校园视频直播系统的设计与实现

很多学校经常举办大型的会议、论坛、名人讲座和文艺汇演,由于参加人数众多,经常会出现会议场地不够的情况.因此,建立规模适度、经济可行且先进可靠的校园视频直播系统是各学校都在寻求的解决方案.本文从实际出发来探讨校园视频直播系统的设计与实现.     

常规储藏过程中小麦烘焙品质变化机理的研究

研究了在室温常规储藏过程中小麦烘焙品质的变化和蛋白质各部分质和量的变化。结果表明，经过储藏小麦的烘焙品质有所改善，且在达到工艺后熟时最佳，随后有所下降。在储藏过程中，小麦蛋白质各部分的质和量均发生了变化，并与烘焙品质的变化具有一定的相关性。由此可以推测，小麦烘焙品质的变化可能是由于小麦蛋白质的质和量布的变化引起的。     

Evaluation of ovum storage techniques for reproductive studies of fishes

Abstract– We compared dry masses of mature oocytes and ripe eggs from Etheostoma lynceum and Etheostoma caeruleum that were stored in varying concentrations of either formalin or isopropyl alcohol. In comparison to 10% formalin, alcohol significantly reduced the weights of both mature oocytes and ripe eggs, with 25% isopropyl alcohol resulting in much smaller reductions than 50% isopropanol. Three percent formalin resulted in smaller decreases in the masses of oocytes and eggs than the alcohol treatments, and not all comparisons with 10% formalin were significantly different. We recommend fixing specimens and storing them and gametic cells removed from them in 10% formalin. In cases where specimens or eggs in alcohol must be used in addition to material in formalin, correction factors (to formalin standard) should be developed, but the correction should not be made uncritically due to the varying effects alcohol may have among samples.     

水貂细小病毒性肠炎灭活疫苗保存期试验

对2~8℃条件下保存90,120,150,180,210,240,300,360 d的水貂细小病毒性肠炎灭活疫苗接种水貂进行免疫试验,结果表明:保存300 d的疫苗接种水貂30 d后血清中水貂肠炎细小病毒(MEV)HI抗体均在1∶32以上,免疫水貂强毒攻击均获得100%保护,确定水貂细小病毒细胞灭活疫苗保存期为300 d。该结果为水貂细小病毒细胞灭活疫苗运输和保存提供了理论依据。     

一种新的机顶盒缓存控制算法

结合视频点播系统中的一种存储与传输技术，分析并介绍了一种机顶盒功能的实现方案，研究了机顶盒视频点播缓存控制问题并提出了一种控制算法。     

一种树的存储结构

采用静态数组的方式给出树的一种存储结构，并给出这种存储结构下的几种常用运逄的Ｃ语言程序，这种存储结构避开了链式存储结构中链域个数不定的困难，容易用ＦｏｘＢＡＳＥ等关系型数据库来实现相应的运算，可以将二叉树与树统一起来处理。     

Tree Diversity,Carbon Storage,and Soil Nutrient in an Old‐Growth Forest at Changbai Mountain,Northeast China

Abstract

The study of plant diversity and its role in ecosystem functioning is becoming a central issue in ecology. The relationships between carbon storage and tree diversity of natural forest at small scale are still unclear. This research investigated these relationships in an old‐growth forest at Changbai Mountain, Northeast China. It was found that at small scale, tree carbon storage generally increases with increasing tree species richness, but for stands with same species richness, tree carbon storage varies dramatically. At the small scale, tree species evenness has a significantly linear relationship with nature logarithm of total tree carbon storage. The stand carbon storage of trees is mainly controlled by stand tree composition. Fraxinus mandshurica, Pinus koraiensis, Quercus mongolica, Tilia amurensis, and Acer mono contribute more than 85% of stand carbon storage of trees. Stands with similar tree composition at small scale have different soil organic carbon storage and nutrient contents. Tree species evenness has great impact on soil N content at the soil horizon less than 30 cm deep, but its impacts on C/N, P, K, and S contents are small. Tree density has a negative linear relationship with soil organic C and C∶N ratio at the soil horizon is less than 30 cm deep. The implication of our findings here for carbon sequestration in the Kyoto Protocol is also discussed.     

柴油存储安全问题分析

根据近期发生的柴油着火爆炸事故,系统分析了柴油发生燃烧和爆炸的危险性,指出并分析了当前柴油存储方面存在的问题,提出了安全存储柴油的措施.     

扇形地上笼通风试验

采用扇形地上笼通风系统与”丰“字形成或地糟能风相比，可有交啬风速风量，消除粮通风列角，粮堆降温、降湿均匀、通风时间减少，大大节约投资经费，且适用于各种仓型。     

书虱在粮堆中分布的研究

采用ＧＪ８９型粮虫陷阱检测器对书虱在房式仓和土堤仓中的分布进行了调查研究，结果表明书虱分布有明显的差异性。房式仓中书虱分布呈明显的趋南性和趋西性，且由南向北虫口密度逐渐减少，由东向西虫口密度逐渐增加。对房式仓不同粮层（０～０．５ｍ、１．５～２ｍ、３～３．５ｍ）的研究结果表明在垂直方向上书虱分布差异并不显著，但虫口密度随着粮堆浓度的增加而降低。用聚集度各项指标检验表明，书虱在粮堆中呈聚集分布，且在粮
