探索紫锥菊提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。试验选取健康成年小鼠80只,随机分为8组,每组10只,分别为空白对照组(生理盐水灌胃),免疫抑制模型组(腹腔注射环磷酰胺100 mg/kg),免疫抑制小鼠紫锥菊提取物高、中、低剂量组,正常对照小鼠紫锥菊提取物高、中、低剂量组,免疫抑制小鼠紫锥菊提取物组和正常对照小鼠紫锥菊提取物组高、中、低剂量组分别按100mg/kg、50 mg/kg、25 mg/kg灌胃,连续灌胃21d,测定其脾脏指数、胸腺指数和血清溶血素水平。试验结果表明,与空白组比较,模型组小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数显著降低(P0.05),血清溶血素水极显著降低(P0.01);正常小鼠高剂量试验组脾脏指数显著提高(P0.05);紫锥菊高、中剂量组胸腺指数显著提高(P0.05),血清溶血素水平显著提高(P0.05)。与模型组相比,免疫抑制小鼠紫锥菊高、中剂量组脾脏指数极显著提高(P0.01);各试验组胸腺指数极显著提高(P0.01);紫锥菊高、中剂量试验组血清溶血素水平有极显著提高(P0.01),低剂量组差异显著(P0.05)。  相似文献

为了研究紫锥菊复方对猪呼吸与繁殖障碍综合征疫苗免疫效果的影响,试验将三元杂交仔猪随机分为4组,即对照组(不用药)与试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(紫锥菊复方1.5%组、1.0%组、0.5%组),并分别于20、35、50、60、70、80日龄采血,检测仔猪外周淋巴细胞转化率、猪呼吸与繁殖障碍综合征抗体水平等免疫指标。结果表明,一定剂量的紫锥菊复方能显著提高仔猪外周血淋巴细胞转化率(P0.05),极显著提高猪呼吸与繁殖障碍综合征疫苗的抗体水平(P0.01)。提示中药紫锥菊复方对仔猪的免疫功能具有一定的促进作用。  相似文献

旨在研究五加芪水煎液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。将6周龄雌性昆明小鼠随机分成正常小鼠组(正常对照,高、中、低剂量组)和免疫抑制小鼠组(正常对照,Hy+蒸馏水组,Hy+高剂量组,Hy+中剂量组,Hy+低剂量组),连续灌胃7d,测定小鼠免疫器官指数、碳粒廓清指数、血清溶血素水平和脾内抗体形成细胞(PFC)的变化。结果表明,高、中剂量五加芪水煎液可显著提高正常小鼠脾指数(P0.01),各给药组均能显著提高正常小鼠胸腺指数(P0.01或P0.05)和碳粒廓清指数(P0.01),高剂量五加芪水煎液能显著提高正常小鼠血清溶血素水平(P0.01),各给药组均对正常小鼠脾内抗体形成细胞数量无明显影响(P0.05)。各剂量五加芪水煎液均使免疫抑制小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数、碳粒廓清指数、血清溶血素水平和脾内抗体形成细胞数量显著提高(与Hy+蒸馏水组相比,P0.01或P0.05),且恢复至正常水平(与正常组相比,P0.05)。  相似文献

研究不同紫锥菊提取物对肉仔鸡免疫功能的影响。将270只1日龄肉仔鸡分为9组,通过测定肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数、血液生化指标、新城疫抗体滴度以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,探讨不同紫锥菊提取物对肉仔鸡体液免疫、细胞免疫和抗氧化能力的影响。结果显示,日粮中添加进口和康地恩紫锥菊提取物能够显著增加肉仔鸡的平均日增重,降低料重比,提高胸腺和法氏囊指数,并且能够显著改变肉仔鸡的白细胞数、红细胞数及红细胞压积,提高机体的抗氧化能力和新城疫抗体效价,优于万适宁、转移因子和紫锥疫毒清组;紫锥菊提取物组的作用效果均明显优于环磷酰胺组和环磷酰胺+康地恩紫锥菊提取物组,且环磷酰胺+康地恩紫锥菊提取物组的作用比环磷酰胺组好。表明紫锥菊提取物均能够显著增强肉仔鸡的免疫功能,康地恩紫锥菊提取物的总体免疫调节效果与进口紫锥菊提取物的效果一致,均优于国产紫锥菊提取物、万适宁、转移因子和紫锥疫毒清,并且康地恩紫锥菊提取物能够提高由于环磷酰胺引起的免疫水平下降。  相似文献

