An experiment was carried out to measure the suitability of using formic acid-treated shrimp meal (TSM) as a protein source for aged laying hens. Shrimp meal (SM), air-dried shrimp waste was treated with 3% formic acid (w/v) at room temperature for 20 min, sun-dried, ground to pass through 1.0 mm mesh screen and then ready to use as the TSM. A total of 56 Single Comb White Leghorn hens, 85 wk of age, were placed in individual cages and assigned randomly into 7 dietary groups of 8 birds each. A control diet, diets containing 5, 10, and 15% SM and diets containing 5, 10, and 15% TSM were prepared. Diets and water were given ad libitum during the 30-d experimental period. Hen-day egg production, egg mass, feed intake, and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were deteriorated with increasing levels of the SM in the diets (P < 0.05). In contrast, these parameters were unchanged with increasing levels of the TSM in diets and compatible with the control group. No significant improvements were observed in exterior or interior egg quality among the dietary groups, except for eggshell weight, strength and yolk color, which were significantly increased in SM and TSM groups when compared to the values in control group (P < 0.05). It is concluded that inclusion of TSM up to 15% in laying hen diets may have beneficial effects on laying performance along with improved eggshell quality and yolk color, and suggested that TSM is a promising combined source of protein and calcium in aged laying hens.  相似文献

本文旨在研究菊苣提取物对蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋品质、肠道菌群、血清胆同醇和卵黄胆同醇的影响.300只尼克红蛋鸡随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只,各组日粮中分别添加0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的菊苣提取物和1.0%的菊粉,试验进行4周.结果表明:与对照相比,不同水平的菊苣提取物或菊粉对蛋鸡产蛋率、蛋重、采食量、料蛋比、破蛋率、蛋黄重、蛋壳厚度和哈氏单位没有显著影响(P>0.05),但能显著降低鸡蛋胆固醇浓度(mg/g蛋黄)和含量(mg/蛋黄)(P<0.05),1.5%菊苣提取物添加组的动脉粥样硬化指数显著降低(P<0.05);日粮添加菊苣提取物或菊粉显著降低蛋鸡盲肠大肠杆菌数量和pH(P<0.05),1.5%菊苣提取物添加组和菊粉添加组显著增加盲肠双歧杆菌数量(P<0.05);鸡蛋胆固醇含量和盲肠大肠杆菌数量随菊苣提取物添加水平的增加线性降低(r=-0.957和r=-0.977)(P<0.05).结论:本试验在蛋鸡日粮中添加菊苣提取物或菊粉能显著降低鸡蛋胆固醇和盲肠有害菌(大肠杆菌)的数量,且不影响蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质.故在蛋鸡日粮中添加菊苣提取物或菊粉可为生产低胆同醇鸡蛋提供一条途径.  相似文献

本文旨在研究饲粮不同缬氨酸水平对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响,并探讨蛋鸡饲粮中缬氨酸的最适添加量.试验选用720只体重相近的40周龄的海兰褐壳蛋鸡,随机分成5组,每组4个重复,每个重复36只鸡,分别饲喂缬氨酸水平为0.6%、0.7%、0.8%、0.9%、1.0%的饲粮,试验期为56 d.结果表明:1)0.8%水平组料蛋比和1.0%水平组平均日采食量分别最低,与其他各组均差异显著(P<0.05);各组产蛋率、平均蛋重和日产蛋均重均无显著差异(P>0.05).2)0.8%水平组蛋壳强度最大,1.0%水平组蛋清蛋白质含量最低,与其他各组均差异显著(P<0.05)或有显著的趋势(P<0.10);各组蛋壳厚度、哈夫单位、蛋黄颜色、蛋白高度、蛋黄和蛋清相对重均无显著差异(P>0.05).3)0.8%水平组血清葡萄糖含量最高,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);0.8%水平组血清尿素氮和尿酸含量最低,总氨基酸含量最高,与其他各组均有差异显著的趋势(P<0.10).4)二次曲线分析表明:当饲粮代谢能为11.31 MJ/kg、粗蛋白质水平为15.81%、赖氨酸水平为0.77%时,以料蛋比为评价指标,产蛋高峰期蛋鸡缬氨酸需要量为0.78%,以蛋壳强度和血清白蛋白含量为评价指标,缬氨酸需要量分别为0.81%和0.75%.