非洲猪瘟(African Swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)引起的家猪、野猪的一种急性、热性、高度接触性动物传染病,所有品种和年龄的猪均可感染,发病率和死亡率最高可达100%,对生猪生产危害极大。自1921年首例非洲猪瘟疫情发现以来,这一猪界"第一杀手"已在全球范围内游荡了近百年,非洲、欧洲、亚洲很多国家的生猪产业都未曾幸免,对非洲猪瘟防控已成为国际性难题。文章分析了非洲猪瘟国际流行状况、非洲猪瘟国际防控状况与经验以及目前非洲猪瘟防控面临的挑战与发展趋势。 相似文献

非洲猪瘟(African swine fever, ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus, ASFV)引起猪的一种急性、高度致死性传染病,已在全球多个国家发生和流行,对发病国家的养猪业造成了灾难性的打击,我国已发生首例非洲猪瘟疫情,开展非洲猪瘟相关诊断技术的研究与储备工作至关重要。文章分析了非洲猪瘟流行现状,并综述了我国研究学者在非洲猪瘟各种诊断技术方面的研究进展,对加强我国非洲猪瘟诊断技术的储备与制定非洲猪瘟防控措施均具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

African swine fever is a contagious viral disease responsible for up to 100% mortality among domestic pigs. A longitudinal study was carried out to determine the clinical presentation and anatomical distribution of gross lesions in affected pigs in Mbeya region, Tanzania during the 2010 to 2014 outbreaks. Data were collected during clinical and postmortem examination by field veterinarians and using a structured questionnaire. A total of 118 respondents (100%) showed awareness about African swine fever. During previous outbreaks, the mortality rate was almost 100%, while in 2014 it was estimated to be less than 50%.The clinical picture of the 2010–2012 outbreaks was characterized by high fever, depression, inappetance, mucosal congestion, hemorrhages, erythematous lesions in different body parts, and abortion. Several internal organs including the kidneys, spleen, and liver were congested and edematous. During the 2014 outbreak, a number of pigs (49.7%) were asymptomatic when brought to slaughter slabs but were found to have African swine fever gross lesions at postmortem examination as compared to 12.3% in 2010–2012. Bluish discoloration, which is normally distributed on the non-hairy parts of the body, was not apparent in some pigs except at postmortem examination. Some pigs (36.1%) presented nasal and/or oral bloody discharges which were uncommon (9.1%) during previous outbreaks. Moreover, other gross features included enlarged dark red renal lymph nodes and spleen. Clinical signs such as anorexia, diarrhea, and pyrexia were mainly observed when affected pigs reached moribund stage. The majority of pregnant sows died without presenting abortions. In some litters, suckling piglets (3–6 weeks) survived from the disease. These findings indicated that in 2014, African swine fever outbreak in Mbeya region was characterized by a different clinical picture. 相似文献

Antibodies to bovine serum albumin were detected in swine sera by use of an immunoblotting technique. Such sera had false-positive reactions, as determined by results of African swine fever virus serodiagnostic techniques when bovine serum albumin was a contaminant in the soluble cytoplasmic antigen obtained from infected cells cultured in the presence of bovine serum. The soluble cytoplasmic antigen obtained from cell cultures infected with African swine fever virus in the presence of porcine serum did not react with the false-positive sera and, therefore, was used for African swine fever virus serodiagnostic methods, with 0% false-positive results. 相似文献

非洲猪瘟是原发于非洲肯尼亚的猪的一种重要病毒性传染病,2018年8月3日首次发生于我国沈阳。该病来势凶猛,截至10月16日,已在我国9个省份引发39次疫情。我国非常重视非洲猪瘟防控工作,具备了较好的科技储备,但疫情形势发展超乎预期,出现许多始料未及的情况,仍需要重新梳理防控技术需求,针对性地开展防控技术研究。就此,简要介绍了非洲猪瘟的特性,归纳了我国目前非洲猪瘟防控技术需求,建议深入开展快速特异诊断技术、流行病学、病原学等急需技术研究,开展野猪和软蜱传播媒介与非洲猪瘟流行关系和非洲猪瘟免疫与疫苗等基础研究。 相似文献

Antibody dependent cellular cytolysis (ADCC) against African swine fever virus infected nucleated cells was investigated in a porcine system. Of the peripheral blood components examined, only neutrophils acted as effectors. Lymph node derived cells displayed no ADCC activity. 通过对三明市某大型猪场进行猪瘟、普通蓝耳病、高致病性蓝耳病、伪狂犬病的病原学和血清学检测,以更好地了解这些疫病在猪场的流行情况,为猪场这几种疫病的防控和净化奠定基础。本次调查分别检测45份后备母猪血清、92份生产母猪血清、13份生产公猪血清,共计150份血清,150份扁桃体样品。通过ELISA方法分别检测了猪瘟、普通蓝耳病、伪狂犬病gE和伪狂犬病gB。荧光定量PCR方法检测了猪瘟、高致病性蓝耳病。结果猪瘟和高致病性蓝耳病病原学阳性率分别为8%和5.3%。一个月后对病原学检测阳性猪采样复查,结果猪瘟阳性率4.6%,高致病性蓝耳病阳性率2.6%。猪瘟免疫抗体合格率93.3%,普通蓝耳病免疫抗体合格率96%,伪狂犬病gB免疫抗体合格率100%,伪狂犬病gE感染抗体2%。生产母猪胎次越多,猪瘟和普通蓝耳病的免疫抗体水平越高。 相似文献

近年来,非洲猪瘟、牛结节性皮肤病等外来可由虫媒传播的疫病肆虐中国,而一些已在国外流行的虫媒传播病原如非洲马瘟等传入中国的风险也越来越高,严重危害中国畜牧养殖业的发展和公共卫生安全。特别是2018年8月以来非洲猪瘟在中国的流行给养猪业带来重要警示信息,即防止猪场媒介生物进入并阻断其携带病原的传播将成为猪场生物安全的重点。蚊、蝇、蠓及蜱等是猪场和发病猪群传播疫病的重要虫媒因素,虫媒种类及从虫媒中分离到的病毒、细菌、寄生虫等病原种类繁杂,虫媒生物特性的差异对病原的传播方式和传播能力也不尽相同。鉴于此,作者详细归纳了猪场存在的主要虫媒种类及其传播的重要猪病病原,包括猪乙型脑炎病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、非洲猪瘟病毒、盖塔病毒、猪肠道冠状病毒、大肠杆菌、猪链球菌等,并探讨其危害性和传播风险,以降低猪场虫媒传播疾病所带来的经济损失。 相似文献
