天山北坡天然草场牧草和新疆细毛羊生产水平的季节性变化 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
在新疆天山北坡低山带天然草场进行的连续2a的监测表明,季节草场的牧草产量、粗蛋白质含量和牧草体外干物质消化率,以及转场放牧的新疆细毛羊的体重和羊毛生长均呈现明显的季节性变化。夏季、秋季、冬季和春季草场的牧草干物质产量分别为1446.972、679和663kg/hm^2,牧草干物质中粗蛋白 含量分别为11.45%、6.1%、7.8%和11.1%,牧草的体外干物质消化率分别为57% ̄43%、50%和5 相似文献

新型灰色关联度分析法在天山北坡天然草地类型质量评价中的应用 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
采用不同类型天然草地的优良可食牧草产量、生物产量、化学营养成分、载畜量等定量指标,应用新型灰色关联度分析法,对天山北坡中段地区的7个草地类和33个草地型质量进行定量分析和综合评价,结果表明:利用灰色关联度分析法对天然草地质量类的综合评价效果较好,但对复合型不易明确区分,可适用于对不同草地型一级进行科学准确的评价,以指导草业生产和安排合理的载畜量。 相似文献

对巴什吐格草地自然地理环境、植被分布规律与草场类型特点研究结果表明,该区草地是中昆仑山北坡自然环境最好、植被发育最好、放牧地形最好和供水条件最好的典型草场之一。自南向北,草场植被垂直分布十分明显,东、西部植被水平分布亦有较显著差异。根据新疆草地分类系统可划分为:山地荒漠、山地草原化荒漠、山地荒漠草原、山地典型草原、高寒草原和高寒草甸6类及6个亚类、11个组、14个型。。山地荒漠草原和山地典型草原分别是冬春场和夏秋场的主体类型,各占冬春场和夏秋场草地可利用面积的4822%和6671%。结合当地草场实际,提出了草地合理开发利用的意见。 相似文献

以国际标准强毒R株人工感染非免疫产蛋鸡,定时扑杀,分别从鼻窦、眶下孔、气管、肺、气囊、卵巢和输卵管分离MG,并收集感染鸡所产蛋分离MG。结果表明,人工感染48小时后上、下呼吸道及肺已被全面感染,96小时气囊已被感染,120小时输卵管已能分离到MG,卵巢始终分离不到MG。人工感染鸡自144小时便能在其所产蛋中分离出MG。药物治疗能在72小时内消除感染,油乳剂苗则需24天后逐渐降低蛋内MG分离率,药物卵内注射、种蛋药浴、高温处理均能杀死卵内MG,但以研制的种蛋浸泡剂药浴效果为最好。 相似文献

REASONS FOR PERFORMING STUDY: Centesis of the bicipital bursa using an 8.9 cm long spinal needle has been reported but the alternative of employing a 3.8 cm long hypodermic needle requires validation. OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of 2 different methods of centesis of the bicipital bursa and to evaluate the usefulness of ultrasonographic imaging to determine the location of solution administered when centesis of the bursa is attempted. METHODS: For Trial 1, 6 clinicians, who had no previous experience of centesis of the bicipital bursa, attempted to inject a solution composed of an aqueous radiopaque contrast medium and physiological saline solution (PSS) into the bicipital bursae of 2/12 horses using the previously described distal approach to inject one bursa and a proximal approach to inject the contralateral bursa. The bicipital tendon and bursa were examined ultrasonographically before and after injection; and both shoulders were examined radiographically to identify the location of the medium. In Trial 2, another 6 clinicians, also with no previous experience of centesis, repeated Trial 1, using 6 horses, but the radiopaque contrast medium was mixed with air instead of PSS. RESULTS: Accuracy of centesis using the proximal approach was 39% and that of the distal approach 28%. Ultrasonographic examination of the shoulder allowed the location of solution and air to be accurately predicted in all 12 shoulders examined. CONCLUSIONS: Clinicians who have had no previous experience performing centesis of the bicipital bursa are unlikely to be successful in centesis using either approach. Radiographic examination after injecting a radiopaque contrast medium may be necessary to assess the success of centesis especially if bursal fluid is not obtained during centesis. Injecting air along with the radiopaque contrast medium provides more accurate ultrasonographic confirmation of centesis and better radiographic definition than does injection without air. 相似文献
