A hydraulic braking system of the hybrid vehicle is designed based on braking force distribution and brake pressure coordination control strategy of integrated startor and generator(ISG) hybrid electric vehicle(HEV). Simulation model of hydraulic braking system has been established using AMESim software platform. Dynamic performance simulation and analysis to the key components and systems are performed. The results verify the correctness and feasibility of system program and provide evidence for designing and optimizing of HEV braking system.  相似文献

Automatic mechanical transmissions (AMT) are suitable for use in heavy duty vehicles. Bench testing is an important task of the research and development. Many objectives, such as AMT performance testing, matching AMTs with engines, and optimizing control rules, can be achieved through bench testing, thereby laying a foundation for AMT application. An AMT testing bench is built up based on a developed AMT. By analyzing the performance requirements of AMT bench testing for heavy duty vehicles, a testing controlling system scheme is proposed and methods of data acquisition and communication are analyzed. Control methods for actuators are proposed based on analyzing the characteristics of AMT actuators. A testing control program for AMT bench testing is developed based on the Delphi platform. A test bed with computer control for hydraulic torque converter test is built up. The structure and principle of the test bed are introduced. Continuously Variable Transmission which is the ideal transmission for automobile can improve dynamical and economical performance and reduce pollution emission effectively. Vehicle equipped with CVT where hydraulic torque converter is acted as start clutch have better acceleration performance and its starting control is very simple. Based on performance test of hydraulic torque converter and simulation on lock-up dynamic process of torque converter clutch, matching characteristic between engine and torque converter is evaluated , and the lock-up control rule of torque converter clutch and the control strategy of standing start of vehicle equipped with Continuously Variable Transmission with torque converter is proposed. By computer simulation on start process, vehicle equipped with CVT have better acceleration performance than equipped with five-speed MT.  相似文献

A duty valve drove hydraulic brake servo system of HEV(hybrid electric vehicle) power transmission test rig is studied.The brake performance depends on the responses of the pressure control.A PI controller is designed through analyzing the working characterizes of the hydraulic brake system and duty valve by using rapid control prototype(RCP) tool-dSPACE,all the model and control code are successfully download to the AutoBox,and rapid control prototype experiment shows that the benefits of developing duty valve drove hydraulic brake servo system with good performance has been achieved.  相似文献

This paper describes a PC controlled brake valve automatic testing system which uses industrial control(computer) and Advantech powerful date acquition card PCI-1710L,and chooses Advantech PCI-1730 as the I/O card,(uses) FUJI servo systrm as the transmission mechanism.The system monitor the brake valve's quality based on analyseing the static characteristics of the brake valve.The authors also introduce the principle and structure of the system,hardware and software design process.The system works well in practice.  相似文献

The application of lock-up clutch slip control balances the fuel economy and drivability, and greatly improves the performance of hydraulic automatic transmission. The structure of the lock-up clutch and the friction material of lock-up clutch lining are discussed, a detailed research on varying characteristic due to engaging time during the lock-up clutch engagement is developed, too. Through the analysis of hydraulic-mechanical transmission and the modeling of torque converter, the traction performance of an automatic transmission car between hydraulic transmission and mechanical transmission under different throttle angle and different gears is discussed, and the control rule among dynamic gear-shifting, economic gear-shifting and mixed gear-shifting is made. Furthermore, the control strategy of engagement, disengagement and slip-control of lock-up clutch is set down. Simulation of integrated control of hydraulic-mechanical transmission which applies slip-control under multi-load-condition is carried out, and the result shows that the fuel economy of such type of the car gets an increase by 2.36%.  相似文献

Automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) bed testing is one of the important jobs for AMT researching and development. Through bed testing we can finish many works such as testing performance of AMT, AMT-engine matching, optimizing control rules and so on. AMT testing bed is built up base on the sample AMT developed by ourselves. Data are transmitted between PC and SCM though RS232 COM. By this way electronic throttle, clutch and shifting are controlled. Hardware port can be read in Windows 2000 by calling the unpublicized functions. Testing-controlling Program is also developed and AMT bed testing can be carried out with advanced test and control technology.  相似文献