为了研究芪楂口服液对鸡新城疫(ND)和禽流感疫苗(AI)的效果,本试验采用完全随机法将6000只1日龄快大黄羽肉鸡随机分成两组,分别为对照组和试验组,试验组分别在1~10,15~21,29~35,43~49日龄时按照0.2 m L/只在饮水中添加芪楂口服液,各组鸡只在7日龄时皮下注射鸡新城疫、禽流感(H9亚型)二联灭活疫苗,15日龄时皮下注射重组禽流感病毒(H5+H7)三价灭活疫苗,在免疫后18,28,38,48天分别测定鸡只平均体重、血清Ig A含量、外周淋巴细胞增殖情况和HI抗体水平。结果表明:在免疫后28,38,48天时,试验组鸡只平均体重显著高于对照组(P0.05);在免疫后38,48天时,试验组鸡只血清Ig A含量显著高于对照组(P0.05);在免疫后18,28,38,48天时,试验组鸡只外周淋巴细胞OD_(570nm)值与对照组相比差异显著(P0.05);免疫后试验组鸡只血清ND和AI-H9抗体水平差异不显著(P0.05),但在免疫后38,48天时,血清AI-H5抗体水平与对照组相比差异显著(P0.05)。结果表明不同饲养阶段,在饮水中添加芪楂口服液对细胞免疫应答功能具有显著提升作用,显著提高血清Ig A含量,促进外周淋巴细胞增殖,促进鸡只生长。  相似文献

为考察复方中药混菌发酵制剂对AA肉鸡免疫功能的影响,试验选取健康AA肉鸡400只,随机分成5组,每组设5个重复。试验鸡在新城疫活疫苗(La Sota株)免疫时分别应用复方中药制剂和复方中药混菌发酵制剂连用7 d,并于14、28日龄分别进行白细胞、淋巴细胞计数和测定T-淋巴细胞阳性率、免疫器官指数及新城疫抗体效价等免疫指标。结果与空白对照组相比,复方中药混菌发酵制剂可显著或极显著提高鸡的白细胞、淋巴细胞数量,T-淋巴细胞阳性率、免疫器官指数和新城疫抗体水平(P0.05或P0.01);与药物对照组相比,复方中药混菌发酵制剂中、高剂量组可显著提高淋巴细胞数量、免疫器官指数和新城疫抗体水平(P0.05),复方中药混菌发酵制剂用药剂量可以减半使用。表明复方中药混菌发酵制剂能显著地促进肉鸡淋巴细胞的增殖、免疫器官发育和疫苗抗体的产生,增强机体的免疫功能。  相似文献

为了考察五加芪粉对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖功能和抗体形成细胞的影响,为临床应用提供理论依据,设不同剂量的(60、120、240 mg·kg·d~(-1))五加芪粉组,同时设黄芪多糖粉对照组和空白对照组。连续灌胃7 d后,无菌取小鼠脾脏,制备脾淋巴细胞,采用MTT法检测小鼠淋巴细胞增殖功能,定量溶血分光光度(QHS)法测定小鼠抗体形成细胞。结果显示:五加芪粉中、高剂量组可显著(0.01P≤0.05)或极显著(P≤0.01)的提高小鼠淋巴细胞的吸光度值,具有提高机体细胞免疫力的作用;五加芪粉各给药组均显著和极显著的提高了小鼠抗体形成细胞水平(0.01P≤0.05,P≤0.01),具有提升动物体液免疫功能的作用。表明五加芪粉可同时提高机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,增强机体免疫力。  相似文献

