开关磁阻电机(SRM)特殊的结构使建立其磁链模型比较困难。根据SRM运行的周期特点,从数学角度用傅里叶级数模型对其进行解析,通过权系数将傅里叶级数模型与传统指数模型结合,得到一个新的改进模型。用提出的改进模型与指数函数模型、傅里叶级数模型分别对Ansoft Maxwell仿真得到的磁链数据进行拟合。对比解析结果,证明提出的改进模型具有更高的解析精度,适合解析磁链。  相似文献

Plant parasitic nematodes are generally soilborne pathogens that attack plants and cause economic losses in many crops. The infested plants show nonspecific symptoms or, often, are symptomless; therefore, diagnosis is performed by taking soil and root tissue samples. Here, we show that a combination of different infrared spectra analysis and machine learning algorithms can be used to detect plant parasitic nematode infestations before symptoms become visible, using leaves instead of roots and soil as samples. We found that tomato and guava plants infested with Meloidogyne enterorlobii produced different spectral patterns compared to uninfested plants. Using partial spectra from 1,450 to 900/cm as the "fingerprint region", principal component analyses indicated that after 5 (tomatoes) or 8 weeks (guava), plants with no visible symptoms of infestations were positively diagnosed. To improve the early detection response, we used machine learning modelling. A support vector machine (SVM) was used to obtain more robust, accurate models. The SVM model contained 34 support vectors, 17 for each level. The overall performance of the model was >97% and the total accuracy was significantly higher, demonstrating the absence of chance prediction. The best prediction of infestation was obtained at the second and fourth weeks for tomatoes and guavas, respectively, reducing the diagnostic time by half. The combined application of these techniques reduces the processing time from field to laboratory and shows enormous advantages by avoiding root and soil sampling.  相似文献

There is limited research to study how moist heating affects internal structure of barley grain on a molecular basis. The objectives of this study were to use vibrational molecular spectroscopy: 1) to determine the moist heating induced changes of barley carbohydrate (CHO) structure on a molecular basis, 2) to study the effects of moist heating on CHO chemical profiles, Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System (CNCPS) subfractions, in situ rumen degradation, and predicted intestinal carbohydrate supply of barley grain; and 3) to reveal the association between molecular structure spectral features and CHO related metabolic characteristics. Barley samples (CDC cowboy) were collected from Kernen Crop Research Farm (Saskatoon, Canada) during two consecutive years. Half of each sample was kept as raw barley and the other half underwent moist heating (autoclaving at 120 °C for 60 min). The molecular spectroscopy (attenuated total reflectance-fourier transform infrared, ATR-FTIR) was used to detect the barley CHO related molecular structure spectral features. Moist heating did not affect carbohydrate related chemical profiles and CNCPS subfractions but it decreased rumen degradable carbohydrate. Rumen undegradable and intestinal digestion of CHO subfractions were not affected by moist heating. The advanced vibrational molecular spectroscopy can be used to detect carbohydrate molecular spectral features. Nutrient utilization prediction using molecular spectral characteristics is warranted and further investigation is encouraged.  相似文献

针对数学表征行星变速机构换挡变胞过程及自动识别各挡位构态属性较难的问题,首先,解析了行星变速机构变胞理论,基于机构转换法定义相对转速意义下行星排构件间运动副约束函数的转换规则,构建以约束函数为元素的行星变速机构构件和关联关系的邻接矩阵;然后,根据换挡逻辑分析了操纵离合器和制动器的换挡变胞过程,基于邻接矩阵分别推导这两种换挡构态演变的变胞方程,建立包含行星排空转和整体回转等特殊构态的判别准则,结合实例分析揭示换挡变胞机理;最后,通过建立相对转速方程和行星变速机构特性参数识别,结合行星变速机构等效拓扑模型的约束条件,提出了基于构态变胞方程的行星变速机构传动比和转矩自动建模和求解方法,实现了行星变速机构各挡位构态属性的自动识别。以某拖拉机行星变速器为例进行了分析,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

江苏1204拖拉机液压输出功率,在试验时,出现输出功率不足的问题。对实验数据分析,影响液压功率的两个因素流量和压力,从元件品质来看,可能是齿轮泵的容积效率以及系统低压区漏气的问题,从设计角度分析,则可能是吸油管及其管路元件结构参数的选择问题。如何确定系统元件的参数即吸油管等元件的参数,按规范设计是基本的要求;之后,才是根据实际情况,再优化设计和超越规范设计。对试验中出现的问题,查找应遵守逻辑原则,涉及到实物分解时,则是先易后难,最终找到问题的原因予以解决。  相似文献

针对农机装备电控液压自动转向系统生产成本高及电动方向盘自动转向系统中控制力矩小、存在自由行程的问题,设计了基于直流电机与全液压转向器直联的自动转向机构及其电控系统,该系统主要包括自动转向执行机构、自动转向控制器和液压转向机构等。自动转向执行机构与原车液压转向机构连接实现自动转向功能,考虑了底盘阿克曼角的自动转向控制器实现车轮转向的精确控制,通过在转向驱动电机输出轴安装电磁离合器和转向柱扭矩传感器实现人工驾驶模式和自动驾驶模式的自动切换。试验结果表明,车轮转角响应平均稳态误差小于0.1°,最大稳态误差为0.158°,±20°阶跃信号最快响应时间达1.2 s,超调量小于1%,可以满足对各种轮式农机的自动导航辅助驾驶转向系统性能的要求。  相似文献

