dSPACE is a prototype development and real-time control testing platform which is based on MATLAB/Simulink software. By establishing mathematic model of hydraulic automatic transmission system, the shift rules are achieved. A testing platform for hydraulic automatic transmission system is developed whose control software is programmed by simulink and using the dSPACE as the centre controller. The experiment of electric throttle control and power performance matching control of hydraulic automatic transmission system is carried out. the result shows that well matching performance of hydraulic automatic transmission system can be realizedby using the control strategy proposed in this paper, it provides a fast and efficient approach for researching and developing the hydraulic automatic transmission system.  相似文献

The authors analyze major factor influencing the vehicle starting and shifting character of electronic-control AMT. By taking the mini-vehicle of Chan'an Star as carrier, electronic-control hydraulic AMT is developed, comprehensive shift-control strategy and clutch joint-control strategy are constitued, and related factors affecting clutch joint disciplinarian are complemented. The authors also put forward control aim of engine speed in the process of vehicle start and shifting, and automatic control to engine speed is realized by adopting electronic throttle. A last tests on prototype vehicle start &shift are made under different working conditions. The result shows newly-developed automatic transmission system is of more satisfactory control effect.  相似文献

Continuously variable transmission (CVT) is the ideal transmission for automobile, it is also one of the most important research items of researchers and automobile companies all over the world. The dynamic simulation model is established and integrated control strategy of standing start is proposed for dual mode CVT vehicle, aiming at automatic vehicle with torque converter as a starter and metal pushing belt as a higher transmission equipment (Dual mode CVT vehicle), on the base of engine and torque converter performance experiment. Simulation result shows that vehicle performance can be improved by using the control strategy proposed. The research results provide the theory method of analyzing and designing for CVT vehicle.  相似文献

内蒙古兴安盟突泉县、扎赉特旗于2016年各安装一套农业气象自动观测系统开展春玉米、水稻发育期、植株密度、植株冠层高度、生长状况、叶面积指数和干物质重量农业气象要素自动与人工观测对比试验。通过2016至2018年的对比试验数据分析,结果表明:作物生长状况、发育期自动观测数据与人工观测数据基本一致,完全可以代替人工观测。植株密度、冠层高度、叶面积指数、干物质重量自动观测误差相对较大,不能代替人工观测。农业气象观测要素作物生长状况、发育期的自动化、数字化观测,增强了观测资料的客观性、时效性和连续性,为提高农业气象服务准确性提供了数据支撑。  相似文献

芽苗菜营养丰富、绿色无污染、具有广阔的发展前景,但是芽苗菜栽培管理工作量大,专用设备较少,限制了芽苗菜的推广。为解决芽苗菜栽培对于自动化管理的需要,设计了一种组合式超声波芽苗菜栽培装置。该装置由底座、催芽系统、栽培系统、补光系统、控制系统等组成。利用该装置进行的豌豆和萝卜等芽苗菜栽培试验,结果表明:该装置采用的自动化控制系统,可以实现催芽系统和栽培系统的自动供水,以及补光系统的自动补光,在栽培过程中无须人工管理。催芽系统和栽培系统采用超声波方式进行雾化,不仅可以满足芽苗菜对水分的需求,还能协调根系的水气供应矛盾,使芽苗菜发芽和生长速度提高,并减少烂根等现象。该装置可以根据用户需要选用一个或多个栽培系统进行组合,组合方式灵活,使芽苗菜栽培过程实现了自动化,对芽苗菜的推广具有重要的意义。  相似文献

Towering structures are usually of imposing height, heavy weight and poor bending and torsional rigidities. Hence, their block erection is a technology-intensive cours. Traditional manual control can hardly meet the requirements of the overall process and guarantee its safety. The combination of computer technology with conventional hoisting techniques is applied to the block erection process of towering structures to do the process study of the hoisting system first of all, and to acquire data with instruments and devices according to the process study so as to aid the decision-making and process control of block erection, to realize automatic execution of emergency measures and to guarantee the safety in the course of hoisting.  相似文献

Mathematical modes of engine,cooperation of motor and batteries,automatic clutch and vehicle are built with analysis of configuration of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). Specifications of data input and output and signal characters are defined. Hardware in the loop (HIL) system based on MATLAB/xPC for PHEV is built up. The motor/engine drive shift control logic test of PHEV is carried with inputting real acceleration pedal data. Testing results show that automatic clutch acts abnormally. Bugs in control logic are found out. Road test results with revised control logic are very good.  相似文献

随着科学技术的发展,农业的发展越来越趋于信息化、现代化,智慧农业是未来农业发展的必然趋势。温室控制系统是智慧设施农业的核心,是实现设施农业规模化发展、集约化生产的关键。本研究综述了温室控制相关研究进展,以期在今后的研究中起到一定的作用。温室控制系统自20世纪70年代发展至今越来越成熟,本研究对比了温室控制系统的控制算法、主控芯片、各种传感器,通过对近些年来包括控制系统在内的感知层、传输层和应用层等组成部分综述,并介绍了市面上比较主流的传感器、网络传输技术以及主控芯片,旨在为温室控制系统的设计提供一种可选择的方案,并对温室设施农业中存在的问题和未来的发展方向进行了分析和展望。  相似文献

