In order to investigate the mechanism of action of immunoenhancer, the effects of the traditional Chinese medicine immunopromoter on the quantity and the transformation rates of T lymphocytes in the chicken blood were determined. Total 120 chickens were randomly assigned into three groups. The 1% and the 0.5% of the Chinese medicine immunopromoter were added to the chicken drinking water, respectively. The quantity of T lymphocytes in each group was measured by a-Naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) staining. The results showed that the percentages of T lymphocytes of the treatment groups were significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05), and the percentage of the 1% group significantly higher than that of the 0.5% group (P〈0.05). In conclusion, the transformation rates of T lymphocytes showed that the Chinese medicine immunopromoter had the significant enhancing effect on the transformation rates of T lymphocytes of the treated chickens. The traditional Chinese medicine immunopromoter had the distinct function to promote the quantity and the transformation rate of T lymphocytes.  相似文献

[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effects of Chinese herb additive on milk yield and anti-heat stress ability of Holstein cow.[Method] 36 Holstein cows with similar birth order and milk yield were equally and randomly divided into 3 groups which were control group, Chinese medicine Ⅰ group and Chinese medicine Ⅱ group. In control group, cows were fed with basic feed, while in Chinese medicine Ⅰ group, cows were fed with basic feed containing 4% compound Chinese herb additive and in Chinese medicine Ⅱ group, cows were fed with basic feed containing 3% compound Chinese herb additive.All cows in the 3 groups were analyzed comparatively.[Result] Adding some compound Chinese herb additive into basic feed would increase milk yield and anti-heat stress ability of Holstein cow,besides,it also could decrease cow diseases such as cow mastitis.Chinese medicine Ⅰ would generate the highest economic benefit of practical production.[Conclusion] Adding Chinese herb additive into basic feed is an effective way for reliefing heat stress and increasing milk yield.  相似文献

[Objective] This study aimed to compare the contents of total alkaloids in different solvent extracts from climbing groundsel herb produced in Guizhou Province and their antibacterial activity. [Method] The content of total alkaloids was measured by UV spectrophotometry, and Oxford cups were used to investigate the antibacterial activity of each solvent extract. [Result] There was a good linear correlation between the absorbance measured by the UV spectrophotometer and the content of total al- kaloids within the concentration of 0.011 0-0.054 8 mg/ml at 207 nm, and the re- gression equation was Y=23.654X+0.021, R=0. 999 7 and the average recovery rate was 99.2%. The contents of total alkaloids in 60% ethanol extract, 95% ethanol and water ethanol were 38.71, 52.25 and 60.50 mg/g, respectively. The 60% ethanol ex- tract had strong antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylo- coccus aureus and Escherichia coil; the water extractive had stronger antibacterial activity against Escherichia colr, 95% ethanol extract had weak antibacterial activity, with no inhibition of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. [Conclusion] This method is accurate, simple, with good repeatability, which can be used for the determination of alkaloids content of the climbing groundsel herb; there is no positive correlation between the content of total alkaloids in different solvent extracts of climbing groundsel herb and their antibacterial activity.  相似文献

[Objective] The research aimed to study the antibacterial action of Mentha spicata Linn extract in vitro.[Method] The cylinder-plate method was used to measure the inhibitory zone size of Mentha spicata Linn extract.The test-tube double dilution method was used to measure the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Mentha spicata Linn extract on the four kinds of animal pathogenic bacteria,which could determine the antibacterial effect.[Result] The decoction,alcohol extract and volatile oil of Mentha spicata Linn had the different antibacterial effects on the four kinds of animal pathogenic bacteria.Especially the inhibition effect on the pig staphylococcus was comparatively obvious.MIC of Mentha spicata Linn decoction I,alcohol extract III,volatile oil V and volatile oil VI were respectively 31.25,62.5,2.32 and 2.31 mg/ml.[Conclusion] The decoction,alcohol extract and volatile oil of Mentha spicata Linn had the certain antibacterial effect in vitro,and the extracts which were gained by the different extraction methods had the different inhibition effects on the experimental bacteria.  相似文献

