海洋微生物溶菌酶的抑菌作用及抑菌机理初步研究

摘    要:以一些革兰氏阴性菌、革兰氏阳性菌和真菌对海洋微生物溶菌酶的敏感性进行研究。结果表明,海洋微生物溶菌酶对受试菌株均有不同程度的抑制或杀灭作用,尤其对临床分离的致病菌及养殖致病菌效果显著。海洋微生物溶菌酶对试验菌株的生长繁殖和代谢均有影响,抑制作用主要发生在指数期初期。通过透射电镜观察发现,海洋微生物溶菌酶对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的作用效果不同,推测其作用机理与二者细胞壁结构不同有关。

Abstract:Antimicrobial action of marine microbial lysozyme (MML) on some Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and fungi were studied experimentally. The results showed that MML had various degrees of inhibitory or killing effects upon the tested strains, especially high activity on the clinical isolation and pathogenic germs in breed. MML influenced on the growth and metabolization of tested strains and the inhibition occured at the beginning of the exponential phase of growth. Observation under transmission electron microscope revealed that MML had different effects on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureaus. Maybe the bacteriostatic mechanisms of MML acting on E. coli and S. aureaus were different mainly due to their different structures of cell wall.
