以雅发褐壳蛋鸡为素材,在一世代双向选择的基础上,依据血浆极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)浓度对腹脂性状继续进行双向选择,比较高、低脂系蛋组成性状之间的差异,并研究二世代母鸡中、后期血浆VLDL浓度与蛋组成性状的相关程度。结果表明:二世代双向选择系母鸡间40周龄蛋黄重、蛋黄蛋白比例及60周龄蛋黄蛋白比例差异显著。血浆VLDL浓度与高、低脂系的蛋黄重、蛋黄比例、蛋黄蛋白比例呈显著正表型相关和中等程度正遗传相关,说明依据血浆VLDL浓度的低向选择可使蛋黄重、蛋黄比例、蛋黄蛋白比例降低。  相似文献

以肉种鸡为试验素材,分别测定其16周龄、54周龄血浆VLDL浓度和54周龄腹脂重(率),探讨肉种鸡血浆VLDL浓度与肥度性状和体重的关系。结果表明:16周龄公、母鸡血浆VLDL浓度差异不显著,54周龄母鸡血浆VLDL浓度显著高于公鸡;54周龄母鸡血浆VLDL浓度显著高于16周龄母鸡,54周龄公鸡血浆VLDL浓度小于16周龄公鸡;54周龄公鸡腹部无脂肪沉积,母鸡腹脂重为120.9g,腹脂率为3.22%;16周龄血浆VLDL浓度与54周龄体重呈显著相关,而与54周龄腹脂重(率)相关不显著,54周龄血浆VLDL浓度与体重、腹脂重(率)相关不显著。  相似文献

通过血浆极低密度脂蛋白对岭南黄鸡A系进行高,低脂系的选育。结果表明,血浆VLDL属中等遗传力性状,与腹脂呈强正相关,低脂系与高脂系相比,其5%、50%产蛋日龄提前,高峰期产蛋率较高,23-43,23-50,23-62周龄饲养日产蛋率均高;对低脂系的体重、屠体品质等性状没有不良影响。  相似文献

以零世代和一世代高、低脂系肉鸡为素材 ,个体记录高、低脂系母鸡产蛋性能 ,屠宰测定零世代 54周龄母鸡腹脂重 (率 ) ,探讨肥度性状与产蛋性能的关系 ,并研究零世代、一世代高、低脂系产蛋性能选择效应。结果表明 :在限饲条件下 ,腹脂重 (率 )与开产日龄、产蛋量表型相关很弱。腹脂重 (率 )与蛋重呈负表型相关趋势 ;零世代高、低脂系产蛋性能差异不显著。一世代低脂系比高脂系早开产 6.7d,低脂系 4 0周龄和 54周龄产蛋量显著高于高脂系 ,表明对血浆 VLDL浓度的选择使产蛋性能产生了有益的间接反应  相似文献

不同品种鸭血浆VLDL水平有一定的特异性。产蛋期母鸭血浆VLDL浓度高于相应品种公鸡4.48 ̄17.65倍。产蛋率越高的母鸭其VLDL水平越高,而变异系越低。7周龄肉鸭VLDL浓度与脂肪率和体重有一定正相关,与瘦肉率有一定程度负相关。  相似文献

在前后期基础饲粮中分别添加0.0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的L—赖氨酸·HCL(基础饲粮赖氨酸含量分别为1.02%和0.84%)饲喂海布罗商品代仔鸡,8周龄结束时屠宰分割结果表明:添加赖氨酸对屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、脚重率、翅重率、腹脂率和肌胃重等均无显著影响(P>0.05);性别对上述前5项指标及肌胃重也无明显作用(P>0.05),但公鸡腹脂率极显著低于母鸡(P<0.01),翅重率和脚重率则明显高于母鸡(P<0.05)。  相似文献