Mequindox (MEQ), 3-methyl-2-quinoxalinacetyl-l,4-dioxide, is widely used in Chinese veterinary medicine as an antimicrobial agent and feed additive. Its toxicity has been reported to be closely related to its metabolism. To understand the pathways underlying MEQ's metabolism more clearly, we studied its metabolism in isolated rat liver cells by using liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization hybrid linear trap quadrupole orbitrap (LC-LTQ-Orbitrap) mass spectrometry. The structures of MEQ metabolites and their product ions were readily and reliably characterized on the basis of accurate MS2 spectra and known structure of MEQ. Eleven metabolites were detected in isolated rat liver cells, two of which were detected for the first time in vitro. The major metabolic pathways reported previously for in vitro metabolism of MEQ in rat microsomes were confirmed in this study, including N O group reduction, carbonyl reduction, and methyl monohydroxylation. In addition, we fotmd that acetyl hydroxylation was an important pathway of MEQ metabolism. The results also demonstrate that cellular systems more closely simulate in vivo conditions than do other in vitro systems such as microsomes. Taken together, these data contribute to our understanding of the in vivo metabolism of MEQ.  相似文献

抗鸡致病性大肠杆菌中药的筛选及其疗效观察   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
[目的]为获得有效防治鸡大肠杆菌病的中药制剂奠定基础。[方法]以西药盐酸洛美沙星氯化钠注射液为对照,对15味中药及7个自拟中药复方进行药敏试验,并对7个中药复方和体外抑菌效果较好的单味中药进行体内试验。[结果]药敏试验结果表明,15味单味中药均有一定的抗大肠杆菌作用,其中以芦荟、石榴皮、地榆等抑菌效果明显。7个自拟复方中复方一、复方二和复方五的抗大肠杆菌效果较好。体内试验结果表明,中药对人工感染大肠杆菌的鸡只治疗效果优于西药,以复方一和复方二效果较好。[结论]中药制剂对鸡大肠杆菌病具有较好的治疗效果,但其在体内与体外的抑菌作用机制有所不同。  相似文献

[目的]比较2种体外抑菌试验结果,筛选猪大肠杆菌的抑菌中药,为临床用药及开发中兽药制剂提供依据。[方法]采用水煎法制备18种中药水提物,分别通过试管二倍稀释法和管碟法进行体外抑菌试验。[结果]试管二倍稀释法中18种中药均表现出一定的抑菌效果,但管碟法测定部分中药表现出耐药性。2种测定方法中黄连、大黄抑菌效果最强,对猪大肠杆菌的MIC均为7.82 mg/ml,MBC值也相对较高,抑菌圈直径分别为25.28和22.84 mm,而穿心莲、白头翁、防风等抑菌效果相对较差。[结论]不同中药对猪大肠杆菌的抑菌活性不同,采用不同的测定方法所得试验结果既有一致性又有差异性。  相似文献

[目的]测定黄芪、当归、白芍、甘草4种常见补益中药中微量元素。[方法]采取等离子体发射光谱法,对单方药材和配伍组合药材分别用直接消化、水煎前处理方式进行元素测定。[结果]4种中药中钙、镁含量较大,其次是铁、锌、锰、铜,含量稳定;配伍组合中,各个组合镁含量最高,钙、铁、锌、铜、锰的含量较为稳定。但在水煎液中镁含量尤其高,其他元素含量均较低,估计与配伍组合药材有效成分的相互影响有关。[结论]4种常见补益中药中各个元素分布规律较为一致,从高到低依次为钙、镁、铁、锌、锰、铜,钙与镁含量较高,铁、锌、锰、铜的含量比较稳定。  相似文献