为了研究低聚异麦芽糖(IMO)对青年乌鸡免疫力的影响,试验将160只6周龄的贵州竹乡乌鸡随机分为基础日粮对照组和3个处理组,即Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组,分别饲喂添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%IMO的基础日粮,采用对比饲养及免疫学方法研究各试验组鸡球虫病、鸡白痢、鸡痘3种易发禽病的发病率、血浆白细胞数、新城疫和禽流感抗体水平及免疫器官指数等免疫指标。结果表明:处理组的鸡球虫病和鸡白痢发病率均显著低于对照组(P0.05);8周龄和12周龄处理组的血浆白细胞数显著高于对照组(P0.05),10周龄处理组的血浆白细胞数极显著高于对照组(P0.01);8周龄和12周龄处理组的新城疫及禽流感抗体水平均显著高于对照组(P0.05);12周龄处理组的胸腺指数和法氏囊指数显著高于对照组(P0.05),但脾脏指数差异不显著(P0.05)。说明可以通过饲喂添加IMO饲料改善青年鸡群的免疫力,降低鸡群发病率。  相似文献

为研究白细胞介素 2(IL-2)对犬细小病毒疫苗免疫效果的影响,选择40只幼犬,随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组按0.5 ml/头份加入犬用IL-2与犬细小病毒疫苗一起皮下注射,对照组单独使用犬细小病毒疫苗,注射后分别在接种前、接种后7 d和14 d使用金标试纸条检测其抗体效价,并进行组间抗体效价差异的t检验。试验结果表明,接种疫苗前试验组与对照组犬细小病毒平均抗体效价之间差异不显著;接种疫苗后7 d,试验组与对照组犬细小病毒平均抗体效价差异极显著(P<0.01);接种疫苗后14 d,试验组与对照组犬细小病毒平均抗体效价差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验表明:IL 2可明显提高幼犬对犬细小病毒疫苗的抗体应答能力,是一种良好的犬细小病毒疫苗候选佐剂。  相似文献

The experiment was aimed to study the effects of herbal compound Outikang on antibody titer of foot and mouth disease vaccine type O,type A and type Asia Ⅰ,serum levels of ten cytokines and biochemical indices. 200 healthy adult cows were averagely divided into drug group and blank control group. Vaccinating the cows with FMD triplex vaccine when Outikang was given to the cows of drug group for 7 d running and then got the blood of all the cows on 0, 14, 28 and 56 d, respectively. Then blood biochemical examination, vaccine effectiveness and serum levels of cytokines were performed. The results showed that there were no significant differences in antibody titer of FMDV between blank control group and drug group on 0, 28 and 56 d after vaccination (P>0.05), while on 14 d the effect of Outikang on antibody titer of FMDV reached extremely significant level (P<0.01). Compared with blank control group, the contents of T-Bil in drug group was significantly decreased on 0 and 28 d (P<0.05), while it was extremely significantly decreased on 56 d (P<0.01).Compared with blank control group, the contents of Glu had significant difference on 28 and 56 d (P<0.05).The contents of P had extremely significant difference on 0 d (P<0.01), which was within the normal range. On 14 d after vaccination, the content of CD4 significantly increased in the drug group comparing to those in blank control group (P<0.05). On 28 d after vaccination, the content of CD4, IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12, IL-18 and IFN-γ extremely significantly increased in the drug group comparing to those in blank control group (P<0.01). On 56 d after vaccination, the contents of IL-6 and IL-12 extremely significantly increased in the drug group comparing to those in blank control group (P<0.01), while the content of CD4, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-18 significantly increased (P<0.05). Therefore, Outikang could significantly rise the antibody titer of foot and mouth disease vaccine type O, type A and type Asia Ⅰ.While it had no damage to the liver and kidney functions and had cholagogue effect, and it could enhance cellular immunity and humoral immunity function obviously.  相似文献