由此可知,基础饲粮中添加一定量的缬氨酸可降低产蛋高峰期蛋鸡料蛋比,增强蛋壳强度和提高血清葡萄糖含量.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮代谢能(ME)水平对产蛋期汶上芦花鸡生产性能、血清生化指标和蛋品质的影响,并建立代谢能需要量析因模型,确定产蛋期汶上芦花鸡的饲粮代谢能需要量。试验采用单因素完全随机设计,选取40周龄、体重相近的健康汶上芦花鸡360只,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。各组分别饲喂代谢能水平为10.68、10.89、11.10、11.30和11.51MJ/kg的试验饲粮,其他主要营养水平保持一致。预试期7d,试验期35d。结果表明:1)饲粮代谢能水平对产蛋期汶上芦花鸡的平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日代谢能摄入量(ADMEI)、平均体重、代谢体重(BW0.75)、产蛋数、产蛋率和平均日产蛋量(ADEM)均有显著影响(P0.05)。随饲粮代谢能水平的升高,ADFI、ADMEI、产蛋数、产蛋率和ADEM呈增加趋势,但当代谢能水平为11.51 MJ/kg时降低。随饲粮代谢能水平的升高,料蛋比呈降低趋势,但当代谢能水平为11.51 MJ/kg时增加。饲粮代谢能水平为11.51和11.30 MJ/kg时的平均体重和BW0.75显著高于代谢能水平为11.10 MJ/kg时(P0.05)。2)随饲粮代谢能水平的升高,产蛋期汶上芦花鸡的血清葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TCHO)含量均呈增加趋势。3)饲粮代谢能水平对产蛋期汶上芦花鸡的蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位和蛋黄比率有显著影响(P0.05)。低能组(代谢能水平为10.68、10.89和11.10 MJ/kg)的蛋白高度和哈氏单位显著高于高能组(代谢能水平为11.30和11.51 MJ/kg)(P0.05)。随饲粮代谢能水平的升高,蛋黄颜色和蛋黄比率呈增加趋势,其中代谢能水平为11.51 MJ/kg时的蛋黄颜色和蛋黄比率显著高于其他各代谢能水平时(P0.05)。4)以ADMEI为因变量,以平均日增重(ADG)、ADEM和BW0.75为自变量,拟合41~45周龄汶上芦花鸡饲粮代谢能需要量的析因模型为:ADMEI=0.88 ADG+10.63 ADEM+476.40 BW0.75(R2=0.982 5,P0.05)。满足41~45周龄汶上芦花鸡最佳生产性能的适宜饲粮代谢能需要量为11.29 MJ/kg。  相似文献

This study was performed to evaluate the effect of folic acid (FA) on performance, egg quality and yolk 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) content. A total of 384 Hy-line W36 strain hens from 52 to 58 weeks of age were randomly assigned to 4 groups, and each group received one of following dietary treatments: 0, 5, 10 and 15 mg FA/kg diet. A completely randomized design was used. Egg production percentage, egg mass and egg weight were increased significantly (P < 0.05) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) was reduced significantly (P < 0.05) by increasing FA content in diets. No significant differences were detected among treatments on egg quality except for shell thickness. The dietary supplementations of laying hens diets with FA significantly increased yolk 5-MTHF content (P = 0.02). Overall, these data demonstrate that dietary supplementation with FA raised 5-MTHF content of yolk and productivity of egg production in laying hens.  相似文献

The response of 4 strains of laying hens fed diets varying in ME with and without Avizyme 1500 (AVI) supplementation was evaluated in a factorial arrangement study. The strains of laying hens (Hy-Line W-36, Hy-Line Brown, Babcock B300, and Shaver White) were fed 3 diets: moderate ME (2,900 kcal/kg), low ME (2,810 kcal/kg), and low ME with AVI for 28 wk commencing at 22 wk of age. No significant effects of diet, strain, or their interaction on feed intake and BW change were observed. Lack of an effect on feed intake