辣椒新品种川腾8号的选育

川腾8号辣椒是以自交系2004—21—2—3作母本、自交系2003—10—3—6作父本配制而成的一代杂种。该品种阜中熟，首花节位8～13节，从定植到始收青椒平均为64d；株型较紧凑，株幅59．9cm×61．3cm；株高67．3cm，果实粗牛角形，长13．1cm，粗5．0em，果肉厚0．33cm，单果质量59．4g；青熟果绿色，老熟果红色，微辣，适鲜食；一般每667m2产量为3600kg左右；耐寒、耐热、耐旱、耐涝性较强；对疫病、病毒病、蚜虫、烟青虫的抗性与对照洛椒98A相当。适合四川和全国菜椒产区种植。     

保护地极早熟番茄陇番8号的选育

选用含Tm 2 nv基因的早熟红果材料与早粉 2号杂交 ,其后代经分离选择育成早熟粉果自交系 92 0 354,从国内杂种一代材料中分离、鉴定、选择育成优良粉果自交系 92 0 387,以二者为亲本组配成番茄一代杂种陇番 8号 ,果实为扁圆形 ,粉红色 ,平均单果质量 138.7g ,熟性极早 ,自开花至采收仅需 4 5d(天 ) ,较西粉 3号早熟 9～ 10d(天 ) ,前期产量 6 6 7m2 16 78.4 6kg ,占总产量的38.2 6 % ,较对照高 18.3% ,在北京、石家庄、郑州、兰州、乌鲁木齐和合肥等地表现良好     

农桑８号桑品种饲养原蚕的试验

试验表明，与对照品种荷地白比，农桑８号饲育原蚕总量制种量提高３．３５％，良卵数提高６．０９％。     

无苦灵芝子实体多糖的研究

本研究从灵芝子实体多糖提取前工艺开始,利用95％的乙醇溶液浸泡回流提取灵芝子实体两次,绝大部分苦味成分从灵芝子实体中分流出来。醇提后的灵芝子实体再按常规水提并浓缩多糖溶液。灵芝子实体多糖在浓缩的同时,苦味也被浓缩,因而。多糖浓缩液还需进一步脱苦。研究表明,在含1g生药/1mL的灵芝子体实多糖浓缩液中,添加0.8％的β-环状糊精(β-CD)和1.2％的羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na),既能稳定灵芝子实体多糖浓缩液,又能把苦味降到最低程度,为灵芝子实体多糖保健产品的深度开发提供了优良的原料。     

Significance of TRPM8 protein expression in lung adenocarcinoma

AIM To investigate the significance of transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 8 （TRPM8） protein expression in lung adenocarcinoma. METHODS The tumor samples from 112 cases of patients with lung adenocarcinoma were collected in our hospital， and 4~5 years of follow-up was conducted. The protein expression of TRPM8 was analyzed by immunohistochemical staining， and the correlations between the TRPM8 protein expression and the clinical characteristics including prognosis of the patients with lung adenocarcinoma were investigated. After TRPM8 protein expression was up-regulated in A549 lung adenocarcinoma cells by lentiviral infection， the proliferation of A549 cells was analyzed by CCK-8 assay and colony formation assay， the cell cycle and apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry， and the migration and invasion abilities of the cells were measured by scratch experiment and Transwell assay. The TRPM8 protein expression was stably up-regulated in H1299 cells by lentiviral infection， and then the left and right buttocks of the immunodeficient mice were subcutaneously injected with empty vector control cells and TRPM8-overexpressing cells， respectively. The effects of TRPM8 on the growth of H1299 cell-derived xenograft tumor in immunodeficient mice were evaluated. RESULTS The 4~5-year survival rate in the patients with high TRPM8 protein expression was significantly higher than that in the patients with low expression of TRPM8 protein （P=0.017）. The tumor maximum diameter in the patients with high TRPM8 protein expression was significantly smaller than that in the patients with low TRPM8 protein expression （P=0.028）. The viability， the number of colonies and the migration and invasion abilities of TRPM8-overexpressing A549 cells were significantly decreased as compared with empty vector and parental cells （P<0.01）. The results of flow cytometry analysis showed that the proportion of A549 cells at S stage was significantly increased in TRPM8 overexpression group as compared with empty vector group （P<0.01）. The growth rate and the weight of TRPM8-overexpressing H1299 cell-derived xenograft tumor in immunodeficient mice were significantly lower than those in empty vector group （P<0.01）. CONCLUSION TPRM8 is a tumor suppressor in lung adenocarcinoma， and low expression of TRPM8 protein was a poor prognositic indicator of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.     

威赛克柱型苹果与旭的AFLP多态性研究

以旭和威赛克等 8个柱型苹果品种 (品系 )为试材 ,建立了AFLP银染技术体系。经过引物筛选 ,发现引物PstI GAC/MseI TA和PstI GAC/MseI CG可分别在旭和威赛克之间各扩增出 1条特异片段 ,初步认为这两条特异片段可能与苹果柱型Co基因相关。     

磁场处理土壤对黄瓜生长影响的初步研究

本文在盆栽条件下研究了磁处理土壤对黄瓜生长的影响。结果表明：不同磁场强度处理土壤能够显著促进黄瓜幼苗的生长，黄瓜幼苗的株高、根长、叶面积、地上部和地下部鲜质量、干质量增加；３００ｍＴ磁强处理为最佳的磁处理参数。叶绿素和可溶性糖含量增加。主蔓的雌花率提高，而侧蔓雌花率下降。     

新显色剂8-QAQ与Cu(Ⅱ)的显色反应及其应用

研究了８－ＱＡＱ与Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）在ＰＨ＝８．４缓冲溶液中的显色反应，实验结果表明，利用此反应测定Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）的灵敏度较高，表观摩尔吸收系数为５．９＊１０＾４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１，线性范围０．８－１．６μｇ。应用于大米中微量Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）的测定，获得了满意的结果。     

动脉粥样硬化患者血清TNF—α,IL—6和IL—8的变化及其关系探讨

Alternate complement pathway in porcine sera: Lysis of guinea pig erythrocytes

The hemolysis by porcine sera of unsensitized erythrocytes (EU) from nine different species was investigated. Optimal lysis occurred when porcine sera were reacted with unsensitized guinea pig erythrocytes suspended in a pH 6.5, barbital-buffered saline solution, made 0.1% in gelatin, and containing 10 mm ethyleneglycol-bis (β-amino-ethyl ether) N, N¹-tetraacetic acid and 4 mm MgCl₂ (BSG-EGTA-Mg). Results of studies with several different treatments that inhibit complement (C) induced hemolysis indicated that the alternate C pathway was involved in the lysis of EU in the BSG-EGTA-Mg buffer. The extent of lysis was decreased when porcine sera were adsorbed with zymosan, mixed with 20 mm salicylaldoxime, or heated at 50%C. However, carrangeenan treatment caused only a slight decrease in the extent of hemolysis induced. Cobra venom factor activated the alternate C pathway in porcine sera. The pattern of C component utilization resulting from lysis of EU by porcine sera indicated activation of the alternate and not the classical C pathway. Extensive adsorption of porcine sera with packed guinea pig erthrocytes at 0°C only slightly reduced its capacity to lyse guinea pig erythrocytes. Collectively, these results provided evidence that the membrane of the guinea pig erythrocyte is able to active the alternate C pathway of porcine sera without the direct involvement of specific antibody.
