免疫调节剂是用于调节和控制免疫功能的药物,包括免疫抑制剂和免疫增强剂。免疫增强剂是一类单独使用或抗原同时使用、通过非特异性途径增强机体的免疫应答的物质。它可增强机体的免疫系统功能,缓解由环境造成的免疫功能紊乱,有利于预防和治疗传染性和条件性疾病。目前在临床上常用的免疫增强剂有很多,如:卡介苗、盐酸左旋咪唑、香菇多糖、胸腺素、白细胞介素-2(白介素-2)和黄芪多糖等等。本试验选用黄芪多糖粉剂、黄芪多糖注射液、盐酸左旋咪唑药物作为免疫增强剂,来探明不同免疫增强剂对肉鸡禽流感免疫功能和生长促进的影响差异。 相似文献

一定纯度中药复方多糖对鸡细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
为筛选对鼠免疫增强效果显著的一定纯度中药复方多糖(cCHMPS)对雏鸡的最佳免疫增强剂量,本试验将300只1日龄雄性良凤青脚麻鸡随机分为6组,即空白对照组、盐酸左旋咪唑组、黄芪多糖组及cCHMPS高、中、低剂量组,每组各50只.分别于8日龄皮下注射生理盐水、盐酸左旋咪唑、黄芪多糖及不同剂量的cCHMPS,连续7 d,在免疫后第8、14、21、35、42天采血,测定外周血中T、B淋巴细胞增殖活性及血清中新城疫病毒抗体含量.试验结果表明,黄芪多糖和不同剂量cCHMPS均能显著或极显著促进外周血T、B淋巴细胞增殖(P<0.05;P<0.01),提高新城疫病毒抗体浓度,增强机体细胞免疫和体液免疫水平,且中剂量的cCHMPS的免疫增强效果最好. 相似文献

以黄芪和左旋咪唑作为免疫增强剂,通过检测其对雏鸡抗体水平、体重、脾指数、法氏囊指数的影响,验证其免疫增强效果,并进行比较。试验结果表明,黄芪、左旋咪唑对雏鸡有很好的免疫增强作用,但在促生长方面存在差异。 相似文献

将3000只14日龄AA肉鸡随机分为6组。空白对照组500只隔离饲养.不做任何处理.其余5组分别用新城疫Ⅳ苗免疫。同时饮水给药。免疫对照组不额外添加药物.药物对照组按0.12%的盐酸左旋咪唑-黄芪多糖可溶性粉混饮。试验组分别按0.05%、0.03%和0.01%3个剂量的黄芪素混饮,连用7d。在第28日龄时进行二免,分别于一免后第7、14、21和28d每组随机抽取6羽,翅下静脉采血,分离血清,用伊微量法检测ND—HI抗体效价。结果表明.黄芪素能显著提高新城疫苗免疫雏鸡的血清抗体效价.以饮水添加量为0.05%效果最好。其次为0.03%和0.01%.明显优于盐酸左旋咪唑-黄芪多糖可溶性粉。 相似文献

为增强现有猪支原体肺炎活疫苗的免疫刺激能力以实现肌肉注射免疫,向现有活疫苗中添加几种不同佐剂,考察其经肌肉免疫后机体的免疫应答情况。结果表明,免疫刺激复合物基质佐剂和左旋咪唑+壳聚糖混合佐剂能有效激发细胞免疫应答和体液免疫应答;左旋咪唑+黄芪多糖混合佐剂能增强疫苗的细胞免疫刺激能力,而对体液免疫无作用;皂角素佐剂未显示明显的免疫增强效果。本试验结果为肌肉注射猪支原体肺炎活疫苗的开发奠定了数据基础。 相似文献

以国际标准强毒R株人工感染非免疫产蛋鸡,定时扑杀,分别从鼻窦、眶下孔、气管、肺、气囊、卵巢和输卵管分离MG,并收集感染鸡所产蛋分离MG。结果表明,人工感染48小时后上、下呼吸道及肺已被全面感染,96小时气囊已被感染,120小时输卵管已能分离到MG,卵巢始终分离不到MG。人工感染鸡自144小时便能在其所产蛋中分离出MG。药物治疗能在72小时内消除感染,油乳剂苗则需24天后逐渐降低蛋内MG分离率,药物卵内注射、种蛋药浴、高温处理均能杀死卵内MG,但以研制的种蛋浸泡剂药浴效果为最好。 相似文献

Fractures of the anconeal process of 5 pigs ranging in age from 4 to 8 months were studied radiographically and histologically. Clinically, animals with a fracture of the anconeal process had a "tight," restricted gait. In pigs at 4.5 months of age, a radiolucent line through the base of the anconeal process was composed of fibrocartilage, fibrous connective tissue, and hyaline cartilage. Subperiosteal proliferation of woven bone was located along the cranial surface of the olecranon, adjacent to the base of the anconeal process. In older animals, the radiolucent line through the anconeal process contained variable amounts of fibrous connective tissue and fibrocartilage. The proliferation of subperiosteal bone at the base of the anconeal process formed a "buttress callus" which retained a radiolucent area between the callus and the proximal surface of the anconeal process. The latter region of radiolucency was continuous with the transversely oriented line that traversed the base of the anconeal process. 相似文献

Effects of size of ingestively masticated fragments of plant tissues on kinetics of digestion of NDF
Ingestively masticated fragments were collected and sized via sieving. Different sizes of esophageal masticate and ruminal digesta fragments, and ground fragments of larger masticated pieces were incubated in vitro, and undigested NDF remaining at intervals of up to 168 h of incubation was determined. The ruminal age-dependent time delay (tau) for onset of digestion of NDF was positively correlated (P < 0.004) with the mean sieve aperture estimated to retain 50% of the fragments between successive sieve apertures (MRA). Degradation rate of potentially degradable NDF (PDF) and level of indigestible NDF were not related (P > 0.10) to MRA of masticated and ground fragments. Estimates of tau were positively related to MRA, with slopes of bermudagrass < corn silage < ruminal fragments of corn silage. It was concluded that fragment size-, and consequently, ruminal age-dependent onset of PDF degradation of a mixture of different fragment sizes results in an age-dependent rate of degradation of the more rapidly degrading of two subentities of PDF. Models are proposed that assume a tau before onset of simultaneous degradation of PDF from two pools characterized as having gamma-modeled age-dependency and age-constant rates. The ruminal age-dependent pool seems to be associated with the faster-degrading pool, and its rate parameter increases with range in MRA in the population of fragments. Conceptually, the ruminal age-dependent rate parameter for PDF degradation seems to represent a composite of several effects: 1) effects of the size-dependent tau; 2) range in MRA of the population of ingestively masticated fragments; and 3) subentities of PDF that degrade via more rapid age-dependent rates compared with subentities of PDF that degrade via age-constant rates. The estimated fractional rates of ruminative comminution of ingestively masticated fragments (0.060 to 0.075/h) were of a magnitude similar to the mean fractional rates of PDF digestion (0.030 to 0.085/h), which implies that ruminative comminution may be first-limiting to fractional rate of PDF digestion. The in vivo roles of ingestive and ruminative mastication of fragments on PDF degradation must be considered in any kinetic system for estimating PDF digestion in the rumen. These results and others in the literature suggest that the rate of surface area exposure rather than intrinsic chemical attributes of PDF may be first-limiting to degradation rate of PDF in vivo. 相似文献