[目的]筛选抑菌活性强的中草药,为临床用药、开发中草药制剂提供依据。[方法]采用水煎法制备20种中草药水提物,对猪链球菌和猪大肠杆菌进行体外抑菌试验,试管两倍稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]20种中草药水提物对猪链球菌均有一定的抑菌作用,部分水提物对猪大肠杆菌有抑菌作用。秦皮水提物和马齿苋水提物对猪大肠杆菌均有较好的抑菌效果,MIC为125 mg/ml;其次是连翘水提物、石榴皮水提物,MIC为250 mg/ml。蒲公英水提物对猪链球菌的抑菌效果最好,MIC为62.5 mg/ml;其次是石榴皮水提物、黄柏水提物,MIC为125 mg/ml。[结论]20种中草药水提物对猪链球菌的抑菌效果明显好于对猪大肠杆菌。  相似文献

[目的〗为了提高中草药的有效成分含量及生物学效价。[方法]以复合益生菌(干酪乳杆菌、粪肠球菌、产朊假丝酵母)固态发酵复方中草药(王不留行和益母草),分别测定总黄酮、总生物碱、粗多糖和总皂苷的含量,研究复合益生菌发酵前后中草药成分的变化。[结果]中草药经微生物发酵后,可溶性总黄酮、总生物碱、粗多糖和总皂苷含量分别比未发酵组提高了55.14%、127.28%、55.42%和49.21%。[结论]复方中草药经过复合微生物发酵后其可溶性活性成分得到了显著提高,为中草药的深加工提供了依据。  相似文献

[目的]为探索中草药的作用机制,开发新型中草药水产动物饲料添加剂提供科学参考。[方法]选用黄芩、杜仲、金银花3种常见中草药进行试验研究,以微波辅助提取法提取药物中的主要活性成分,并测定其含量;将各组药物提取液分别对嗜水气单孢菌、温和气单孢菌、鳗弧菌等常见的水产动物致病菌进行体外抑菌试验。[结果]结果表明,各药物的提取液对水产致病菌均有一定的抑菌效果,杜仲提取液对嗜水气单胞菌和鳗弧菌的抑菌效果较好,黄芩对温和气单胞菌的抑菌效果较好,复方药物的体外抑菌效果主要取决于药物配比及其主要活性成分的浓度。[结论]为进一步研究开发出具有特异抗菌作用的新型中草药饲料添加剂提供了研究基础。  相似文献

[目的]评价中西药结合治疗猪弓形虫病的疗效,以提高其治愈率、降低复发率。[方法]用复方磺胺类药结合自拟抗弓形虫中药方剂对人工感染弓形虫病的猪进行治疗,检测其腹水含虫量。将感染猪病料接种小白鼠,进行动物回归试验。观察中西药结合治疗猪的临床表现并检测其血清循环抗原(CAg)水平,与中药组、西药组和对照组进行比较。[结果]中西药结合对弓形虫滋养体有100%杀灭作用。回归试验结果表明仅有1只接种脑组织的小白鼠中发现少量弓形虫。治疗猪只均未出现明显临床症状,其血清CAg峰值低于对照组且转阴速度比中药组、西药组和对照组快。[结论]中西药结合治疗猪弓形虫病具有较好的疗效。  相似文献

[目的]阐明红曲霉与健胃中药合生素的安全性。[方法]用昆明种小白鼠进行了90 d喂养试验。在给药3个月后对小白鼠进行了常规指标、血液指标、脏器系数以及肝、肾的病理组织学检查。[结果]试验结果表明,小白鼠的常规指标、血液指标、脏器系数与对照组无显著差异。[结论]添加1%剂量红曲霉与健胃中药合生素时可提高饲料利用率,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);同时添加红曲霉与健胃中药合生素剂量大于3%时可对实质性器官造成损害。  相似文献

[目的]明确国家级标准《中国药典》一部药材所收载妊娠禁忌中药资源种类。[方法]统计分析2010年版中华人民共和国药典第一部孕妇禁忌中药材和饮片,了解药典记载的中药材和饮片来源,归纳其中药资源特点。[结果]在药典一部正文所收载的98味妊娠禁忌中药中,植物来源占78.57%,动物来源占11.22%,矿物来源占10.20%。[结论]该文对妊娠禁忌中药资源种类进行了研究,为临床用药安全以及拓展利用中药资源提供思路。  相似文献
