采用盆栽试验研究了非包膜缓释复合肥(SRCF)、包膜缓释复合肥(Multicote)和普通复合肥(CCF)对水稻植株生长和氮素营养的影响。结果表明,盆栽试验施用SRCF的水稻茎叶重、根冠比、含氮量、对肥料氮的吸收量和利用率与Multicote处理的相应指标较为相近,明显优于普通无机复合肥,这表明SRCF的氮素养分具有缓慢释放性能,并能满足水稻不同生长期的氮素需要。  相似文献

应用离子交换树脂膜法评价缓释复合肥料供肥特性的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在25℃连续恒温培养条件下,采用离子交换树脂膜(IERM)提取,测定了不同缓释复合肥料(SRCF)在土壤中的氮、磷、钾养分的供肥特性,并与盆栽水稻的养分吸收进行比较。结果表明:56.d内2种SRCF在土壤中NO3--N和NH4+-N养分的日均供应量占普通复合肥(NCF)的3.3%~58.1%,并以NH4+-NNO3--N;2种SRCF的H2PO4-和K+的日均供应量占磷、钾施用量分别为NCF的14.9%、23.2%和92.7%、64.5%。与NCF相比,SRCF氮素和磷素养分在土壤中释放具有明显的缓释作用。Elovich和抛物线扩散方程的b值可分别用来表征SRCF的NO3--N、H2PO4-和NH4+-N、K+养分在土壤中释放后被吸收的日均供肥量。用离子交换树脂膜法提取测定的SRCF养分在土壤中的供肥特性与该法测定的土壤本身养分的供肥特性相似。SRCF氮、磷、钾养分累积释放量与盆栽水稻氮、磷、钾养分吸收量呈显著或极显著的正相关(r=0.869~*0.994**)。用离子交换树脂膜提取测定和评价缓释复合肥料在土壤中养分的供肥特性是一种比较理想的方法。  相似文献

采用恒温培养和盆栽生物试验研究了非包膜缓释复合肥料对土壤氮素养分(铵态氮、硝态氮、碱解氮、微生物量氮和固定态铵)和黑麦草氮素营养的效应。结果表明,在恒温培养条件下,各施肥处理土壤铵态氮含量随培养时间均表现为先升高后降低的趋势,且中后期缓释复合肥料处理(SRCF)高于普通复合肥料处理(CCF);缓释复合肥料SRCF1处理土壤硝态氮含量始终低于普通复合肥料CCF1处理,缓释复合肥料SRCF2处理土壤硝态氮含量在初期较高、中后期较低;SRCF各处理土壤碱解氮和微生物量氮含量变化均表现为增加-降低-增加-降低趋势,分别在培养第21d和105d时出现峰值;土壤固定态铵含量变化较小,但总体上以SRCF处理高于CCF处理。在等养分比例盆栽试验中,SRCF1-3处理黑麦草株高、生物量、干重和氮素养分吸收量均高于CCF1处理,SRCF有利于提高黑麦草产量、氮素吸收和利用率;黑麦草氮素吸收量与培养土壤铵态氮、微生物量氮含量呈负相关,而与硝态氮和固定态铵含量呈正相关。  相似文献

为提高基质肥料的缓释性能,该文选用10种有机和无机基质制备基质肥料,通过砂柱间歇淋洗的方法研究了基质肥料的氮素释放规律,并根据Logistic方程的参数和氮素释放拐点的UPGMA聚类分析评价了10种基质的缓释效果,结果表明:基质肥料氮素累积释放率随时间的动态变化可用一级动力学方程、Elovich方程、抛物线扩散方程和Logistic方程表征,其中以Logistic方程拟合效果最好,这说明定量描述氮素养分释放规律的方程中以Logistic方程评价更具有实效性,而有机基质中氧化淀粉和木质素的缓释效果较好,无机基质中膨润土的缓释效果最好。  相似文献

采用连续恒温培养研究了30℃条件下砂质酸性、中性土壤对2种不同剂型中性缓释复合肥养分释放特性的影响.研究结果表明,中性缓释复合肥的养分累积量、拟合动力学方程参数b值及养分平均释放相对百分率的变化趋势,受砂质土壤pH的影响基本一致.随砂质土壤pH升高,两种中性缓释复合肥氮素和磷素释放速率、累积量和相对百分率变大;砂质土壤pH降低,中性缓释复合肥钾素释放速率、累积量和相对百分率变大.两个中性缓释复合肥的养分释放速率对于砂质土壤pH变化响应一致,均表现为SRF1(有机无机型)<SRF2(无机型).  相似文献

