本试验采用2种数学模型估测了3-6周龄雌性肉仔鸡不同衡量指标下的赖氨酸需要量。基础日粮由玉米、豆粕、花生粕、玉米蛋白粉等组成,含代谢能(MEn)12.73MJ/kg,粗蛋白18.8%,蛋氨酸0.44%,赖氨酸0.7%。试验日粮赖所酸设5个处理水平(0.7%,0.85%,1.0%,1.15%,1.30%)。每处理设6个重复,每重复10只鸡。试验末分别检测生产性能、屠宰性能及生化指标并采用折线模型和指数模型估测满足不同生产目标的赖氨酸需要量。结果表明:赖氨酸水平对3-6周雌性肉仔鸡日增重(ADWG),饲料转化效率(FCR),全净膛率(CYR),胸肌率(BMR),腹脂率(AFR)有显著影响(P<0.05)。按不同徇指标得出赖氨酸需要量估测值不同,其大小顺序为:满足最大ADWG需要<满足最大BMR需要<满足最大CYR需要<满足最佳FCR需要<满足最低AFR需要。按折线模型估测,满足ADWG、BMR、CYR、FCR和AFR的总赖氨酸需要量分别为:0.88%,1.01%,0.99%,0.91%,1.05%;按指数模型估测则分别为0.96%,1.15%,1.17%,1.05%,1.33%。  相似文献

2鱼类对必需氨基酸的需要量关于鱼类对必需氨基酸(EAA)的需要量已有相当多的研究,但目前所有10种EAA均已查明需要量的仅有斑点叉尾、大鳞大麻哈鱼、鲤、罗非鱼和日本鳗鲡(表1)。综观以往的研究结果,鱼类对EAA的需要量(占饲料粗蛋白的百分比)因鱼种类不同而有较大差异。如色氨酸需要量变动于0.5%─1.09%、赖氨酸需要量变动于4.03%─6.1%,而含硫氨基酸的需要量变幅更大,为0.99%─3.75%(Gatlin等1991,1992)。这种结果的不一致性,除因不同的研究者所采用的试验方法和设定的试验条件不同外,目前尚无法以现有的营养代谢…  相似文献

本文通过2个试验,对钠(Na^ )和氯(Cl^-)的营养需要,日粮电解质平衡(DEB)和它们对肉仔鸡体内酸碱平衡(dietary electrolyte balance,DBE),垫料湿度及胫软骨发育不良(TD)发生率的影响进行了研究,1日龄Cobb肉仔鸡完全随机分为6个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个试验组50只鸡,各个处理组用基础日粮添加0=10%的Na^ (试验1)和Cl^-(试验2)以达到日粮中Na^ 和Cl^-水平分别为0.10%,0.15%,0.20%,0.25%,0.30%和0.35%,试验1结果显示最适Na^ 的需要量为0.28%,随Na^ 水平的提高,机体血液气体参数直线上升,表明了Na^ 作为碱性物质对鸡的影响,近端胫跗骨肥大区域随Na^ 水平的提高而减小;TD发生率随日粮中Na^ 水平的提高而降低;垫料湿度随Na^ 水平的提高而直线升高,通过试验2估测的Cl-的需要量为0.25%,按照日粮中Cl^-0.30%的平均水平,Cl^-水平对机体血液气体参数产生极显著的影响,而其对垫料湿度和TD发生率没有明显影响(P≥0.05),试验1中最大生产性能DEB为298-315mEq/kg,而试验2为246-264mEq/kg。总之,肉仔鸡在最大生产性能时的Na^ 和Cl^-需要量分别为0.28%和0.25%。  相似文献