This experiment was to study the effect of synbiotic and antibacterial peptide on growth performance,and the immune regulation of broiler chickens after the E.coli O78 attack. Totally 100 broilers of health 1-day-old Ross 308 were randomly divided into four treatment groups:Synbiotic group (group S) was fed with basal diet+0.3% synbiotic;Antibacterial peptides group (group AP) was fed with basal diet+0.5% antibacterial peptide; Antibacterial peptide+synbiotic group (group SAP) was fed with basal diet+0.3% synbiotic+0.5% antibacterial peptide;Control group (group C) was fed with basal diet,and the growth performance were determined. At the 14th day,10 chickens from each group were randomly selected for muscle injection with E.coli O78 (the attacked control group was named as model group (group M)),and after 24 h,the morbidity,mortality and immune function of chickens in each group were determined. The results showed that compared with control group,the F/G and ADF of groups S and AP were significantly decreased (P<0.05).Before E.coli O78 attack,the bursa index of group SAP was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05),and other groups had no significant difference (P>0.05);While after the E.coli O78 attack,the thymus,spleen and bursa indexes of groups S and AP were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05),the spleen and bursa indexes of group SAP were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05),and the thymus index showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Compared with the group M,the IgA,sIgA and IL-10 of group S showed no significant difference (P>0.05),while the IL-6 levels decreased extremely significantly (P<0.01);The IgA and IL-6 of group AP were extremely significantly decreased (P<0.01),meanwhile the sIgA and IL-10 were significantly or extremely significantly higher (P<0.05;P<0.01); The changed trend of SAP group was the same as the group AP.In conclusion,the synbiotic and antibacterial peptide could improve the feed conversion rate of chickens and they were used alone or combination all could improved chicken immune function after the bacteria attack.  相似文献

为探究硒化大蒜多糖对环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制的颉颃作用,将336只11日龄非免疫健康罗曼雏鸡随机均分为7组:空白对照组(BC)、免疫对照组(VC)、环磷酰胺对照组(Cy)、sGPS3、sGPS5、sGPS6和药物对照组(APS),每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。BC组和VC组注射0.5 mL生理盐水,其余组均肌肉注射8 mg/mL环磷酰胺0.5 mL,每天1次,连续3 d;14日龄时,除BC组外,其余组均用新城疫疫苗免疫,同时3个硒大蒜化多糖组分别注射0.5 mL浓度为1 mg/mL的sGPS3、sGPS5、sGPS6,APS组肌肉注射黄芪多糖注射液0.5 mL,Cy组、VC组和BC组注射生理盐水0.5 mL,每天1次,连续3 d,28日龄二免。分别于首免后的第7、14、21、28天,每组随机抽取6只罗曼鸡翼静脉采血,分离血清,β-微量法检测血清ND-HI抗体效价、ELISA法检测血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)含量。称量体重后采集胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊组织并称重,计算免疫器官指数。结果显示,各给药组的血清ND-HI抗体效价、血清IFN-γ和IL-2含量、法氏囊指数均显著高于Cy组(P<0.05);sGPS6组血清抗体效价、IFN-γ含量在28 d,血清IL-2含量在21、28 d均显著高于其余各组(P<0.05);在免疫后21、28 d,4个给药组中sGPS6组体重、法氏囊指数最高,显著高于其余3个给药组(P<0.05);在免疫后28 d,4个给药组中sGPS6组胸腺指数、脾脏指数最高,显著高于其余3个给药组(P<0.05)。结果表明,硒化大蒜多糖对环磷酰胺所致的免疫抑制具有颉颃作用,其中sGPS6组的活性最高,可作为新型免疫抑制颉颃剂的候选药。  相似文献