应用固-液反应包膜工艺,采用4种改性的无机包膜材料,试制出了成本较低的包膜缓释尿素,用水中溶出率法测定了包膜缓释尿素的养分释放特征,应用盆栽水稻评价了包膜缓释尿素的肥效,并与国外的有机缓释氮肥(Methylene Urea)和高聚物包膜复合肥(Osmocotte)进行了比较,表明固-液反应型包膜尿素具有较好的养分缓释效果,4种包膜尿素与等氮和等重常规尿素相比,栽培水稻都有一定的增产作用,并提高了肥料利用率,其中LU增产最显著,比等氮和等重尿素处理分别增产41.5%和35.7%,肥料当季利用率达到43.9%,好于国外的有机缓释氮肥和高聚物包膜复合肥。养分释放特征与水稻氮素营养特征较为接近,可为水稻一次性施肥所用。  相似文献

该文通过中心组合设计及相应面分析,研究了碱法制备蚕蛹蛋白的浸提条件对蚕蛹蛋白浸提率的影响,得到了蚕蛹蛋白提取率的数学模型。优化了蚕蛹蛋白的浸提的条件,提高了碱法制备蚕蛹蛋白的蛋白提取率。结果表明NaOH浓度和液固比(V/m)对蚕蛹蛋白提取率影响显著(P<0.05)。蚕蛹蛋白浸提的最佳工艺条件为:NaOH浓度1.03%、液固比(V/m)70︰1、浸提温度50℃、NaCl浓度0.070 mol/L。在此最佳工艺条件下蚕蛹蛋白的实际提取率达78.69%。利用优化工艺条件制备的桑蚕蛹蛋白,其蛋白含量为96.70%,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸含量的47.1%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值为0.9,具有较好的应用价值。  相似文献

通过田间试验,研究了采用猪粪堆肥、中药渣堆肥和鸡粪堆肥为原料制成的有机无机复合肥与无机复合肥等氮量施入对油菜产量、氮素利用率、土壤供氮特征以及土壤微生物多样性的影响。结果表明:各施肥处理油菜籽产量均显著高于对照的油菜籽产量。与化肥处理比较,三种堆肥原料的有机无机复合肥的油菜籽产量显著高于化肥处理,较化肥增产12.7%~33.2%。各有机无机复合肥处理均能增加油菜单株有效角果数。三种有机无机复合肥处理均能显著促进油菜对氮素的吸收,从而提高了氮素利用率。与化肥处理和不施肥处理比较,三种堆肥原料的有机无机复合肥处理能够明显提高土壤有效态氮的含量,调节土壤氮素的释放速度。采用邻接法分析各处理土壤DNA条带表明:5个处理土壤样品的细菌群落共分为三大族群,化肥处理与对照处理为一种族群,中药渣处理为一种族群,猪粪处理和鸡粪处理属一种族群。说明施入外源有机物质(猪粪、鸡粪与中药渣)可能改变土壤的细菌群落结构,而施入化肥对土壤的细菌群落结构影响较小。  相似文献

对碱性过硫酸钾氧化法测定溶液中全氮含量采用的氧化剂进行了比较研究。结果表明,氧化反应过程中溶液的pH值与氧化剂的效果有密切关系;氧化剂中过硫酸钾与NaOH配比合适,有利于溶液中的氮素转化为NO3--N。3%过硫酸钾与0.15mol.L-1NaOH配合是一个适宜的氧化剂,可测定的尿素最大浓度为N,80mgL-1,可定量地回收L-丙氨酸及EDTA溶液所含的氮素,测定的0.5mol.L-1K2SO4土壤浸提液中的全氮与开氏法结果基本一致。  相似文献

本文系统剖析了熊毅-傅积平改进区分的土壤结合态腐殖质的形成特点,胡,富组成及其结合特征。结果表明:(1)用0.1mol/LNaOH及0.1mol/LNaOH+0.1mol/LNa4P2O7混合液连续浸提的松结态(H1)和稳结态(H2)腐殖质所占的比例随土壤pH升高分别呈减少和增加趋势。统计分析显示H1与游离态铁,铝呈极显著的正相关,与交换性钙呈极显著负相关,H2则与交换性钙呈极显著正相关,而与游离  相似文献

