| Abstract: | This article mainly elaborates the significance of how to make full use of the retired teachers.It analysizes the unique advantage of Committee for Next Generation in Universities(CNG),and the unique role of the CNG for the ideological and political education.In devotion to the college students of ideological and political education through the CNG some strategies were put forward.Cooperating and reinforcing the ideological education for college students is the exerting point of CNG.Taking the full advantage of intelligence superiority,politics superiority,prestige superiority,experience superiority,emotion superiority,is the effective way for CNG. |