试验旨在探究生长抑素(SS)和皮质抑素(CST)双表达DNA疫苗免疫杂交水牛育成牛的促生长效果,并对其安全性进行验证。将鉴定正确的pVGS/2SS-2A-S/CST-asd质粒电转入减毒猪霍乱沙门氏菌C500构建生长抑素和皮质抑素双表达活载体疫苗。将16头6~12月龄杂交水牛育成牛随机分为低(TL)、中(TM)、高(TH)剂量组及PBS对照组(NC),每组4头,试验组和对照组分别用双表达疫苗和PBS进行鼻腔免疫,初免时每天09:00和15:00免疫2次,连续免疫3 d,2周后以相同程序加强免疫1次,对免疫后不同时期的增重效果和免疫应答水平等进行监测。免疫应答结果显示,各剂量组免疫后均引起了免疫应答,TL组在初免后2周产生的SS抗体水平高于TM和TH组,而TM组SS抗体阳性率最高,为100%,优于TL (75%)和TH组(50%);初免后2周产生的CST抗体水平则呈现完全相反的趋势,抗体水平随免疫剂量下降呈下降的趋势;初免后7周SS抗体和CST抗体水平和阳性率整体呈下降趋势,但也有部分牛出现抗体升高趋势;免疫因子检测结果显示,初免后2周TL和TM组IL-4水平极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而免疫后7周对照组的IL-4水平显著高于TL组(P<0.05),与其他各组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05);对照组INF-γ水平在初免后2周显著高于TL和TM组(P<0.05),免疫后7周对照组显著高于TL组(P<0.05),与其他各组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05);对比抗体阳性组和阴性组发现,初免后2周抗体阳性组的IL-4水平极显著高于阴性组(P<0.01),初免后7周则显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而抗体阳性组INF-γ在初免后2和7周均显著低于阴性组(P<0.05)。增重效果检测显示,初免后2周各试验组平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而在其他各时期各组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05),抗体阳性组仅在初免后2周显著高于阴性组(P<0.05)。激素检测结果显示,各试验组生长激素(GH)和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)在初免后2周均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而初免后7周TL组GH和IGF-1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其他各组之间均差异不显著(P>0.05);抗体阳性组的GH和IGF-1水平在初免后2周极显著高于阴性组(P<0.01),而初免后7周则极显著低于阴性组(P<0.01)。安全性检测结果显示,各时期采集的水样、土样、粪样中均未检测到目的片段,证实了疫苗的安全性。本试验结果表明,双表达疫苗免疫后机体能产生良好的免疫应答,能提高育成牛的平均日增重,且对环境未产生安全性问题。  相似文献

This study was conducted to examine the effects of cottonseed meal fermented by Lactobacillus acidophilus on antioxidant function and oxidation resistance of Yellow-feathered broilers. One hundred and eighty 21-day-old healthy male Yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 broilers per replicate.The broilers in the control group were fed the basal diet with 6% cottonseed meal supplementation,and those in groupⅠ were fed the experimental diet with 6% fermented cottonseed meal supplementation,and the others in group Ⅱ were fed the basal diet included 6% cottonseed meal and 7×104 CFU/g Lactobacillus acidophilus.The results showed as follows:①At 42 days of age,the immune organ index of three groups were no significant difference (P>0.05).At 64 days of age,compared with control group, the spleen index, bursa of Fabricius index,serum IL-2 content and the expression of IL-10 mRNA in spleen of groupⅠwere increased by 47.69% (P<0.05), 20.59% (P<0.05), 5.77%(P<0.05) and 449.37%(P<0.01),respectively,and the expression of IFN-γ and IL-10 mRNA in spleen of groupⅡwere increased by 153.45% and 255.70% (P<0.05),respectively. The expression of IL-10 mRNA in spleen of group Ⅰ was increased by 54.45% compared with group Ⅱ (P>0.05).②At 42 days of age,the serum T-SOD,serum T-AOC and liver T-AOC of group Ⅰ were significantly increased by 8.26%,22.13% and 22.34% compared with control group (P<0.05),and the serum T-AOC of groupⅠwas significantly increased by 27.25% compared with groupⅡ (P<0.05).At 64 days of age,compared with control group,the serum T-SOD,serum GSH-Px and liver T-SOD of groupⅠincreased by 10.17%(P<0.01),20.45% (P<0.05) and 26.17% (P<0.01),respectively,and compared with group Ⅱ,the serum GSH-Px,liver T-SOD and liver GSH-Px of groupⅠincreased by 19.45% (P<0.05),18.41% (P<0.01) and 21.23% (P<0.05),respectively. In conclusion,dietary fermented cottonseed meal could enhance immune function and oxidation resistance of Yellow-feathered broilers, and Lactobacillus acidophilus had no significant influence on immune function and oxidation resistance of Yellow-feathered broilers.  相似文献

