Evaluation of fabric pilling using hybrid imaging methods

A study has been made on the quantification and evaluation of fabric pilling using two-dimensional and three-dimensional hybrid imaging methods. Two-dimensional imaging method was good for some samples while three-dimensional measurement method for others, according to the properties of their base fabric. Various image processing techniques as well as three-dimensional data processing algorithms were applied for the extraction of pills from measured data and a series of shape parameters have been defined for the objective evaluation of fabric pilling. An evaluation criterion that is compatible with the conventional evaluation method has been proposed by applying the new evaluation method to the current photographic standards.     

HPLC同时测定栀子金花丸中4种成分的含量

[目的]采用HPLC建立同时测定栀子金花丸中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素这4种成分含量的分析方法。[方法]色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-浓度0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长为278 nm。[结果]黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素4种成分的线性范围分别为0.418~4.18μg/ml(R=0.999 8),0.2~2.0μg/ml(R=0.999 8),0.233~2.330μg/ml(R=0.999 9),0.215~2.150μg/ml(R=0.999 9);平均回收率分别是98.40%(RSD=0.45%)、98..66%(RSD=1.41%)、98.88%(RSD=1.48%)和98.97%(RSD=1.45%)。[结论]该方法快速、简便,且具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为栀子金花丸中这4种成分的含量控制方法。     

Effects of blocking the expression of PKARⅠβ gene with antisense nucleotide on Shuang long-Jie gu Pill (SLJGP) containing serum osteoblast proliferation

AIM: To further investigate the role of PKARⅠβ in the growth-promoting effects of shuang long Jiegu pill (SLJGP), a Chinese medicine, on cultured osteoblasts. METHODS: pcDNA- antiPKARⅠβ, a recombinant expressing the antisense sequence of PKARⅠβ, was constructed and transformed HFOB1.19 by lipofectin. MTT was undertaken to assess the cell growth with the treatment of high dosage of SLJGP containing serum. RESULTS: Antisense gene blocked the growth-promoting effects of SLJGP containing serum on HFOB1.19. CONCLUSION: The function of SLJGP is closely related to cAMP-dependent protein kinase A.     

Role of Akt signal pathway in inhibition of neuronal apoptosis by Chinese medicine Zuogui pill in adult rats treated with monosodium glutamate

AIM: To explore the role of Akt signal pathway in apoptosis of neural cells in adult rats treated with Zuogui Pill, a Chinese medicine. METHODS: Flowcytometry and Western blotting methods were used to investigate the changes of cellular apoptosis rate and Akt signal pathway. RESULTS: Monosodium glutamate (MSG) could increase cellular apoptosis rate and significantly restrained the phosphorylation of Akt (Ser473) and Akt (Thr308), and markedly increased the levels of phospho-FKHR (ser256), GSK-3β (Ser9) and PTEN. Zuogui Pill partly inhibited the above effects of MSG. CONCLUSION: Zuogui pill effectively inhibits the neural apoptosis induced by MSG, and Akt pathway is involved in the neuronal protection of Zuogui pill.     

黄政德教授应用四妙丸的临床经验举隅

托木尔峰地区神奇峰冰川3950m处物质平衡与气象要素关系分析

2008年夏季,中国科学院天山冰川观测试验站科研人员对天山托木尔峰地区神奇峰冰川(也称青冰滩72号冰川)进行了大规模综合性的野外科考活动,获得了2008年7月30日至8月31日期间的冰川海拔3950m处的实测气象资料,包括气温、降水等。文中将这些气象资料与物质平衡数据相结合,对它们的关系进行了分析。2008年夏季青冰滩72号冰川野外观测资料分析结果表明:研究时段内,冰川日平均气温在0℃以上的天数达到了96%,冰川基本上处于消融状态;降水前后伴随的气温变化幅度大;基于观测数据,对气温和物质平衡进行了回归分析,回归系数为0.631;并利用灰熵关联度分析了降水和物质平衡之间的关系,它们之间的关联度系数为0.497。     

中药参芪肺宝对小鼠免疫功能的影响

[目的]初步探讨参芪肺宝对小鼠免疫功能的影响.[方法]采用碳廓清率法、血清素测定法进行分析,观察参芪肺宝对正常小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、溶血素抗体生成的影响.[结果]参芪肺宝可激活网状内皮系统并增加小鼠血清溶血素含量.[结论]参芪肺宝具有一定增强机体免疫力的作用.     

复方参芪五味咀嚼片的质量标准研究

[目的]研究控制复方参芪五味咀嚼片的质量标准的方法。[方法]采用薄层色谱法鉴别复方参芪五味咀嚼片中的人参皂苷Rg1（人参）、五味子醇甲（五味子）和黄芪甲苷（黄芪）、麦冬药材;采用高效液相色谱法样品中人参皂苷Rg1、五味子醇甲和黄芪甲苷含量进行测定。[结果]在选择的薄层色谱条件下,各样品斑点显色清晰;复方参芪五味咀嚼片中人参皂苷Rg1、五味子醇甲和黄芪甲苷分别在2.5～17.5、2.4～12.0、4.6～32.2μg/ml的线性范围内,与峰面积线性关系良好。人参皂苷Rg1、五味子醇甲和黄芪甲苷的平均加样回收率分别为98.1%、97.2%、97.7%,RSD值分别为2.0%、1.4%、1.2%。[结论]所建立的方法准确、重现性好,可以作为控制复方参芪五味咀嚼片的质量标准的方法。     

参芪颗粒预防肉鸡腹水综合征的研究

15日龄雄性AA肉仔鸡240只,分为6组,一组于常规温度下饲养,为正常对照组;其余5组均在低温下饲养,一组为硝苯地平组,为药物对照组;一组不给任何药物,为阳性对照组;余下3组作为试验组,分别给予高、中、低剂量的参芪颗粒制剂,连用15 d。结果表明:低温饲养能明显提高肉鸡腹水发病率,中剂量及高剂量组腹水发病率明显低于阳性对照组。腹水心脏指数、肺动脉压指标显示,药物对照组、不同剂量参芪颗粒组均能不同程度地改善腹水心脏指数及肺动脉压,参芪颗粒对肉鸡腹水综合征有防治作用。