DZN1型自动站与人工测定土壤湿度对比分析   总被引:5,自引:3,他引:2  
为了评价DZN1型土壤水分监测站的监测能力、服务效益和推广使用提供参考依据,对齐河县2011年2月28日—12月13日期间自动土壤水分观测站与人工平行对比观测的土壤相对湿度资料,进行差值对比和概率相关性分析。结果表明,人工观测的数据与自动站取得的数据随时间的变化趋势基本一致,10 cm和40 cm土层人工观测的数据接近于自动站数据,40 cm土层人工与自动观测土壤相对湿度的平均差值在8个层次中为最小,60 cm层次的平均差值为最大。人工与自动站观测数据的相关性在各层均表现显著,给出存在数据偏差的原因及以后仪器运行应注意的问题,认为DZN1型自动站观测的资料基本能代替人工观测的资料。  相似文献

Modeling and simulating with professional software can increase efficiency obviously. By introducing the functions and characteristics of CRUISE, a simulation model of manual transmission is built. This software is not only convenient, simple and universal, but also direct-viewing and easy to debugging. 通过分析机电控制无级变速器(electrical-mechanical continuously variable transmission,EM-CVT)的结构特点,提出了搭载EM-CVT混合动力汽车的传动方案,建立了动力源数值模型、EM-CVT模型,分析了混合动力系统工作模式,并针对模式切换时的冲击问题,以减小冲击度为目标,通过分析典型工况下动力源输出转矩特性和各部件的动态特性,提出了基于发动机、ISG电机、自动离合器以及EM-CVT相互协调控制策略。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真平台建立混合动力传动系统动力学模型,并对典型的模式切换过程进行了仿真分析。结果表明,所提出的控制策略能够有效控制混合动力传动系统在模式切换时产生的冲击,提高了混合动力汽车的驾驶舒适性。  相似文献

运用江苏省1961—2014 年国家基本气象观测站点网收集的气象和农业气象灾害资料以及2010年以来土壤自动站水分观测资料,根据农田水分平衡原理,以相对湿润度指数为基础,构建江苏渍涝灾害气象监测预警模型,实现了对农田渍涝灾害的客观、实时、动态监测与预报,可动态获取渍涝灾害发生的时间、范围、强度及发展态势、持续时间,为科学防范提供了手段。监测预警业务系统于2014年6 月起投入业务应用,准确率约97%,特别在2014 年夏季持续低温阴雨及2015 年6 月持续暴雨的典型渍涝灾害发生发展过程中表现突出,对全过程进行了动态监测预警,逐日提供全省渍涝灾害区域发生程度,为管理和生产部门及时掌握灾情,科学应对提供了重要依据。  相似文献

土壤水分含量及其变化规律的监测是农业气象生态环境及水文环境监测的基础性工作,掌握土壤水分变化规律,对农业灌溉、土壤墒情与农业干旱的监测预测及进行相关理论研究具有重要意义。为研究黑龙江省明水县自动站资料的适用性,利用2013年2月28日至2014年11月8日期间明水自动土壤水分站与人工观测资料,分析了自动站与人工观测土壤水分相对湿度的差值、差值概率以及不同方法观测所得数值的相关系数,并通过对比自动站与人工观测数据制作了订正方程用以消除部分差异。2013年2月28日至2014年11月8日期间,明水县人工与自动站观测数据的相关性在各层均表现为显著,自动站观测的土壤相对湿度值高于人工观测值,0-10cm土壤浅层和30-40cm深层的差值较小,20-30cm和40-50cm土壤层次差值较大,通过自动站与人工观测数据对比所制作的订正方程可以消除部分差异。结果表明:人工观测的数据与自动站取得的数据随时间的变化趋势基本一致,自动站观测的资料基本能代替人工观测的资料。  相似文献

To guarantee the safety and reliability of steam-injection boiler, the real-time supervisory control system of steam-injection boiler is developed. This system consists of host computer and slave computer two levels system. The run parameters and run status of steam boiler are automatic supervisory with the host computer. The important parameters acquisition and manual adjustment to run parameters of steam boiler are accomplished by the slave computer. The practice proves the validity of this system.  相似文献

For a new type of strongly hybridized system, the vehicle ride performance is used as the study goal, a coordinated control strategy is put forward to suppress the torque surge after the analysis of the parameters changes of engine, motor, clutch and transmission during the driving-mode-switch process. The strongly hybridized vehicle simulation model is developed based on the coordinated control strategy. The typical drive mode switching process performance simulation and analysis are performed. The results show that introducing the coordinated control strategy reduces the torque surge during the driving-mode-switch process and improves the vehicle drivability.  相似文献