本试验旨在通过4个剂量-反应试验,研究30~38周龄产蛋鸡对赖氨酸(Lys)、蛋氨酸(Met)、色氨酸(Trp)和苏氨酸(Thr)4种必需氨基酸(AA)的需要量及其比例.每个试验均采用360只海兰灰产蛋鸡,设5个处理,分别采食5个AA梯度水平的试验饲粮,每个处理6个重复,每个重复12只鸡.采用蛋公鸡回肠食糜法测定饲料原料的标准回肠可消化(SID)值.试验预试期14 d,正试期56 d.结果表明:海兰灰产蛋鸡的产蛋率、蛋重、日产蛋量和料蛋比与SIDLys、SID Met、SID Trp和SID Thr的摄入水平均有较好的折线回归关系;以日产蛋量为自变量(x),AA摄入水平为依变量(Y)分别建立的回归方程为:YSID Lys=51.60-0.041 6(682.5-x),R2=0.96;YsID Met=51.43-0.085(314.1-x),R2 =0.95;YSID Trp =51.17-0.155 4(163.0-x),R2=0.97;YsID Thr=52.85-0.057 6(499.5-x),R2=0.93.在饲粮粗蛋白质12.8%的条件下,以日产蛋量为参照指标确定的30 ~ 38周龄产蛋鸡的SID Lys、SID Met、SID Trp和SID Thr需要量分别为684、313、171和506 mg/(只·d).以日产蛋量为指标建立的30~38周龄产蛋鸡理想SID AA模式为:Lys:Met:Trp:Thr=100∶46∶24∶73.  相似文献

分析杂一代荷斯坦成年母牛体尺指标与体重的相关性,并进一步进行估测体重的回归分析,指导黄牛改良的生产实际及选育工作。以门源县麻莲乡2008年测量的495头杂种荷斯坦牛相关数据为基础,分析体重与体高、体长、胸围、管围的相关系数,构建估测杂种荷斯坦成年母牛体重的回归模型。结果表明:体重与体高、体长、胸围、管围的相关系数R分别为0.712、0.785,0.889,0.514;得到了估测体重的最优回归模型,Y=-648.399+3.317X3+2.062x2+1.211x1(P〈0.01)(R2=0.877)。杂种荷斯坦成年母牛体重与体高、体长、胸围、管围存在明显的线性关系。  相似文献

本文利用34组国内外报道的荷斯坦牛乳中尿素氮浓度和尿氮排泄量的实测数据,对目前提出的部分利用MUN估测尿氮排泄量的模型进行了比较。结果表明,Zhai(2005)提出的模型[UN(g/d):10.1×MUN(mg/dL)+47.3]预测效果较好(P〉0.05)。划分MUN浓度范围分别建立模型可能会提高预测的准确度。此外,根据34组数据做简单回归:UN(g/d)=12.78×MUN(mg/d1)+28.15(n=34,R2=0.59)。  相似文献

试验采用氮平衡试验研究产蛋高峰期罗曼公、母鸡的氮维持需要量(Nm),并分析公、母鸡氮代谢的变化规律。试验选取27周龄健康的公、母鸡各30只,分别分为5个处理,每处理6个重复,每个重复1只试鸡,对公、母鸡分别饲喂5个不同粗蛋白质水平的试验日粮。结果表明:相同蛋白水平处理组的公鸡氮食入量和氮沉积率均高于母鸡的结果。母鸡和公鸡的氮食入量(NI)与氮沉积量(NB)间的回归方程分别为NB=0.3743NI-0.1589(R2=0.79)和NB=0.6228NI-0.3151(R2=0.85)。母鸡和公鸡的氮维持需要量分别为每天0.4245g和0.5059g;每千克体重0.2364g和0.2754g;每千克代谢体重0.2739g和0.3208g。  相似文献

