香丹注射液对家兔内毒素性肾脏DIC的影响

旨在研究香丹注射液对家兔内毒素性肾脏DIC的防护作用及其作用机理.静脉注射大肠埃希菌O111B4内毒素生理盐水溶液制作DIC肾脏模型,注射香丹注射液观察其对DIC家兔肾脏的防护作用,及其对内毒素的体内、外降解作用.病理组织学观察结果表明,香丹注射液能够明显减轻内毒素所致肾脏的损伤,和对照组相比,香丹组家兔的DIC肾小球的检出率、肾小球纤维素密度指数、上皮细胞变性坏死以及管型形成肾小管的检出率均显著或极显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01).鲎试验的结果显示香丹注射液对内毒素具有微弱的降解作用,表明香丹注射液对家兔内毒素性肾脏DIC有良好防治效应,机理可能是香丹注射液通过改善肾小球毛细血管血流,对抗血栓的形成,进而减轻肾小管上皮细胞变性、坏死和管型的形成,达到维护肾小管的功能.     

A Case of Atypical Psoroptic Mange in a Domestic Rabbit

A female checkered giant cross rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) was presented with skin lesions on the perineal region. The cutaneous lesions extended 2 cm from the vulva and perineal glands. They were moist and erythematous, with abundant greasy yellowish scabs. Skin scrapings from the lesions were mounted in Amman’s chloral-lactophenol on microscope slides and examined at ×10 and ×40 magnification. Numerous mites were observed and identified as Psoroptes cuniculi, a common causal agent of otitis externa in rabbits. The rabbit was treated successfully with ivermectin. This case of psoroptic mange is atypical owing to the perineal location, apparent absence of auricular lesions, and the lack of contagion despite close contact with several other rabbits.     

福建白兔肌肉营养成分分析与评价

为了探讨福建地方家兔肌肉品质特性,对福建白兔的肌肉常规营养成分和氨基酸进行测定,并对其蛋白质营养价值作出评价。结果显示:福建白兔肌肉水分含量为75.84%,粗蛋白质20.50%,粗脂肪2.20%,粗灰粉1.03%,肌肉氨基酸总量为17.62%,必需氨基酸为7.05%,鲜味氨基酸为7.61%。氨基酸评分(AAS)和化学评分(CS)均表明:第一限制性氨基酸是蛋+胱氨酸,第二限制性氨基酸是缬氨酸。研究表明,福建白兔公兔与母兔常规营养成分和氨基酸的含量与组成均无显著性差异,肌肉中粗蛋白含量高,鲜味氨基酸和必需氨基酸含量丰富,营养价值较高,具有较好的食用价值。     

枸杞多糖对生长獭兔生产性能及血清生化指标的影响

为了研究日粮中添加枸杞多糖对幼兔生产性能、被毛品质及血清生化指标的影响,本试验选择35日龄生长獭兔80只,随机分成4组。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、0.75%、1%的枸杞多糖。结果表明：（1）日粮中添加枸杞多糖能够促进幼兔采食,提高日增重,0.75%、1%组耗料增重比均低于对照组,但差异不显著（P>0.05）。（2）各组被毛密度均有所改善,但差异不显著（P>0.05）。（3）各试验组乳酸脱氢酶水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.05或P<0.01）,1%组IgM水平显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）,肌酸激酶和血磷水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）;其余指标差异均不显著。可见枸杞多糖具有提高幼兔生产性能,改善毛皮质量的趋势,并对血清生化指标无显著影响,综合考虑其适宜添加量为1%。     

不同硒源对断奶仔兔生产性能和抗氧化功能的影响

为探讨有机硒和无机硒对肉兔生长性能和抗氧化功能的影响,试验选用100只35日龄断奶仔兔,公母各半,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复4只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加0.15、0.30 mg/kg的亚硒酸钠,Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别添加0.15、0.30 mg/kg 的硒代蛋氨酸。预试期7 d,正式期28 d。结果表明：各硒源添加组日增重均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）,其中Ⅳ的日增重最高,料肉比最低,显著低于对照组。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ组间日增重和料肉比差异均不显著（P＞0.05）。Ⅳ组的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）、过氧化轻酶（CAT）活性均显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组（P＜0.05）,丙二醛（MDA）含量显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组（P＜0.05）,但Ⅲ、Ⅳ组间各抗氧化指标差异均不显著（P＞0.05）。由此可见,一定剂量的硒能提高肉兔生长性能和抗氧化功能,且有机硒的添加效果优于无机硒。     

白色獭兔R新品系主要经济性状的参数估测研究

在对新育成的白色獭兔R品系选育群各世代间的选择进展作了遗传响应分析，并对其主要经济性状的遗传参数作出了估测。

静松灵对犬和兔心血管系统影响的研究

给犬肌注静松灵4mg/kg或10mg/kg后,其心率和心输出立即下降,继而低剂量组逐渐恢复,高剂量组较长时间持续在最低水平;呼吸性窦性心律不齐,Ⅱ、Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞(高剂量组持续时间较长),心室传导无影响;动脉压和左心室收缩压变化较小;中心静脉压、左心室舒张末压和外周血管总阻力先升高后降低;心肌收缩力指标dp/dt_(amx)、V(?);V_(amx)和P—dp/dt均呈现长时间下降。兔离体心脏给予静松灵1ml(1μg/ml或10μg/ml)后,心率和冠脉流量均明显下降,心肌收缩呈现短暂抑制,然后加强。这些作用在高浓度组持续时间较长。     

Species Differences in the Susceptibility of Erythrocytes Exposed to Free Radicals In Vitro

The susceptibility of human, cow, pig, sheep and rabbit erythrocytes to free radicals (peroxyl radicals) generated in vitro by 2,2-azo-bis(2-amidinopropane) hydrochloride (AAPH) was evaluated by means of a haemolysis test and expressed as the time to 50% of maximal haemolysis (HT₅₀). The most sensitive to damage by free radicals appeared to be the erythrocytes of pigs and sheep, their HT₅₀ values being (mean±SEM) 85.1±1.28 min and 89.0±1.31 min, respectively. Human erythrocytes and those of cows and rabbits were about twice as resistant, their HT₅₀ values being (mean±SEM) 174.3±1.53 min, 181.2±1.22 min and 183.4±2.54 min, respectively. Pig and sheep erythrocytes used in the haemolysis test provided an indication of the antioxidant status in a shorter time (2.5 h versus 4.5 h) than those of the other species studied. The results indicate that the HT₅₀ test may be a convenient alternative to the osmotic resistance test for defining the antioxidant resistance of erythrocytes.     

Malignant B-cell lymphoma of the Harder's gland in a rabbit

A 22-month-old, female rabbit was presented with a 1-day history of acute unilateral exophthalmos. Ultrasonography and computed tomography (CT) of the orbit revealed an orbital mass. Retrobulbar lymphoma was diagnosed following fine-needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB). Thoracic radiographs were normal, and ultrasonography of the abdomen showed focal hypoechoic thickening of the bowel wall and hypoechoic enlarged lymph nodes. The rabbit was euthanized and histopathology identified the retrobulbar mass as B-cell malignant lymphoma of the Harder's gland. Mesenteric lymph nodes, caecum, and both kidneys were also affected. This is the first documented case of malignant lymphoma of the Harder's gland in a rabbit.