This paper deals with the development of a sequential extraction method to separate the Ca-bound and Fe-and Al-bound humus from soils.First,comparative analyses were carried out on dissolution of synthetic organo-mineral complexes by different extractants,i.e.0.1M Na4P2O7,0.1M NaOH 0.1M Na4P2O7 mixture,0.1M NaOH,0.5M (NaPO3)6 and 0.5M neutral Na2SO4.Among the five extractants,0.1M NaOH 0.1M Na4P2O7 mixture was the most efficient in extracting humus from various complexes.0.5M Na2SO4 had a better specificity to Ca than 0.5M (NaPO3)6,by only extracting Ca-bound humus without destorying Fe-and Al-bound organo-mineral complexes.Then sequential extractions first with 0.5M Na2SO4 and then with 0.1M NaOH 0.1M Na4P2O7 mixture were applied to a series of soil samples with different degrees of base saturation.The cations were dominated by Ca in the 0.5M Na2SO4 extract and by Al in the 0.1M NaOH 0.1M Na4P2O7 mixture.The sequential extraction method can efficiently separate or isolate Ca-bound and Fe-and Al-bound humus from each other.  相似文献

为了研究水稻在铵态氮营养下分泌氢离子的机理,采用不同浓度的铵态氮(0.1~1.0 mol/L)处理水稻幼苗根系,4h后用1 mol/L NaOH滴定培养液,计算氢离子的分泌量;同时,将水稻根系用多聚糖PEG-DEXTRAN两相系统分离出细胞膜囊体,并测定细胞膜H+-ATPase的水解活性和质子泵活性。另外,利用毛细管微电极测定水稻根细胞在上述不同铵浓度下膜电位的变化,以阐明水稻根系吸收铵态氮后分泌氢离子与细胞膜电位及细胞膜质子泵之间的关系。结果表明,随着培养液中铵离子浓度的升高,根系分泌氢离子的量随之增加;分离细胞膜后,离体细胞膜囊体H+-ATPase的水解活性和质子泵活性也相应增强。原位测定细胞膜电位时,膜电位去极化程度亦随NH4+浓度的升高而升高;氢离子分泌量与细胞膜电位、细胞膜H+-ATPase水解活性及质子泵活性之间的均具有一定的相关性。说明根系在NH4+-N营养下分泌氢离子是由于细胞膜上H+-ATPase主动泵出氢离子造成的,这与根系吸收NH4+后引起细胞膜去极化,需要通过提高质子泵活性来维持膜电位有关。  相似文献

Five humic fractions were obtained from a uniformly ^15N-labelled soil by extraction with 0.1 mol L^-1 Na4P2O7,0.1mol L^-1 NaOH ,and HF/HCl-0.1 mol L^-1 NaOH,consecutively,and analyzed by ^13C and ^15N CPMAS NMR (cross polarization and magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonace).Compared with those of native soils humic fractions studied as a whole contained more alkyls ,methoxyls and O-alkyls,being 27%-36%,17%-21%and 36%-40%,respectively,but fewer aromatics and carboxyls(bein 14%-20% and 13%-90%,respectively),Among those humic fractions ,the humic acid(HA)and fulvic acid(FA) extracted by 0.1 mol L^-1 Na4P2O7 contained slightly more carboxyls than corresponding humic fractions extracted by 0.1 mol L^-1 NaOH ,and the HA extacted by 0.1 mol L^-1 NaOH after treatment with HF/HCl contained the least aromatics and carboxyls.The distribution of nitrogen functional groups of soil humic fractions studied was quite similar to each other and also quite similar to that of humic fraction from native soils.More than 75% of total N in each fraction was in amide from,with 9%-13% present as aromatic and /or aliphatic amines and the remainder as heerocyclic N.  相似文献