本研究旨在通过建立数学模型估测肉鹅的氨基酸需要量.利用析因法将肉鹅的氨基酸需要量剖分为生长和维持2部分.试验1:设计无氮和低氮2种饲粮,研究维持状态下肉鹅蛋白质需要量.试验2:利用屠宰试验,分析肉鹅沉积于羽毛、胴体和内脏中的蛋白质量,研究肉鹅生长的蛋白质需要量.结果表明:肉鹅由皮肤脱落损失的蛋白质量为6.52 g/d,肌酐代谢排出的蛋白质量为1.26 g/d,内源损失的蛋白质量为3.48 g/d,由此得出肉鹅维持每千克代谢体重的蛋白质需要量为5.37 g/d;单位体增重中沉积于羽毛和体组织(胴体和内脏)中的蛋白质量分别为0.045 1和0.141 8 g/d.由上述结果估测肉鹅氨基酸需要量的数学模型为:AA=5.37W2/3×MAA+0.045 1ΔW×FAA+0.141 8ΔW×CAA.式中:AA为氨基酸需要量(g/d);W2/3为代谢体重(kg);ΔW为日增重(g);MAA、FAA、CAA分别为维持、羽毛、胴体生长的氨基酸模式.利用此模型对肉鹅0~9周龄的氨基酸需要量进行动态估测,多数氨基酸的需要量高于前苏联畜牧科学研究所(1985)的建议量.  相似文献

Poultry nutritionists should constantly evaluate their feeds and feeding programs in view of the changes that continue to be made to the potential growth rate of broilers and egg production in laying hens with the objective of providing the birds with the optimum economic level of nutrients at all times. In this review, the models generated at Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) Jaboticabal, to estimate the optimum intake of amino acids (AA) for broilers and laying hens are presented. These models were used to estimate the variation in AA intake within a broiler population making use of coefficients of variation that represent the real situation in a commercial broiler operation. The range of AA intakes obtained was compared to some commonly applied feeding programs and recommendations. Based on results of our developed models and other feeding programs, feeds were formulated and growth was predicted using a growth simulation model (Avinesp). The prediction of growth showed that these models are reliable and useful tools to assist the nutritionists in decision making. In a study with laying hens, the Reading model (RM) was used to establish optimum economic AA intakes in a flock of hens. The input variables were the means and standard deviations of egg output and BW, and the relationship between the marginal cost of the AA and the marginal revenue for eggs. Based on this model, the optimum intake of each AA can vary with each of the variables considered. The models proposed in our study enable important decisions to be made regarding AA intakes to be used to obtain optimum economic performance from a population of broilers and laying hens.  相似文献

The ideal amino acid concept is increasing by being applied to laying hens. However, understanding the responses of modern laying hens to decreasing levels of dietary protein balanced with crystalline amino acids has yet to be examined. In this study, 5 dietary treatments varying in CP content (18.0, 17.5, 17.0, 16.5, and 16.0%) were formulated at a fixed dietary energy concentration of 2,825 kcal of ME/kg of feed. The crystalline amino acids, including Met, Thr, Ile, Val, Trp, and Lys, were supplemented according to an assumed ideal AA profile, and all diets contained 0.831% ileal digestible Lys. Irrespective of the CP levels, the ratio of Lys and the profile of different essential amino acids in relation to Lys remained similar in all the diets. A total of 540 21-week-old Hy-Line W36 hens were used with 6 replicates per treatment group. This trial was conducted for a period of 14 wk, ranging from wk 21 to 34. Egg production, daily egg mass, feed intake, and FCR were not affected in the low-protein groups. Egg weight and N excretion declined, whereas egg yolk color increased in the low-protein groups. Decreasing dietary CP was found to have no effect on blood ammonia and plasma uric acid. The application of the assumed ideal AA profile can lead to reduced dietary protein level, from 18 to 16%, without affecting the production performance of laying hens during 21 to 34 wk of age. The ratios of standardized ileal digestible Met, Met + Cys, Thr, Trp, Arg, Ile, and Val to standardized ileal digestible Lys were 50, 91, 70, 21, 104, 80, and 88%, respectively, in the assumed ideal AA profile. Excretion of nitrogen was significantly decreased from hens fed the protein-reduced diet without impairing BW.  相似文献

