采用室内静水法,研究了虾夷扇贝、栉孔扇贝、长牡蛎、紫贻贝及菲律宾蛤仔对不同浓度、质量的牙鲆粪便、残饵、沉降物的摄食行为,从摄食生理角度,分析了基于滤食性贝类的鱼+贝IMTA养殖模式的可能性。研究结果显示,这5种贝类对鱼粪、残饵及网箱周围沉降物都可摄食,但是,不同贝类对食物可获得性的反应不同。菲律宾蛤仔、长牡蛎、栉孔扇贝的摄食率显著高于其它2种贝类;5种贝类的吸收率、吸收效率无显著性差异。不同饵料对贝类的摄食行为影响显著。吸收效率(AE)都随有机物含量的增加而增大;对有机物的吸收率(AR)与有机物浓度(POM)呈线性正相关关系。颗粒物TPM浓度达到26.24,21.64,27.00 mg/L时,长牡蛎、栉孔扇贝、虾夷扇贝会产生假粪来调节摄入的能量。在牙鲆+滤食性贝类的IMTA养殖模式中,菲律宾蛤仔、长牡蛎、栉孔扇贝是比较好的候选种。  相似文献

为探究商品虾夷扇贝规格与其活品耐藏特性之间的关联,对春季上市虾夷扇贝的规格及质量进行分组,再将各组置于4 ℃下湿布覆盖进行3 d冷却干露贮藏,分别于0、1、2 d和3 d采样进行生化代谢指标分析。试验结果显示,市售春季虾夷扇贝依据壳长大致可分成(105.8±1.5) mm、(98.4± 2.3 ) mm及(90.5±1.7) mm 3个规格组,各规格单贝质量相差20~30 g;(98.4±2.3) mm组扇贝的肥满度及闭壳肌出成率较其他两组高,(90.5±1.7) mm组三磷酸腺苷初始含量最高,表明其捕后胁迫耐力好于较大规格扇贝,(90.5±1.7) mm组扇贝同样表现出更好的耐干露特性,干露3 d 三磷酸腺苷含量和核苷酸能荷均明显优于其他两组;糖原含量各组无明显差异。此外,各组扇贝冷却干露2 d后存活率均为100%,干露至第3 d各组开始出现死亡,其中(90.5±1.7) mm组扇贝耐干露特性最好;各组闭壳肌pH与体腔液pH差异不显著;氨基酸分析结果发现,甘氨酸和精氨酸是扇贝闭壳肌游离氨基酸中含量最丰富的氨基酸,其余游离氨基酸变化趋势不明显;体腔液含氮物中,氨含量较高,其余氨基酸含量均较低并在干露期间无明显变化趋势。  相似文献

为了研究干藏与湿藏对活品虾夷扇贝生化代谢的影响,探讨捕后干露、碰撞和温度3个胁迫因素对活品虾夷扇贝生化代谢的影响。将采捕后的虾夷扇贝分别进行干藏和湿藏处置,干藏采取冰藏方式,保藏时间为4 d;湿藏采取循环海水方式,同时施加温度与碰撞2种胁迫因素作对比,保藏时间为7 d。以闭壳肌中糖原、ATP及其关联物、AEC值、p H值和水溶性蛋白为指标,对4个处置组的活品虾夷扇贝进行跟踪分析。干藏条件下扇贝p H值、ATP含量和AEC值均迅速下降,生理状态快速恶化,短期内(1~3 d)扇贝陆续死亡。湿藏(5和10°C)条件下,扇贝闭壳肌可保持较高的ATP含量、AEC值和p H值,且5°C较10°C湿藏条件下糖原含量更高;相同温度下(10°C),增加碰撞会导致扇贝ATP含量和AEC值下降,糖原消耗增多。研究表明,捕后处置方式与活品虾夷扇贝的生化代谢有密切联系,干露是虾夷扇贝活品流通过程中比较突出的胁迫因素,温度和碰撞也会在一定程度上影响扇贝的生理状态。  相似文献

为研究不同贮藏条件对活品扇贝营养及品质的影响,将无水低温保活运输后的鲜活虾夷扇贝(Patinopecten yessoensis)置于海水贮藏和干露冰藏贮藏条件下分别贮藏96 h,测定贮藏过程中虾夷扇贝的营养成分、糖原、乳酸等含量变化,并对感官等进行评价。结果显示:随贮藏时间的延长,两组虾夷扇贝的水分、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量略微下降;糖原含量均呈下降趋势,贮藏96 h后干露冰藏组的糖原含量较海水贮藏组的高;干露冰藏贮藏组的乳酸含量呈上升趋势,海水贮藏组呈先升后降趋势,96 h后海水贮藏组较干露冰藏组的低;挥发性盐基氮(TVB-N)呈上升趋势,贮藏96 h后两组的TVB-N含量均未超过海产贝类TVB-N可接受限;贮藏48 h内干露冰藏组的感官品质较好,48 h后低于海水贮藏组。结合扇贝品质指标分析及感官评价,贮藏时间在48 h内,(0±2)℃干露冰藏贮藏下虾夷扇贝营养和风味损失较小;贮藏时间超过48 h,采用海水温度(10±1)℃、溶氧(8±0.5)mg/L的海水贮藏能更好保持虾夷扇贝的品质和风味,且存活率更高。  相似文献