行星轮系水稻钵苗移栽机构正反求设计方法研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解决现有行星轮系水稻钵苗移栽机构较难同时具备理想的移栽轨迹和姿态的问题,提出了正向设计与局部轨迹微调的反求设计相结合的设计方法。以非圆齿轮行星轮系水稻钵苗移栽机构的设计为例,阐述该方法的实现过程。建立行星轮系水稻钵苗移栽机构设计要求,并分析其工作原理,在前期正向设计的基础上,局部调整其移栽静轨迹,通过反求设计进一步优化设计移栽机构。进行局部反求设计的运动学分析和运动学建模,基于Matlab平台开发计算机辅助设计软件,通过人机交互的方式得到移栽机构的机构参数,使其不仅满足移栽臂移栽的姿态要求,同时获得更理想的移栽工作轨迹。根据最终得到的机构参数设计移栽机构结构,完成三维建模、虚拟仿真试验,加工、装配移栽机构物理样机,完成了高速摄像运动学试验。将移栽机构理论计算、虚拟仿真、样机试验得到的移栽静轨迹比较,同时逐一将轨迹相关参数、取秧角、推秧角、角度差等设计目标参数与相应数值化目标进行对比,结果显示,均满足要求,验证了设计方法的正确性。与以往单一的正向设计、反求设计方法相比,该方法设计的移栽机构不仅具有更优的移栽工作轨迹,也可满足较好的移栽姿态要求。  相似文献

Abundance indices (AIs) provide information on population abundance and trends over time, while AI variance (AIV) provides information on reliability or quality of the AI. AIV is an important output from surveys and is commonly used in formal assessments of survey quality, in survey comparison studies, and in stock assessments. However, uncertainty in AIV estimates is poorly understood and studies on the precision and bias in survey AIV estimates are lacking. Typically, AIV estimates are “design based” and are derived from sampling theory under some aspect of randomized samples. Inference on population density in these cases can be confounded by unaccounted process errors such as those due to variable sampling efficiency (q). Here, we simulated fish distribution and surveys to assess the effect of q and variance in q on design‐based estimates of AIV. Simulation results show that the bias and precision of AIV depend on the mean q and variance in q. We conclude that to fully evaluate the reliability of AI, both observation error and variability in q must be accounted for when estimating AIV. A decrease in mean q and an increase in the variance in q results in increased bias and decreased precision in survey AIV estimates. These effects are likely small in surveys with mean q ≥ 1. However, for surveys where q ≤ 0.5, these effects can be large. Regardless of the survey type, AIV estimates can be improved with knowledge of q and variance in q.  相似文献

Abstract The relationship between the amount of square mesh in codends and selectivity was investigated for an Australian penaeid stow‐net fishery. Three lengths (3, 2 and 1 m) of square‐mesh codend made from 27‐mm mesh hung on the bar were alternately tested with a conventional 34‐mm diamond‐mesh design during two covered‐codend experiments. Compared with the conventional codend, the square‐mesh configurations incrementally selected school prawns, Metapenaeus macleayi (Haswell) across narrower selection ranges (SR) and mostly at greater sizes at 50% retention (L50), while retaining fewer fish. Irrespective of the mesh configuration or square‐mesh codend length, there were significant differences between experiments (attributed to water flow) and impacts of catch weight on the selectivity of school prawns. Both variables had a negative relationship with L50, while water flow similarly affected SR. This study reaffirms the utility of square‐mesh codends as a key input control for managing the selectivity of penaeid‐catching gears.  相似文献

为避免取苗机构在夹取钵苗过程中对钵体与根系造成损伤,该研究针对夹茎取苗方式,提出一种基于二阶椭圆齿轮行星轮系以及凸轮摆杆机构的夹茎式番茄钵苗取苗机构。依据二阶椭圆齿轮传动特性与机构工作原理,建立机构运动学理论模型,并对凸轮轮廓曲线进行设计,结合番茄钵苗取苗作业要求及机构特点,基于MATLAB软件开发机构分析软件对机构参数进行优化,并进一步分析优化后取苗轨迹与凸轮各工作段的对应位置关系,建立了夹茎式取苗机构虚拟样机模型,利用ADAMS软件对取苗机构运动过程进行仿真分析,验证机构参数优化结果及零部件结构设计的准确性与合理性。试制取苗机构物理样机开展高速摄影试验,通过对比分析实际工作轨迹与理论分析及仿真轨迹的一致性,验证了取苗机构设计的正确性。搭建自动取苗试验台进行取苗试验。试验结果表明,取苗机构工作性能可靠、稳定,取苗频率为80株/min时,取苗成功率为92%,投苗成功率为94.2%,伤苗率为2.9%。研究结果可为番茄钵苗全自动移栽机自动取苗机构的研发提供参考。  相似文献