was surprising given the different levels of ME. It is hypothesized that the reduced dietary ME was not low enough to elicit a response. Of course, dietary level of ME did change caloric intake among hens, with hens fed moderate ME consuming more calories than those fed low ME with or without AVI. There was an interesting dietary ME × strain interaction effect on egg production (EP). Babcock B300 hens fed moderate ME and low ME with AVI had greater EP compared with the B300 hens fed low ME, whereas the Shaver White hens had a greater EP when fed a low-ME diet compared with feeding a moderate-ME diet or low-ME diet with AVI. Egg weight and egg mass were significantly affected by strain but not by diet ME. Hy-Line Brown and Babcock B300 hens laid eggs with greater weight and mass in contrast to Hy-Line W-36 or Shaver White. Hy-Line Brown eggs were the largest, whereas Shaver White had greatest egg-specific gravity. Strain significantly affected proportions of albumen vs. yolk in the egg. Across all strains, Hy-Line Brown had more albumen percentage, whereas Hy-Line W-36 had higher wet yolk and yolk solids percentages. The low-ME level fed to laying hens may have been too high to evoke an enzyme response to improve energy utilization by birds. This is important, because to obtain an economic benefit, producers would need to know the proper ME level to feed with the supplemental enzymes.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究茶多酚(TP)对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和抗氧化能力的影响。试验选用450只24周龄的健康海兰灰产蛋鸡,分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加40、80、200和400 mg/kg TP。试验期63 d,其中预试期7 d、正试期56 d。结果表明,与对照组相比:1)400 mg/kg TP显著降低了试验期前4周的平均蛋重(P0.05);200 mg/kg TP显著改善试验期后4周的料蛋比(P0.05);TP未显著影响产蛋率和平均日采食量(P0.05)。2)饲粮中添加TP未显著影响蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度、哈夫单位和蛋黄颜色(P0.05)。3)TP显著提高了血浆总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性(P0.05);显著提高试验期第8周时血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P0.05)。4)TP显著提高了肝脏和蛋黄T-AOC和T-SOD活性(P0.05);显著降低肝脏和蛋黄中丙二醛(MDA)含量(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加TP未显著影响蛋鸡蛋品质;400 mg/kg TP降低了平均蛋重,200 mg/kg TP改善了料蛋比,两者均提高了蛋鸡的抗氧化能力,其中以200 mg/kg组效果最佳。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究以理想氨基酸(AA)模式配制的低粗蛋白质(CP)饲粮对21~32周龄蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、全血氨浓度和血浆尿酸浓度及粪氮含量的影响.试验选用540只体重相近的健康海兰灰蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡,分别饲喂等能量( 11.00 MJ/kg)的5种CP水平(17.00%、16.50%、16.00%、15.50%和15.00%)的饲粮,试验期12周.结果表明:在理想AA模式下降低饲粮CP水平,蛋鸡产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),平均蛋重有降低的趋势(P=0.06),但对平均日采食量、日产蛋重和蛋料比无显著影响(P>0.05);降低饲粮CP水平极显著影响了蛋白高度和哈氏单位(_P<0.01),显著影响了蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),未显著影响蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度(P>0.05);饲粮CP水平对各鸡蛋成分均无显著影响(P>0.05),但鸡蛋蛋白含量随饲粮CP水平的降低有降低的趋势(P=0.09);饲粮CP水平对血浆尿酸浓度及全血氨浓度均无显著影响(P>0.05);降低饲粮CP水平极显著降低了蛋鸡粪氮含量(P<0.01).由此可见,在理想AA模式下,适当降低饲粮CP水平可提高蛋鸡产蛋率,改善鸡蛋品质,降低粪氮含量.  相似文献