虾夷扇贝的捕后处置对闭壳肌的硬化产生重大影响,而硬化又是影响闭壳肌生食品质的重要因素。为延长虾夷扇贝死后硬化发生时间,通过宰杀前暂养,缓解捕后胁迫对后期闭壳肌贮藏特性的影响。将采捕后的虾夷扇贝分为3组(对照组、暂养3 d组和暂养7 d组),然后去壳取闭壳肌进行0~7 d冰藏,分析闭壳肌在贮藏过程中的僵直情况、ATP关联物、K值、p H值、糖原及水溶性蛋白等指标的变化。结果显示,不论是否经过暂养,冰藏3 d内K值均低于5%,可以满足生食要求。经过暂养,闭壳肌中ATP的含量略有升高,暂养7 d组暂养3 d组对照组。在贮藏0~2 d内,暂养组的ATP含量基本保持不变,可抑制肌肉收缩并减少汁液流失。暂养组的糖原含量和水溶性蛋白含量低于对照组。研究表明,30 ku蛋白在暂养组中的消失时间比对照组提前了1~2 d。扇贝采捕过程中应尽可能减少胁迫,采捕后应尽快加工,以免影响商品的品质及货架期。  相似文献

研究了不同温度(10~17℃、15~17℃和20℃)对不同规格(平均壳高分别为831.7μm、3.2mm和26.7mm)虾夷扇贝干露耐受性的影响。试验结果表明,同种规格虾夷扇贝的干露耐受性随温度升高而降低;不同规格中,以平均壳高为831.7μm的稚贝对干露耐受性最高。在起始温度15℃和10℃干露条件下,20h以前,壳高3.2mm虾夷扇贝的成活率与壳高26.7mm的成活率差异不显著(P0.05),但壳高3.2mm虾夷扇贝成活率略低于壳高26.7mm虾夷扇贝的成活率,20h后,壳高3.2mm虾夷扇贝的干露成活率显著高于壳高26.7mm虾夷扇贝的成活率(P0.05)。本研究结果对不同规格虾夷扇贝苗种运输时的策略制定具有重要指导意义。  相似文献

使用液相色谱串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)检测9种天津市售主要经济贝类中13种麻痹性贝类毒素(paralytic shellfish poisoning,PSP)的含量,分析PSP的污染现状和成分特征。结果显示,共计6个品种(紫贻贝、虾夷扇贝、牡蛎、毛蚶、脉红螺、菲律宾蛤仔)检出PSP。其中虾夷扇贝、紫贻贝、毛蚶3个品种的检出率较高且含量较高,检出率分别为66.7%、58.3%、58.3%。PSP中检出率较高的毒素包括N-磺酰胺甲酰基类毒素C1、C2和膝沟藻毒素GTX1、GTX2、GTX3,毒力占比主要以膝沟藻毒素GTX1-4为主,毛蚶蓄积STX毒素的能力强于其他贝类。全年的PSP含量季节变化为夏季最高,冬季最低。PSP主要存在于贝类的消化腺内,全年不同月份的PSP含量均在安全食用范围内。  相似文献

以菲律宾蛤仔为研究对象,对其活品贮藏特性进行探索。分别采取冷却干藏和常规湿藏两种方式,进行3个处理组贮藏特性的分析比较,即4℃干藏充气组、4℃干藏充氧组以及室温湿藏组;以存活率、磷酸精氨酸、三磷酸腺苷及其关联物、糖原以及pH为指标,跟踪分析各个处理组在10d保藏期间的代谢变化情况。研究结果显示,4℃冷却条件下的干藏保活效果总体好于常规湿藏,其中干藏充氧组的保藏效果最好,10d后存活率仍达到52%,其次为干藏充气组,7d后全部死亡;而湿藏组3d内全部死亡。生化指标分析结果进一步佐证了冷却干藏较常规湿藏有更好的保活效果,冷却干藏条件下肌肉pH、三磷酸腺苷及磷酸精氨酸水平均高于湿藏组,显示出较活跃的生命代谢状态;同时,冷却干藏组的活贝在保藏期间均维持较稳定的糖原水平。  相似文献

Abstract

The effects of freezing and frozen storage on the biochemical properties of scallop adductor muscles stored at 2-4EC were investigated. Glycogen content fell 40% in the first 12 hr of chilled storage and decreased slowly thereafter. ATP content increased for a short time after death and then decreased slowly. Glycogen and ATP degradation was accompanied by a decrease in both pH and 260/250 absorbance ratio of scallop muscle extracts. A significant increase (p < 0.05) in the hypoxanthine (Hx) content was also observed in chilled stored adductor muscles. Adductor muscles showed a significant decrease (p < 0.05) in the 260/250 absorbance ratio of extracts and an increase in the Hx level after freezing. An increase in Hx content was observed during frozen storage of adductor muscles frozen immediately after processing. Expressible juice increased with freezing and frozen storage of the muscles. The results shown in this paper indicate a rapid loss of quality in scallop adductor muscles during storage at 2-4. Freezing and frozen storage enhanced the quality deterioration of the muscles.  相似文献