The egg production industry is facing various problems that need to be solved. For amino acid nutrition to achieve scientific and economical feeding of laying hens, it is necessary to elucidate the content, digestibility, or availability of nutrients of feedstuffs and feeds and the requirement of amino acids for laying hens. In addition, improvement to quality of eggs and meat of spent hens, methods of management and development of new feedstuffs are essential. For sustainable animal production, decrease in excreta and animal welfare should be studied. The real‐time determination of content and digestibility of amino acids in feedstuffs are essential for formation of feeds. Recent advances in the near infrared reflectance analysis will be able to determine the content, digestibility and availability of nutrients in feedstuffs and feeds, if we have a supplemental amount of conventional analysis to define the calibration population. The amino acid requirements are affected by various factors. Therefore the method to quickly and exactly determine amino acid requirements in response to various factors is necessary. By using plasma free amino acid concentration as a criterion, it is possible to determine amino acid requirements in various conditions of laying hens within a short experimental period, repeatedly using the same animals. Because the amino acid requirements differ among individual animals, it should be expressed as grams per hen per day. Practically, it is impossible to formulate various feeds for individual hens. The various expressions have been developed and these expressions have advantages and disadvantages. The nitrogen excretion of laying hens is easily reduced by reducing dietary nitrogen levels and restricting the feed intake. The availability of amino acid may be improved by feeding management, and supplementing enzyme, but the quality of eggs and meat of spent hens and welfare of laying hens are not affected by amino acid nutrition.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究标准回肠可消化(SID)氨基酸(AA)模式下,降低饲粮粗蛋白质(CP)水平对海兰灰蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及氮平衡的影响。选取540只20周龄体重相近且健康的海兰灰蛋鸡,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复18只鸡,预试期1周,正试期12周,采食等代谢能(11.82 MJ/kg)、等赖氨酸(Lys,SID Lys为0.831%)、相同AA模式、不同CP水平(18.0%、17.5%、17.0%、16.5%和16.0%)的试验饲粮。结果表明:SID AA模式下,降低饲粮CP水平可极显著降低平均蛋重和CP摄入量(P<0.01),显著降低鸡蛋浓蛋白高度(P<0.05),显著降低蛋鸡摄入氮和排出氮(P<0.05),有提高氮表观利用率的趋势(P=0.05);数据偏相关分析表明,饲粮中SID AA模式外的精氨酸、苯丙氨酸和亮氨酸水平下降与平均蛋重下降显著相关(P<0.05),与浓蛋白高度下降无显著相关(P>0.05)。结果提示,SID AA模式下,降低饲粮CP水平,除影响平均蛋重和浓蛋白高度外,对其他生产性能、蛋品质及血液生化指标影响较小,平均蛋重的下降与低CP饲粮中精氨酸、苯丙氨酸和亮氨酸不足有关;AA平衡的低CP饲粮,可在维持较高生产性能的同时减轻蛋鸡粪氮排出。  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted with growing turkeys from hatch to market examining the performance at various dietary energy and amino acid (AA) levels as well as the relationship between energy and essential amino acids at these energy levels. The results of the first experiment indicated that increasing ME alone improved feed efficiency (FE); however, it did not affect BW in either toms or hens. In addition, increasing ME alone resulted in better regulation of caloric intake (CI) in toms than in hens. The caloric efficiency (CE) (BW/CI) improved with the higherenergy diets. In a second experiment both AA and ME levels were changed. Using 95% of NRC amino acid levels depressed performance, whereas turkeys receiving 105 and 110% of the recommended AA levels had improved BW and FE until 6 wk. From 7 to 19 wk, increasing dietary AA levels decreased feed intake (FI). Increasing both AA and ME together did not, in all cases, produce the same effect as altering their levels independently.  相似文献