为了研究虫草粉(古尼虫草地顶孢霉培养物)联合酵母硒对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、抗氧化功能和免疫功能的影响,试验选用450羽24周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复15羽。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ~Ⅳ组饲喂添加0.1 mg/kg酵母硒联合不同剂量虫草粉(0、0.2%、0.3%和0.4%)的基础饲粮,试验期27周;选取产蛋高峰中期(第40周龄)蛋鸡进行产蛋性能、鸡蛋品质、免疫功能和抗氧化功能分析。结果显示,与对照组相比,产蛋高峰中期试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重均显著提高,料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);鸡蛋哈夫单位、蛋壳颜色、蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色、蛋清粗蛋白质含量、蛋黄粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量均显著升高(P<0.05),蛋清中必需氨基酸Leu、Lys、Met、Trp、Phe、Thr、Val和His及非必需氨基酸Ala、Asp、Glu、Pro和Tyr水平也显著增加(P<0.05);试验Ⅳ组蛋鸡的蛋壳颜色、蛋壳强度、哈夫单位和蛋清粗蛋白质含量均显著提高(P<0.05),蛋清中必需氨基酸Ile、Gly、Arg和非必需氨基酸Cys、Ser水平均显著增加(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ~Ⅳ组蛋鸡蛋黄、蛋清中硒含量均显著增加(P<0.05)。同时,与对照组相比,产蛋高峰中期试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡血清MDA含量显著下降(P<0.05),WBC数量、血清IFN-γ和IL-2水平及T-AOC和T-SOD活性均显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明,饲粮中联合添加酵母硒和适量的虫草粉能明显提高产蛋高峰中期蛋鸡的产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质,增强机体免疫力和抗氧化能力,以0.1 mg/kg酵母硒联合添加0.3%虫草粉的效果最佳。  相似文献

The effects of poultry by-product meal (PBPM) and feather meal (FM) incorporated separately and in combination in the diet on laying hen performance and egg characteristics during postpeak production were determined. Bovans White strain laying hens, 42 wk of age, were fed diets with 0% PBPM and FM, 5% FM, 5% PBPM, or 4% FM + 4% PBPM. Egg production, feed intake, and egg mass were not significantly affected by dietary treatments, whereas egg weight and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were significantly affected. Egg weights of hens receiving 4% FM + 4% PBPM were significantly lower than those fed the control diet, whereas those fed 5% FM or 5% PBPM were intermediate. FCR was significantly improved by the diets containing 5% FM or 5% PBPM compared with the diet containing 4% FM + 4% PBPM. Dietary PBPM decreased Haugh units, but FM did not. Egg breaking strength, shell weight, and weights of albumen and yolk were not affected by treatments. The results suggested that FM or PBPM could be incorporated up to 5% singly or up to 8% in combination in layer diets but with possible detrimental effects on Haugh units, egg weight, and FCR.  相似文献

