人工湿地耦合微生物燃料电池(constructed wetland-microbial fuel cell,CW-MFC)被广泛应用于低碳氮比水产养殖废水处理。然而,高盐度抑制限制了其在海水养殖废水处理中的应用。针对高盐抑制,该研究利用海水底泥和海洋微藻构建电活性菌藻生物膜并结合虹吸曝气技术强化CW-MFC处理海水养殖废水。相比CW-MFC,强化系统对化学需氧量、总磷、总氮、磺胺甲恶唑、Cu2+的去除率分别提高33.46%,31.07%、25.64%、12.03%、24.25%。高通量测序显示,硝化和反硝化细菌Marinobacter、Muricauda、Xanthomarina生长状况良好;在MFC阳极和电活性菌藻生物膜表面,胞外呼细菌Geobacteraceae和Pseudomonas以及海洋微藻细菌Pseudooceanicola和Hoeflea被显著富集。研究结果表明,电活性菌藻生物膜耦合虹吸曝气技术可以有效提高CW-MFC系统处理海水养殖废水的效能。  相似文献

Influence of iron content in sewage sludges on parameters of phosphate availability in arable soils The use of iron salts for the P elimination in sewage plants is widely used. But it is not clear whether the P availability in arable soils is negatively influenced by iron compounds or not. The aim of the investigations was, therefore, to study the influence of two sewage sludges with a high and a low Fe content respectively on P sorption and phosphate concentration (Pi) in the soil solution after application of CaHPO4 or sewage sludge to 5 loamy and 4 sandy soils (pot experiments and 1 silty loam (field experiment)). Soils were analyzed 1, 6, and 13 months after P application. Sludge Gö contained 12 kg P and 65 kg Fe (t DM)—1 (P : Fe = 1 : 5.4) and sludge Sh 25 kg P and 39 kg Fe (t DM)—1 (P : Fe = 1 : 1.5). The basic P application was 60 kg P ha—1 (= 30 mg P (kg soil)—1 in the pot experiment, as sludge or as CaHPO4). P uptake by maize was determined in a separate pot experiment with a loamy soil and the same P application rate. The P sorption capacity remained similar in all soils after application of sludge Sh (P : Fe = 1:1.5) compared with soils without sludge, however, after application of sludge Gö the P sorption increased by 16% (0—59%). After application of sludge Sh the mean Pi concentration increased in loamy soils by 34% and in sandy soils by 15%. On the other hand the Pi concentration decreased after applying sludge Gö by 13% and 36% as compared to the controls of the respective soils. In the field experiment the Pi concentration of plots with a high P level (50 mg lactate soluble P (kg soil)—1) was also significantly decreased after application of 10 t sludge Gö (126 kg P ha—1) in comparison with triple phosphate. One month after the application of increasing amounts of sludge Gö (5, 10, 15 t DM ha—1) both the concentration of oxalate‐soluble Fe in the soil and the P sorption were increased. The elevated relationship between these two parameters was highly significant (r2 = 0.6 — 0.97). Plant uptake of P was less after application of sludge Gö than after application of sludge Sh and much less than P uptake from CaHPO4. Sewage sludges with a P : Fe ratio of 1 : 5 should not be recommended for agricultural use, as the P availability is significantly reduced. Iron salts should not be used for conditioning of sludges.  相似文献

在中国对虾幼虾的基础饲料中分别添加不同剂量的维生素C(0、0.015%、0.030%、0.045%、0.060%)、β-葡聚糖(0、0.050%、0.075%、0.100%)和藻粉(0、2%、5%、7%),未添加组为对照组,探讨维生素C(Vc)、β-葡聚糖和藻粉对中国对虾幼虾成活率、相对增长(重)率及肌肉酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、溶菌酶(LSZ)活性的影响。室内网箱饲养40 d试验结果表明,饲料中添加Vc后,0.030%组幼虾相对增重率和CAT活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.045%组ACP、CAT活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但Vc对SOD活性没有显著性影响,0.015%组LSZ活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);0.075%β-葡聚糖组的相对增重率、SOD活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);添加7%藻粉能极显著提高相对增长(重)率(P<0.01),但ACP和LSZ活性呈极显著下降(P<0.01),添加5%藻粉能显著提高CAT活性(P<0.05)。  相似文献