1. Medium weight laying hens were used for an assay to determine their isoleucine requirement between 26 and 36 weeks of age and again between 46 and 56 weeks of age. 2. Two isoleucine-limiting mixtures were formulated with similar amino acid profiles, one containing 198 g and the other 110 g crude protein per kg diet. These mixtures were blended to give a series of 11 diets with isoleucine contents ranging from 7.6 to 3.8 g/kg. The lowest protein diet was also fed with a supplement of L-isoleucine. Each of the 12 diets was given to 5 groups of 24 laying hens. 3. The daily isoleucine requirement of individual laying hens was estimated to be 9.48 mg/g egg output plus 44.47 mg/kg body weight per day for the 1st period and 12.11 mg/g egg output plus 6.86 mg/kg body weight per day for the 2nd period. Calculated optimum intakes of isoleucine for various ratios of cost of input to value of output are tabulated. For example, for a flock of medium weight hens producing an average of 50 g daily egg mass, the optimum isoleucine intake (mg/hen d) varied between 760 and 890 varying for ratios of costs to egg prices. 4. It is concluded that the isoleucine required per day does not decrease during the first laying year despite a decrease in rate of egg output.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究以理想氨基酸(AA)模式配制的低粗蛋白质(CP)饲粮对21~32周龄蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、全血氨浓度和血浆尿酸浓度及粪氮含量的影响.试验选用540只体重相近的健康海兰灰蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡,分别饲喂等能量( 11.00 MJ/kg)的5种CP水平(17.00%、16.50%、16.00%、15.50%和15.00%)的饲粮,试验期12周.结果表明:在理想AA模式下降低饲粮CP水平,蛋鸡产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),平均蛋重有降低的趋势(P=0.06),但对平均日采食量、日产蛋重和蛋料比无显著影响(P>0.05);降低饲粮CP水平极显著影响了蛋白高度和哈氏单位(_P<0.01),显著影响了蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),未显著影响蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度(P>0.05);饲粮CP水平对各鸡蛋成分均无显著影响(P>0.05),但鸡蛋蛋白含量随饲粮CP水平的降低有降低的趋势(P=0.09);饲粮CP水平对血浆尿酸浓度及全血氨浓度均无显著影响(P>0.05);降低饲粮CP水平极显著降低了蛋鸡粪氮含量(P<0.01).由此可见,在理想AA模式下,适当降低饲粮CP水平可提高蛋鸡产蛋率,改善鸡蛋品质,降低粪氮含量.  相似文献

本试验通过研究饲粮粗蛋白质水平对济宁百日蛋种鸡生产性能的影响,建立蛋白质需要量析因模型,确定济宁百日蛋种鸡饲粮粗蛋白质的需要量。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,饲粮粗蛋白质水平分别为13%、14%、15%、16%、17%,其他营养指标保持一致。选取40周龄、体重接近的健康济宁百日蛋种鸡525只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复21只。预试期7 d,试验期56 d。结果表明:1)饲粮粗蛋白质水平对济宁百日蛋种鸡平均日粗蛋白质摄入量(ADCPI)有极显著的影响(P0.01),随着饲粮粗蛋白质水平的升高,ADCPI显著升高(P0.05)。2)饲粮粗蛋白质水平对济宁百日蛋种鸡41~48周龄的产蛋数、产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日产蛋量(ADEM)均有显著影响(P0.05),对料蛋比有极显著影响(P0.01);高粗蛋白质水平组(16%、17%)的产蛋数、产蛋率、ADEM均高于低粗蛋白质水平组(13%、14%、15%)。在一定的饲粮粗蛋白质水平(13%~16%)范围内,蛋重有随着饲粮粗蛋白质水平的升高而升高的趋势。3)以ADCPI为因变量,以平均日增重(ADG)、ADEM和代谢体重(BW0.75)为自变量,拟合济宁百日蛋种鸡粗蛋白质需要析因模型为:ADCPI=0.268 0 ADG+0.271 1 ADEM+3.299 3 BW0.75(R2=0.993 4)。满足济宁百日蛋种鸡41~48周龄时最佳生产性能的适宜饲粮粗蛋白质水平为15.49%。  相似文献