Tobacco plants (Nicotiana tabacum L. cv NC82) were supplied with (NH4)2SO4 or NH4Cl at root-zone pH of 6.0 and 4.5 in hydroponic culture for 28 days. Dry matter accumulation, total N and C content, and leaf area and number were not affected by the NH4+ source or root-zone pH. Plants supplied with NH4Cl accumulated up to 1.2 mM Cl g DW-1, but accumulated 37% less inorganic H2PO4- and 47% less SO4(2-) than plants supplied with (NH4)2SO4. The large Cl- accumulation resulted in NH4Cl- supplied plants having a 31% higher inorganic anion (NO3-, H2, PO4-, SO4(2-), and Cl-) charge. This higher inorganic anion charge in the NH4Cl-supplied plants was balanced by a similar increase in K+ charge. Plants supplied with NH4Cl accumulated greater concentrations of Cl- in leaves (up to 5.1% of DW) than plants supplied with (NH4)2SO4 (less than -% DW). Despite the high Cl- concentration of leaves in NH4Cl supplied plants, these plants showed no symptoms of Cl- toxicity. This demonstrates that toxicity symptoms are not due solely to an interaction between high Cl- concentration in tissue and NH4+ nutrition. The increase in root-zone acidity to pH 4.5 from 6.0 did not induce toxicity symptoms.  相似文献

为正确表征云南文山三七种植区土壤中植物可利用态砷,选取NaH2PO4(0.5mol·L-1)、H2O、H3PO4(0.2mol·L-1)、EDTA(0.0625mol·L-1,pH=7)、NH4C(l1.0mol·L-1)和(NH4)2SO(40.05mol·L-1)6种提取剂,比较了它们对土壤中砷的提取效果,及其所提取的砷与三七植株各部位砷含量之间的相关关系。结果表明,NaH2PO4、H3PO4和(NH4)2SO4这3种提取态砷与土壤总砷呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.8359、0.8177和0.8810。NaH2PO4和H3PO4的提取效率较高,平均提取效率分别为6%和11%;而(NH4)2SO4提取效率较低,平均仅为0.084%。NaH2PO4和(NH4)2SO4提取态砷与三七主根、须根和茎部砷含量呈显著正相关,H3PO4提取态砷与三七主根和须根砷含量呈显著正相关。综合考虑认为NaH2PO(40.5mol·L-1)是最佳提取剂,H3PO(40.2mol·L-1)提取剂次之,这两种提取剂均可较好地表征土壤中砷的三七可利用性。  相似文献

Six alkali soluble lignin fractions were extracted from the cell wall materials of oil palm trunk and empty fruit-bunch (EFB) fibers with 5% NaOH, 10% NaOH, and 24% KOH/2% H(3)BO(3). All of the lignin fractions contained rather low amounts of associated neutral sugars (0.8-1.2%) and uronic acids (1.1-2.0%). The lignin fractions isolated with 5% NaOH from the lignified palm trunk and EFB fibers gave a relatively higher degree of polymerization as shown by weight-average molecular weights ranging between 2620 and 2840, whereas the lignin fractions isolated with 10% NaOH and 24% KOH/2% H(3)BO(3) from the partially delignified palm trunk and EFB fibers showed a relatively lower degree of polymerization, as shown by weight-average molecular weights ranging between 1750 and 1980. The results obtained by alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation showed that all of the lignin preparations contained a high proportion of noncondensed syringyl units with small amounts of noncondensed guaiacyl and fewer p-hydroxyphenyl units. The lignin fraction extracted with 5% NaOH from the lignified EFB fiber was mainly composed of beta-O-4 ether-linked units. Small amounts of 5-5', beta-5, and beta-beta' carbon-carbon linkages were also found to be present between the lignin structural units. Further studies showed that uronic, p-hydroxybenzoic, and ferulic acids in the cell walls of palm fibers were esterified to lignin.  相似文献

A potassium permanganate-dilute sulfuric acid KMnO4/dilute H2SO4 oxidation procedure was developed to supplement Florisil cleanup of some vegetable extracts. Following sample preparation and Florisil cleanup, a reaction mixture of the n-hexane eluate from the Florisil cleanup, 4% KMnO4, and 40% H2SO4 (1 + 1 + 1) was shaken in a test tube 2 min at room temperature and then centrifuged. The n-hexane phase was washed with 2 mL 0.1N NaOH and analyzed by GLC. Twelve chlorinated pesticides were completely recovered in the n-hexane phase. Aldrin was not recovered because its extreme instability caused it to decompose even in neutral solutions. Chlorinated pesticide residues in onion, garlic, carrot, and radish root were easily analyzed by the application of this oxidation procedure.  相似文献