为实现复杂环境下履带式拖拉机田间作业的路径跟踪控制,设计了履带式拖拉机自动驾驶系统,并对路径跟踪与控制算法进行了研究。自动驾驶系统由MCU、双源激光定位系统、速度控制系统、点火/熄火控制系统、液压转向系统等组成。采用模糊算法对行驶过程中的路径偏差进行补偿,实现对路径的跟踪控制。为验证算法的有效性,进行了Matlab/Simulate仿真与田间试验。结果显示对于NF502型履带拖拉机,该系统在100 m范围内可实现有效控制,表明该算法能实现对行驶路线跟踪与控制。  相似文献

The authors analyze major factor influencing the vehicle starting and shifting character of electronic-control AMT. By taking the mini-vehicle of Chan'an Star as carrier, electronic-control hydraulic AMT is developed, comprehensive shift-control strategy and clutch joint-control strategy are constitued, and related factors affecting clutch joint disciplinarian are complemented. The authors also put forward control aim of engine speed in the process of vehicle start and shifting, and automatic control to engine speed is realized by adopting electronic throttle. A last tests on prototype vehicle start &shift are made under different working conditions. The result shows newly-developed automatic transmission system is of more satisfactory control effect.  相似文献

This paper introduces the comprehensive hydraulic testing set for many kinds of hydraulic elements with hydraulic drive, hydraulic regulation and hydraulic loading. It has rational structure compact arrangement, reliable characteristics and advanced technique. In order to reduce the energy loss in the hydraulic system of the testing set, 1 ad sensing control is used. The static and dynamic characteristics of the load sensing system are analysed with the method of numeral simulation on computer. the testing witk load sensing control results show energy may be saved obviously and the heat load in hydraulic system may be reduced effectively, then testing quality is improved and the volume cf oil case is lessened. The lead sensing valve design is satisfied with simplifying structure so that it may be used reliably for the fixed flow hydraulic system of the testing set or other machines.  相似文献

In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of testing, the automatic measuring system software based on virtual instrumentation technology(VISA and SCPI) has developed at the VB platform, which changes the phase of outputting data just by printing spectrum chart .The system realizes functions of data sampling, transffering and processing in HP E7405A EMC analyzer. Apache Struts is one of the most popular open source framework for Web applications and developments using MVC Model2 architectural pattern. Using the Information Technology to improve the efficiency of education service is emergent. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the design and realization of a platform system software based on Apache Struts framework. By briefly analyzing the extra requirement in higher education service, an architecture based on MVC design pattern is presented. Some core technologies used in the platform system software, such as Struts Tiles and Struts Menu etc, are proposed in details by the end. Because of its struts-based fundamental architecture and running mechanism, the platform system software made a certain performance advantage and largely reduced the developing period.  相似文献

Continuously variable transmission (CVT) is the ideal transmission for automobile, it is also one of the most important research items of researchers and automobile companies all over the world. The dynamic simulation model is established and integrated control strategy of standing start is proposed for dual mode CVT vehicle, aiming at automatic vehicle with torque converter as a starter and metal pushing belt as a higher transmission equipment (Dual mode CVT vehicle), on the base of engine and torque converter performance experiment. Simulation result shows that vehicle performance can be improved by using the control strategy proposed. 采用普通燃煤锅炉进行日光温室加温是目前常用的一种冬季采暖方式,但也存在着环境调控水平低、能源浪费和费工、费力等问题。本文采用新型电锅炉供暖方式对土壤进行加温,并配套设计了土壤温度自动监测与控制系统,大大降低了系统耗电量,经过性能测试和经济性分析,表明该套系统是经济可行的,为单栋日光温室加温提供一种有效且环保的新方法。  相似文献