The chickens studied were from a pure line of brown shell egg-type(YAFA) female grandparents of 17-week-old.Plasima very low denstiy lipoprotein(VLDL) concentration was measured with turbidimetric assay.The experiment results showed that the phenotypic correla-tions between 29-week or 50-week plasma VLDL concentration and egg production (EP) were positive in the early stage of laying period,but those in the latter stage were negative,Selection for low plasma VLD concentration will decrease the EP in the early stage of laying period but in-crease the one in the latter stage,There was a significant negative phenotypic correlaiton between the atge at first egg (AFE) and 18-week body weight(BW),The phenotypic correlation between 29-week plasma VLDL concentration and the AFE was negative,AFE was influenced by BW and body fatness as well.There was significant positive phenotypic correlation between plasima VLDL concentration and body weights(BWs) at the same stage in laying period and the phenotypic correlation was aslo positive between 29-week plasma VLDL concentration and the BW at middle stage of laying period,indicating that selection for low plasma VLDL concentration would reduce BWs at various stages to different degree.  相似文献

[目的]揭示荆江鸭的生长与产蛋及蛋品质性状之间的典型相关性,为提高蛋鸭的生产水平和加快选育工作提供参考依据。[方法]采用典型相关分析方法,对荆江鸭的生长性状与产蛋及蛋品质性状等性状间的17个变量的相关性进行了分析。[结果]生长性状与产蛋和蛋品质性状的第1个典型相关系数达到显著水平(P0.05),典型相关系数为0.461,其相关信息(贡献率)占2组性状间总相关信息的27.2%,在2组性状中起主要作用的性状包括开产体重、初生重、蛋黄重和蛋黄比率。[结论]该研究结果对于利用生长性状对荆江鸭进行早期选育具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

Blood samples were taken from birds,from a commercial line of broiler chicken,being in a fully fed state and in fasting state for 2,4,6 hours respectively at 49d of age and plasma very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) concentration was measured with turbidimetric assay.The experiment results showed that the variation coefficients of plasma VLDL concentration mersured at four different times were 58.11%,74.39%,69.70%,47.83%,respectively for male broilers,and 41.82%,60.87%,59.26%,50.0% for female broilers respectively.Plasma VLDL concentration decreased with the fasting time.There was a significant positive phenotypic correlation between abdominal fat weight,percentage of abdominal fat and plasma VLDL concentration for the birds being in fully feeding state,and the correlation decreased or no longer existed for the bired being in fasting state.The conclusion was that for practically application of plasma VLDL content selected in broiler chicken breeding,blood samples should be collected from birds being in feeding state.  相似文献

选300龄罗曼蛋鸡384羽,随机分为对照和试验两组,每组设4个重复,每一重复48羽。饲喂相同的基础饲粮,试验组饲粮添加100mg/kg金霉素。试验进行90天,并屠宰测定。结果表明:饲粮中添加金霉素命名产蛋率、蛋壳相对重和蛋壳厚度分别提高了4.40%(P<0.05)、7.51%(P<0.05)和10.17(P<0.05),料蛋比降低了3.73%(P<0.05)。但对采食量和其它蛋品质指标无明显影响。腹脂率和肝脂率呈降低趋势(P<0.05),腹脂中激素敏感脂酶活性呈增高趋势(P<0.05),甘油三脂含量减少了16.57%(P<0.05)。上述结果提示,金霉素通过提高与产蛋相关的各种酶活激素水平,可明显改善蛋鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质。  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of dietary tea polyphenol (TP) and daidzein (DA) on lipid stability of egg yolk. Two-hundred and seventy 27-week-old Hisex Brown laying hens were divided into nine groups, fed a diet supplemented with 0, 5, 10, 20, 40 mg kg-1 TP and 5, 10, 20, 40 mg kg- 1 DA respectively for a period of 8 weeks ad libitum. The dietary addition of TP and DA both could reduce egg yolk LPO content significantly at the end of 4-week experiment (P < 0.05) and keep egg yolk lipid stable at the supplemental dose of 10 mg kg- 1 diet respectively. A significant liner reduction in egg yolk LPO content was found with the increasing of dietary TP and DA. The egg yolk LPO content was decreased by 23.1 and 27.0% (P< 0.05) with the supplementation of TP and DA respectively at 40 mg kg-1 diet. The LPO contents in liver, plasma and egg yolk were decreased significantly with the dietary addition of TP or DA respectively ( P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the effects of TP and DA on improvement of layers‘ antioxidative capacity. The dietary TP and DA both could improve the bird‘s antioxidative level directly irrelevant to SOD and GSH-Px actiVities.  相似文献
