CP diet providing the same amino acid pattern as that of the basal diet; and a 15.2% CP diet containing the same levels of essential amino acids as the 13% CP diet, with the addition of glutamic acid as a source of nonessential amino acids. By maintaining a constant amino acid pattern separate changes in dietary lysine and CP levels resulted in a relative independency of their effects on feed intake, growth performance, and body composition. Muscle gain increased with supplementary lysine, with a lower response at the lower CP level (13%). At the same level of lysine (.55 or .65%), increasing protein content from 13 to 15.6% did not affect feed intake, but growth rate was lower and feed/gain was increased, partly because of an additional energy cost resulting from catabolism of excess protein.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

本试验研究不同粉碎粒度的豆粕对断奶仔猪生长性能和养分消化率的影响,选用26~28日龄断奶(7.9±0.7)kg杜×长×大健康仔猪80头,按体重、性别相同原则随机分为4个处理,每处理设5个重复,每个重复4头猪。各个处理组采用相同的日粮组成,对照组饲喂含常规粉碎豆粕(目标粒径为750μm)的日粮,处理1、2、3分别饲喂含目标粒径为150、30、6μm豆粕的日粮。结果表明:使用粉碎粒度低于30μm豆粕的日粮提高了断奶仔猪日增重(P<0.05),明显提高采食量(P>0.05),降低饲料增重比(P<0.05),显著降低断奶仔猪的腹泻频率;使用粉碎粒度低于30μm豆粕的日粮提高断奶仔猪日粮氮、磷表观消化率(P<0.05),改善能量消化率(P=0.063)和有机物表观消化率(P=0.082),显著提高必需氨基酸的表观消化率(P<0.05)。粉碎粒度低于30μm的超微粉碎豆粕可显著提高断奶仔猪日粮蛋白质的消化效率,提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,改善了豆粕作为蛋白质营养源的生物适应性。  相似文献

A total of 252 crossbred pigs were used in two experiments to determine the effect of feeding hydrolyzed feather meal (FM) during the growing-finishing period on animal performance, carcass composition, and pork quality. All pigs were blocked by weight, and dietary treatments were assigned randomly to pens within blocks. In Exp. 1, 24 pens were randomly assigned to one of three dietary treatments: 1) control corn-soybean meal starter, grower, and finisher diets devoid of FM; 2) control diets formulated with 3% FM; and 3) control diets formulated with 6% FM. During the starter phase, there was a quadratic decrease in average daily gain (P < 0.06) and gain:feed (P < 0.01) with increasing FM, and during the grower-II phase, gain:feed increased linearly (P < 0.07) with increasing FM inclusion level. However, dietary FM had no effects (P > 0.10) on performance during the grower-I phase, finisher phase, or in the overall trial. Moreover, carcasses from pigs fed 3% FM had greater (P < 0.05) average backfat depth than carcasses of pigs fed 0 and 6% FM, but FM did not affect (P > 0.10) ham or carcass lean composition. In Exp. 2, 24 pens were randomly allotted to one of four dietary treatments: 1) positive control corn-soybean meal-based starter, grower, and finisher diets; 2) negative control corn-soybean meal- and wheat middlings-based starter, grower, and finisher diets; 3) negative control diets formulated with 3% FM; and 4) negative control diets formulated with 6% FM. Dietary FM had no effect (P > 0.10) on average daily gain, average daily feed intake, or gain:feed during any phase of the experiment. Ham weight decreased linearly (P < 0.04), whereas ham lean weight increased linearly (P < 0.09), with increasing levels of FM in the diet. Pork from pigs fed 3% FM tended (quadratic effect, P < 0.10) to receive higher Japanese color scores than pork from pigs fed either negative control or 6% FM diets. Moreover, pork color became lighter (P c 0.08), less red (P < 0.001), and less yellow (P < 0.003) as FM level was increased in swine diets. Results from these two experiments indicate that as much as 6% FM can be incorporated into isolysinic diets of growing-finishing pigs without adversely impacting animal performance, carcass composition, or pork quality.  相似文献
