| 摘 要： | 自疑似大肠杆菌（E．coli）病例中分离到大肠杆菌21株，并对其病原特性进行了研究，结果表明这些菌的生化特性基本一致，与文献报道相符。对此21株大肠杆菌（E．coli）进行血清型鉴定，鉴定出血清型16株，其中O血清型7种，为O78、O35、024、O1、O15、O76和O88。用9种抗菌药物（头孢唑啉、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、链霉素、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、青霉素、妥布霉素、红霉素）进行了药敏试验，结果表明分离菌株呈现出不同程度的耐药性，其中妥布霉素和庆大霉素的敏感率较高，以阿米卡星最敏感。

| Abstract: | 21 E. coli was isolated from suspected cases of E. coli and its pathogenic properties had been studied, results showed that the biochemical characteristics of these bacteria were basically the same, in line with literature reports. These 21 serotypes of E. coli for identification, identified serotype 16, including seven kinds of serotype O, which were O78, O35,O24, O1, O15, O76 and O88. With 9 kinds of antibiotics （cefazolin, gentamicin, amikacin, streptomycin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, penicillin, tobramycin, erythromycin） for the susceptibility, the results showed that isolates showed varying degrees of resistance, in which the sensitive rates of tobramycin and gentamicin were relatively high and amikacin was the most sensitive. |
