| 摘 要： | 以不同野生稻和栽培稻亲本及其杂交后代恢复系测253、测258和测交组合博优253、博优258为材料,利用水稻12条染色体上的120对引物和SSR标记检测野生稻、栽培稻亲本在杂交后代中的遗传表现。结果表明,在120对引物中,6对引物RM28、RM287、RM347、RM303、RM278、RM154的多态性效果较好;6对SSR引物的扩增产物显示,野生稻的DNA片段已被导入野栽型恢复系及其优良组合中,并且分布在不同染色体上,说明通过远缘杂交大规模导入野生稻细胞核基因,对拓宽恢复系遗传背景是一个有效的方法。