1. The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of inulin on laying hens. A total of 360 Brown Nick laying hens were divided randomly into 6 groups of 60 with 6 replicates of 10 hens and fed on diets containing 0 (control), 0·1, 0·5, 1·0, 1·5 or 2·0% inulin during the 4-week trial. 2. Dietary supplementation of inulin reduced cholesterol concentration (mg/g yolk) and content (mg/egg) in eggs. Cholesterol content in eggs decreased linearly with increasing levels of dietary inulin level. 3. Supplementation of inulin in diets decreased coliform bacteria counts and pH in the caecum. The lowest coliform bacteria counts (6·30 ± 0·03 log10 cfu/g) and pH (6·47 ± 0·01) were obtained in the 2·0% inulin group, the two indices decreasing by 21·6% and 3·0% respectively, compared with the control group. Coliform bacteria count and pH were changed linearly in accordance with increasing levels of dietary inulin level. Caecal Bifidobacteria counts were increased in the 2·0%-inulin group. 4. Inulin supplementation of layer diets did not appear to have any adverse effects on laying rate, egg weight, feed intake, feed conversion efficiency, cracked-egg rate, eggshell thickness or Haugh unit compared with the control laying hens. 5. Therefore, dietary supplementation with inulin may lead to the development of low-cholesterol chicken eggs as demanded by health-conscious consumers.  相似文献

试验旨在研究松针粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标和抗氧化指标的影响,以期为松针粉在蛋鸡生产中的应用提供参考。选用120羽40周龄健康产蛋期京粉1号蛋鸡作为试验动物,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复10羽鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组用3%松针粉替代基础饲粮中的小麦麸。预试期7 d,正试期56 d。试验期间,每天按重复记录采食量、产蛋总数、总蛋重等,并以组为单位统计其平均日采食量、平均蛋重、日产蛋量、料蛋比等;在正试期第28和56天,分别从各重复中取2枚鸡蛋测定蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄颜色、哈夫单位;在试验结束前1 d和结束当天,从各重复中抽取10枚鸡蛋于4℃贮藏,每次从各重复中取2枚鸡蛋,测定其贮藏后第15、20、60、105天的哈夫单位;在正试期第56天从各重复中选取试验蛋鸡1只,空腹12 h后经翅下静脉采血5 mL后分离血清,采用全自动生化仪测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿酸(UA)、尿素(Urea)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性;采用试剂盒法测定血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果显示:①与对照组相比,饲粮中添加松针粉显著提高了蛋鸡产蛋率(P<0.05),显著降低了平均蛋重和料蛋比(P<0.05),但平均日采食量、平均日产蛋量和合格蛋率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。②试验第28天,试验组蛋黄颜色值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验第56天,两组间蛋黄颜色值差异不显著(P>0.05);其余时间点,饲粮中添加松针粉对鸡蛋的哈夫单位、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度均无显著影响(P>0.05)。③与对照组相比,饲粮中添加松针粉对蛋鸡血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、TP、ALB、球蛋白(GLB)、尿素、UA和GLU含量以及ALT、AST、ALP活性均无显著影响(P>0.05),显著提高了蛋鸡血清MDA含量和GSH-Px活性(P<0.05),但对GSH含量和SOD、CAT活性以及T-AOC均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加3%松针粉能够显著提高蛋鸡产蛋率,改善料蛋比和蛋黄颜色,显著提高蛋鸡血清MDA含量和GSH-Px活性,但未影响机体T-AOC。因此,蛋鸡饲粮中用3%松针粉替代等比例的小麦麸是可行的。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究霉菌毒素吸附剂(分别命名为CZ和SF)对产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋黄中微量元素含量、血清抗氧化和生化指标的影响。选取216只38周龄健康的罗曼蛋鸡,随机分成3个组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组(CZ组、SF组)分别在基础饲粮中添加0.5 g/kg的CZ和SF。