番鸭随机扩增多态性DNA及遗传多样性研究

摘    要:利用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)技术分析番鸭的遗传多样性,20个引物共扩增出164条带,分子量约在200 ~2 000 bp之间,番鸭20个个体间遗传距离为0.4572~0.0177,群体内个体间遗传相似度(F)为0.9823~0.5428,遗传多样性指效(Ho)平均为0.1639.结果表明番鸭DNA的同源性高,品种的纯度保持较好.

Abstract:Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was used to estimate the genetic diversity of muscovy,twenty 10 bp single primers sequence were used to amplify genomic DNA. 164 bands of 200-2 000 bp were got. The results showed that the genetic distance(D)was 0.4572-0.0177,the genetic similarity among individuals(F)was 0.9823-0.5428 and average index of genetic diversity(H。)of 20 musco-vies was 0.1639. This indicated that muscovies DNA had high homology, and the breed pure was kept well.
