20种中草药水提物的体外抑菌实验

[目的]筛选抑菌活性强的中草药,为临床用药、开发中草药制剂提供依据。[方法]采用水煎法制备20种中草药水提物,对猪链球菌和猪大肠杆菌进行体外抑菌试验,试管两倍稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]20种中草药水提物对猪链球菌均有一定的抑菌作用,部分水提物对猪大肠杆菌有抑菌作用。秦皮水提物和马齿苋水提物对猪大肠杆菌均有较好的抑菌效果,MIC为125 mg/ml;其次是连翘水提物、石榴皮水提物,MIC为250 mg/ml。蒲公英水提物对猪链球菌的抑菌效果最好,MIC为62.5 mg/ml;其次是石榴皮水提物、黄柏水提物,MIC为125 mg/ml。[结论]20种中草药水提物对猪链球菌的抑菌效果明显好于对猪大肠杆菌。

Bacteriostatic Test in vitro on Water Extracts of 20 Chinese Herbs

[Objective] The purpose was to screen out Chinese herbs with strong bacteriostatic activity and provide foundations for clinical medication and developing Chinese herbal medicine preparations.[Method] The water extracts of 20 Chinese herbs were prepared by water decoction method and the bacteriostatic test in vitro on swine Streptococcus suis and swine Escherichia coli was conducted,and the minimum inhibitory concn.(MIC) was determined by two-fold dilution.[Result] The water extracts of 20 Chinese herbs had some bacteriostatic effect on swine S.suis and some water extracts had bacteriostatic effect on swine E.coli.The water extracts of both ash bark and purslane had better bacteriostatic effect on swine E.coli,with MIC of 125 mg/ml and the effects of water extracts of Forsythia suspense and pomegranate peel were secondary,with MIC of 250 mg/ml.The bacteriostatic effect of water extracts of dandelion on swine S.suis was best, with MIC of 62.5 mg/ml and that of pomegranate peel and phellodendron bark were secondary,with MIC of 125 mg/ml.[Conclusion] The bacteriostatic effects on swine S.suis of water extracts of 20 Chinese herbs were significantly better than that on swine E.coli.