为探讨干露胁迫对海产贝类基因组DNA甲基化的影响,应用荧光标记甲基化敏感扩增多态性(fluorescencelabeled methylation sensitive amplified polymorphism,F-MSAP)技术,比较了不同干露条件下(0 d、0.5 d、1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d、9 d和11 d)长牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)基因组DNA甲基化的变化。结果表明,对照组(干露处理0 d)闭壳肌与鳃组织的总体甲基化水平分别为29.76%和29.82%;干露处理0.5 d、1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d、9 d和11 d的长牡蛎全基因组甲基化水平呈现先增高后降低的趋势,其中,闭壳肌组织的总体甲基化水平分别为36.59%、38.86%、43.02%、39.30%、51.13%、46.79%和35.06%,鳃组织总体甲基化水平分别为39.39%、42.13%、39.36%、43.54%、56.19%、38.57%和28.99%;干露处理7 d的长牡蛎甲基化水平明显高于其他时期(P0.05),11 d时甲基化水平基本恢复至初始状态。甲基化变异模式分析发现,闭壳肌与鳃组织DNA甲基化变异位点存在差异,甲基化升高位点变化程度较大(P0.05)。以上结果表明,长牡蛎通过改变DNA甲基化模式来应答干露胁迫,发生了不同程度的甲基化与去甲基化反应,DNA甲基化与长牡蛎的抗逆性状密切相关。  相似文献

ABSTRACT:   Adductor muscles dissected from live scallop Patinopecten yessoensis were stored in oxygenated artificial sea water. The initial muscle adenosine triphosphate (ATP) level, approximately 7.5 µmol/g, remained longer at 5°C than at either 0 or 10°C. The pH of sea water decreased continuously and the consumption of dissolved oxygen increased even after muscle ATP was almost exhausted. The number of viable microbes, measured as colony-forming units (c.f.u.) in the muscle, increased to reach a plateau at approximately 107−108 c.f.u./g, while muscle ATP remained at high levels. After this time, muscle ATP sharply decreased. Antibiotics or sorbate added into the oxygenated sea water effectively inhibited both the growth of microbes and the decrease in the pH of sea water. Under these conditions, the retention period of muscle ATP was greatly extended. Thus, it seems most likely that scallop adductor muscle cells are suffocated by the limitation of oxygen supply caused by aerobic microbes grown on the surface of muscle tissue.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: The low salt extract from scallop striated adductor muscle contained extra proteins in addition to sarcoplasmic proteins and was turned into a gel upon standing or immediately by the addition of Ca2+. The amount of extra protein, which was composed of a large amount of actin and a small amount of myosin, decreased with a decrease in adenosine triphosphate (ATP) content in the muscle during storage at 5°C. Actin was easily extracted from scallop myofibrils in low salt solution with ATP at 1 mM or above. Furthermore, ATP was required to induce the gelation of the low salt extract. A visual observation of the gelation of low salt extract is therefore a simple and easy method to inspect prerigor state of scallop adductor muscle.  相似文献

The Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas is a sessile bivalve that inhabits the intertidal zone and therefore frequently exposed to air during the tidal cycle. It is highly adaptive to hypoxic conditions. We have studied the physiological state of oysters during long-term exposure to air. The oysters became hypoxic when exposed to air or hypoxic seawater. The 50% lethal time of oysters exposed to air at 4, 15 and 20°C was 47.8, 15.9 and 12.2 days, respectively. The hemolymph pH decreased by day 3; however, it showed a slight increase by day 5 at both 4 and 20°C. The adenylate energy charge (AEC) values decreased rapidly on the first day of air exposure in the adductor muscle, mantle, gill and body trunk, and these decreases were accompanied by decreases in ATP concentrations and increases in AMP concentrations. The AEC values in all of the tissues had fallen to below 30% by day 50 of air exposure at 4°C. These data suggest that the energy state of oysters deteriorates rapidly with air exposure. Consequently, AEC values may be useful indices of the physiological state of the oyster during long-term exposure to air.  相似文献

Serotonin induced spawning in six bivalve species using individual spawning techniques without any additional stimuli. Intragonadal injection of serotonin induced spawning in the bay scallop Argopecten irradians, the American oyster Crassostrea virginica, and the surf clam Spisula solidissima. Injection of serotonin into the anterior adductor muscle of the ocean quahog Arctica islandica, the ribbed mussel Geukensia demissa, and the hard clam Mercenaria mercenaria induced spawning. The dosage of 0.4 ml of 2 mM serotonin solution used in this study stimulated bivalves to spawn within 15 min.  相似文献