本试验的目的在于研究姬松茸多糖对鸡疫苗免疫力和红细胞免疫功能的影响.方法:将试验鸡随机分为3组:对照组用新城疫Ⅳ冻干苗及新城疫灭活疫苗进行免疫;Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组同样进行免疫,同时分别灌服0.6%和3%的姬松茸多糖灭菌溶液1 ml/只,连续3 d.于免疫前及免疫后的第4、11、18 d,分别检测ND抗体效价及红细胞C3b受体花环率.结果:Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的抗体水平在免疫后第4 d至第18 d一直处于上升趋势,且在免疫后第4 d和第18 d显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组间差异不显著;Ⅱ组在免疫后第4d红细胞花环率显著高于对照组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05),而Ⅲ组在免疫后第11d红细胞花环率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:姬松茸多糖具有提高鸡疫苗免疫力和红细胞免疫功能的作用,但未见明显的量效关系.  相似文献

This trial was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary Picriafel-tarrae Lour extracts on serum biochemical indexes and immune function of Guangxi Partridge chickens. 500 Guangxi Partridge chickens with 1 day old were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 20 chicks per replicate.Groups A,B and C were treatment groups and fed diets with 0.70%,0.35% and 0.175% Picriafel-tarrae Lour extracts,respectively,group D was a medical control group fed a diet with 0.01% colistin sulfate premix,and group E was control group fed basal diet. Serum samples were collected from 10 chicks in each group at 21,35 and 49 days old to analyze the biochemical and immune indexes. The results showed that compared with group E, the contents of GLU and TP were not significantly affected by the Picriafel-tarrae Lour extracts (P>0.05).However, in 21 and 35 days old, the TBILI content of groups A,B and C were extremely significantly or significantly reduced (P<0.01;P<0.05);At 35 days old,the activity of serum AKP of groups A,B and C were extremely significantly higher than that of group E (P<0.01),and the activity of serum GOT of group C at 21 and 35 days old were significantly higher than that of group E (P<0.05);At 49 days old,the serum IgG content of groups A,B,C and IL-2 of groups B and C were extremely significantly or significantly lower than those of group E (P<0.01;P<0.05);At 49 days old,the T-AOC of group B was significantly higher than group E (P<0.05);The GSH content of groups A,B and C at 49 days old were significantly increased than group E (P<0.05).In conclusion,the dietary Picriafel-tarrae Lour extract could significantly decreased the TBILI content,reduce the contents of IgG,IL-2 and IL-6, improve the activities of AKP and GOT,and the contents of T-AOC and GSH in some degree. The 0.35% additive amount had the better effects.  相似文献

试验旨在探究复方中草药制剂对黄羽肉鸡育雏期间免疫器官指数及脾脏中IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ因子表达的动态影响。选取1日龄健康黄羽肉鸡450只,随机分成3个处理组(对照组、抗生素组和中草药组),每个处理5个重复,每个重复30只。分别在21、35、49日龄测定鸡免疫器官指数和脾脏细胞中IL-4、IL-2、IFN-γ的动态表达量。结果显示:中草药组的免疫器官指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清中免疫球蛋白IgG含量与对照组相比显著增加(P<0.05);中草药制剂组黄羽肉鸡脾脏中的IL-4 mRNA表达量在35日龄显著高于对照组和抗生素组(P<0.05),IL-2和IFN-γmRNA表达量在试验期呈增加趋势,其表达量在49日龄时中草药组显著高于对照组和抗生素组(P<0.05),说明复方中草药有提高免疫细胞因子mRNA表达量的作用。试验结果表明,基础日粮中添加复方中草药对黄羽肉鸡免疫器官发育和细胞免疫水平有不同程度的促进作用。  相似文献