预试期为10 d,正试期为35 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,CZ组产蛋鸡试验3~5周产蛋率、日产蛋量显著提高(P0.05);饲粮中添加霉菌毒素吸附剂对产蛋鸡的平均蛋重、平均日采食量、料蛋比和死淘率均无显著影响(P0.05)。2)与对照组相比,各试验组产蛋鸡第14天和第35天蛋黄铜、锰含量均无显著差异(P0.05);CZ组第14天蛋黄锌含量显著提高(P0.05)。3)饲粮中添加霉菌毒素吸附剂对第14天和第35天产蛋鸡血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量无显著影响(P0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组产蛋鸡第14天血清总抗氧化能力均显著提高(P0.05);SF组第35天血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P0.05)。4)与对照组相比,CZ组产蛋鸡血清碱性磷酸酶活性、葡萄糖含量显著降低(P0.05);SF组血清总胆固醇含量显著降低(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加霉菌毒素吸附剂CZ明显提高了产蛋鸡产蛋性能,2种吸附剂CZ和SF都增强了产蛋鸡血清抗氧化功能,改善了部分血清生化指标。  相似文献

试验旨在探究天然腐植酸和合成腐植酸对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标、抗氧化指标和激素水平的影响。选取52周龄体重、产蛋率相近的海兰白蛋鸡405羽,随机分成3个组,每组9个重复,每个重复15羽。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(CON组),试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加1 000 mg/kg的天然腐植酸A(HAA组)和合成腐植酸B(HAB组),预试期2周,正试期8周。结果表明:与CON组相比,添加腐植酸均可提高平均蛋重(P<0.05),降低不合格蛋率(P<0.05)和料蛋比(P<0.01),其中HAA组产蛋率极显著提高,HAA组的料蛋比低于HAB组(P<0.01);饲粮添加腐植酸对蛋品质无显著影响;与CON组相比,HAA组血清中白蛋白含量降低(P<0.05),HAB组乳酸脱氢酶活性提高(P<0.05),HAA组与HAB组血清中甘油三酯含量均降低(P<0.01);相比于CON组,添加HAB可提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05);与CON组相比,饲粮中添加腐植酸提高了血清中促黄体素水平(P<0.01),对促卵泡素水平有升高趋势(P=0.060),且HAA组中促卵泡素水平高于HAB组(P<0.01)。结果提示,腐植酸可促进机体促性腺激素分泌,改善机体抗氧化水平,显著提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的生产性能,且天然提取的腐植酸作用效果更佳。  相似文献

本文以460日龄的褐壳蛋鸡为试验对象,在蛋鸡饲粮中添加不同水平紫花苜蓿皂苷,研究其对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。试验将200只蛋鸡随机分为5个处理,分别饲喂基础日粮(Ⅰ),基础日粮+0.5%胆固醇(Ⅱ),基础日粮+0.5%胆固醇+120 mg·kg-1苜蓿皂苷(Ⅲ),基础日粮+0.5%胆固醇+240 mg·kg-1苜蓿皂苷(Ⅳ),基础日粮+0.5%胆固醇+480 mg·kg-1苜蓿皂苷(Ⅴ),试验期为63 d。结果表明:在蛋鸡饲粮中添加胆固醇或胆固醇+不同水平的苜蓿皂苷均能改善其产蛋率、增加蛋重、降低料蛋比,其中0.5%胆固醇+120 mg·kg-1组效果显著。添加胆固醇对蛋黄重改进作用较大;各试验组的蛋黄颜色都有改进,其中0.5%胆固醇+240 mg·kg-1苜蓿皂苷组(Ⅳ)和0.5%胆固醇+480 mg·kg-1苜蓿皂苷组(Ⅴ)的蛋黄颜色显著提高;各试验组的哈氏单位都较对照组高,其中0.5%胆固醇+480 mg·kg-1组(Ⅴ)提高显著。综合认为,在蛋鸡饲粮中添加胆固醇或胆固醇+苜蓿皂苷有提高蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的作用。  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of ageing corn levels (stored for 4 years) with or without the supplementation of tea polyphenols (TPP) on the performance, egg quality and antioxidant status of laying hens. A total of 288 Lohmann commercial laying hens (63-week-old) were used under a 2 × 4 factorial arrangement with 4 levels of dietary ageing corn (0%, 25%, 50%, or 100%) and 2 levels of TPP (0 and 600 mg/kg) for 8 wk. Dietary ageing corn linearly decreased (P < 0.05) the egg production, serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), liver glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) of laying hens, yolk index, yolk colour, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) value and the reducing