为了实现对不同稻飞虱的快速准确识别,同时防止同一姿态下的同一只昆虫被重复计数,提出一种将图像消冗与CenterNet网络相结合的识别分类方法。首先利用自主设计的田间昆虫采集装置,自动获取昆虫图像并制作数据集。其次,将CenterNet算法与图像消冗算法相结合,选用深层特征融合网络(Deep layer aggregation, DLA)作为主干网络来提取昆虫的特征,并进行识别分类。将本文方法与经典机器学习和深度学习模型进行对比,实验结果表明,对于田间昆虫采集装置获取到的相似度较高的活体图像,本文方法不仅能够快速处理昆虫图像,而且能够成功解决昆虫重复检测的问题,平均精度均值为88.1%,检测速率为42.9f/s,无论是精度还是处理速度本文方法都具有较明显优势。该研究有效地完成了对3种主要稻飞虱的识别分类,对不同时间段采集到的昆虫表现出良好的泛化能力,可用于后期水稻害虫暴发的智能预警和测报。  相似文献

Triploid oyster induction has been very successful. However, during field culture, a certain proportion of triploids apparently loses one set of chromosomes, ‘reverting’ to diploid–triploid mosaics. The revertants will lose their aquaculture advantages due to the recovery of reproductive ability. Mitotic chromosomes were observed in mosaics of Crassostrea gigas and Crassostrea Ariakensis to elucidate the cytogenetic mechanism of reversion. Most individuals showed a modal number of 30 in triploid cells and varying numbers of chromosomes in other cells. From all 15 mosaics of C. gigas and 16 mosaics of C. ariakensis individuals, high proportions of aneuploid cells with various numbers of chromosomes were observed. Most of the aneuploid cells were hypotriploid cells with 26–29 chromosomes. Notably, in 10 out of 15 C. gigas and 9 out of 16 C. ariakensis, some cells consisted of 20–26 well‐spread chromosomes and 3–10 chromosome ‘clumps’. Individuals with more chromosome clumps tended to have higher percentages of hypotriploid cells. The correlation between these two categories of cells was significant (P<0.05) in C. gigas and highly significant (P<0.01) in C. ariakensis. Thus, we conclude that some chromosomes are eliminated during mitotic divisions because they clump together and are thus unable to undergo normal segregation.  相似文献

为评价硫酸庆大霉素和头孢噻肟钠对水产致病性海藻希瓦菌SFH3的体外联合抗菌效果,以6种渔用抗菌药作为对照,比较测定硫酸庆大霉素、头孢噻肟钠对海藻希瓦菌SFH3的体外抗菌作用,在此基础上进一步采用试管二倍稀释法测定分析硫酸庆大霉素和头孢噻肟钠在不同复配比例下对海藻希瓦菌SFH3的体外联合抑菌作用,并通过时间-杀菌曲线法测定其体外联合杀菌效果。试验结果显示,硫酸庆大霉素和头孢噻肟钠对海藻希瓦菌SFH3的最小抑菌质量浓度为80 mg/L和160 mg/L,抗菌活性明显优于甲砜霉素、多西环素、噁喹酸、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠、磺胺甲噁唑、盐酸恩诺沙星等渔用抗菌药。硫酸庆大霉素和头孢噻肟钠在复配比例8∶2和7∶3时,对海藻希瓦菌SFH3的体外联合抑菌效果表现为协同作用,对海藻希瓦菌SFH3的最小抑菌质量浓度达40 mg/L。此外,时间-杀菌曲线表明,40 mg/L硫酸庆大霉素和80 mg/L头孢噻肟钠对海藻希瓦菌SFH3的体外联合杀菌作用表现为协同效果。本研究结果证实,硫酸庆大霉素和头孢噻肟钠联用有利于提升对海藻希瓦菌SFH3的体外抗菌效果,可为研发水产致病性海藻希瓦菌的潜在控制药物提供理论参考。  相似文献

The rigid cell walls of microalgae may hinder their utilization in fish feeds. The current experiment assessed the correlation between the accessibility of microalgae nutrients and their in vivo digestibility in African catfish. Nannochloropsis gaditana biomass was subjected to physical or mechanical treatments to weaken its cell wall; untreated—no disruption treatment (UNT), pasteurization (PAS), freezing (FRO), freeze‐drying (FRD), cold pasteurization (L40) and bead milling (BEM). Six experimental diets formulated from differently treated and untreated microalgae (at 30% diet inclusion level) were tested on growth performance and apparent nutrient digestibility (ADCs) in juvenile African catfish. A basal diet (REF) containing no microalgae was used as reference diet. Results showed that biomass gain and feed conversion ratio of fish fed L40 and BEM diets increased by 13% and 11%, respectively, relative to the UNT diet. Additionally, FRD, FRO, L40 and BEM cell wall disruption treatments improved protein digestibility by 0.5%, 5.9%, 8.4% and 16.3%, respectively, compared to the UNT treatment. There was a positive correlation between accessibility of microalgal nutrients and their digestibility in African catfish. Nutrient digestibility of microalgae was dependent on extent of cell disruption. Also, the impact of cell disruption on nutrient digestibility of microalgae differs between African catfish and Nile tilapia.  相似文献