power value of egg yolk, but it linearly increased (P < 0.05) the feed conversion rate, ovary malondialdehyde (MDA) content of laying hens, and the protein carbonyl content of egg yolk. Tea polyphenol supplementation increased (P < 0.05) the serum T-AOC, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), liver SOD, liver GSH-Px, ovary SOD, GSH-Px, the expression of antioxidant-related genes of laying hens, albumen height, Haugh unit, DPPH value and the majority free amino acids of egg yolk, but it decreased (P < 0.05) the serum MDA content of laying hens, MDA and protein carbonyl of egg yolk. In conclusion, the ageing corn significantly reduced the performance, egg quality, antioxidant status and egg antioxidant capacity of laying hens, while TPP supplementation partially counteracted the adverse effects, especially antioxidant status and egg antioxidant capacity of laying hens.  相似文献

为探讨谷氨酰胺(Gln)对免疫应激产蛋高峰期鸡生产性能和蛋品质影响,选取健康的37周龄海兰褐产蛋鸡300只,随机分为5组,每组5重复,每重复12只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组为免疫应激组,在日粮中分别添加0%、0.6%、0.8%和1.0%的Gln。试验第4天对Ⅱ~Ⅴ组蛋鸡进行腿部肌肉注射新城疫冻干苗和油苗,Ⅰ组同部位注射等量生理盐水。结果显示,免疫应激导致蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质有所降低,Gln添加Ⅲ组的产蛋率恢复较其他应激组快(P<0.05),Ⅱ组的料蛋比显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组的采食量较低,平均蛋重较高,试验后期Gln可改善蛋壳强度和蛋黄颜色(P>0.05)。免疫应激条件下,饲料添加Gln可提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋品质。  相似文献

本试验旨研究桑枝叶提取物对蛋鸡生产性能、血清免疫指标与抗氧化能力的影响。选择324只47周龄体重相近、健康、采食正常的罗曼粉蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复27只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%、0.8%的桑枝叶提取物。预试期7 d,正试期57 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.8%的桑枝叶提取物均可降低次蛋率(P<0.05),均可提高蛋鸡血清免疫球蛋白G含量(P<0.05);添加0.4%和0.8%桑枝叶提取物均可提高产蛋率、血清免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子和总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),可降低料蛋比和血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05);添加0.8%桑枝叶提取物可显著提高蛋鸡血清白细胞介素-1和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量(P<0.05)。结果提示,日粮中添加0.4%和0.8%桑枝叶提取物可提高蛋鸡的总体生产性能,可以显著降低次蛋率,同时对蛋鸡机体的免疫功能和抗氧化能力均有一定的增强效果;但考虑到添加成本,建议蛋鸡日粮中桑枝叶提取物最佳添加量为0.4%。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中不同粗蛋白质水平对"京红1号"蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响,以确定其适宜蛋白质水平。试验选用41周龄"京红1号"商品代蛋鸡720只,按实测粗蛋白质水平(分别为14.08%、14.53%、14.98%和15.44%)随机分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组,每组12个重复,每个重复15只鸡。预试期1周,正试期22周。结果表明:1)饲粮粗蛋白质水平对蛋鸡产蛋率、平均蛋重和日产蛋量影响显著(P0.05),且其均随饲粮粗蛋白质水平升高线性增加(P0.05);饲粮粗蛋白质水平对蛋鸡料蛋比影响显著(P0.05),且其随粗蛋白质水平升高线性降低(P0.05)。2)Ⅳ组蛋壳厚度显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组(P0.05);Ⅳ组蛋重显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P0.05),蛋重随着饲粮粗蛋白质水平升高线性增加(P0.05)。3)经济效益分析表明Ⅳ组蛋重成本最低,经济效益最佳。综合生产性能与经济效益分析,42~64周龄"京红1号"蛋鸡适宜粗蛋白质水平为15.44%,适宜蛋白质能量比为13.41 g/MJ。  相似文献
