电驱离心式压缩机组冷态对中的影响因素

电驱离心式压缩机组联轴器处的对中会影响机组的运行稳定性,因此需要在现场进行校验,并修正压缩机生产厂家的冷态对中数据,以确保冷态对中的准确性,提升对中质量。根据离心式压缩机组的结构及运行特点,分析机组冷态与正常运行状态时的差异,得出冷态对中的影响因素,并提出了计算和修正冷态对中数据的公式。从热膨胀、轴上升高度、顶升高度、工具挠度4个方面分析其对离心式压缩机组冷态对中的影响。在计算材料热膨胀数值的过程中,发现其具有明显的线性关系,据此简化了热膨胀数值的计算方式。通过状态监测工具得出转子轴中心的上升高度,并对冷态对中过程中的转子顶升高度进行修正,最终得出修正的冷态对中数据,对指导压缩机组开展冷态对中具有一定借鉴意义。     

林区公路设计中容许弯沉值的计算分析

目前,林区公路大多为就地取材的中、低级路面,因而结构设计很少,而厚度设计则是主要的内容。在厚度设计中,是根据对公路整体强度的要求来确定各结构层厚度的,确定的依据就是路面容许弯沉值。一、容许弯沉值及其计算公式容许弯沉值指标一般应在大量调查的基础上,根据林区公路的现状和可能的条件,考虑林业经济发展对林区公路将来的要求,而提出相应的数值。国内外通过大量的调查试验和研究,认为容许弯沉值主要由交通量数值确定。一般来说,等级越高的公路,通过的交通量也越大,但考虑到不同等级公路的不同的要求,不完全是体现于交通量;同时现在采用的路面类型越来越多,不同类型的路面对变形有不同的适应能力,如目前较多采用的     

Dynamic excitation and static loading tests of glulam lattice floor

A wooden lattice floor with high stiffness and damping capacity has been developed to solve noise problems in wooden apartment houses. The lattice floor consisted of Douglas fir glulam beams with inserted steel plate joints and drift pins. To examine the structural performance of the floor, dynamic excitation and static loading tests were conducted on the full size floor. The first and second order resonance frequencies of the floor were 13.5Hz and 27.0Hz, respectively. These frequencies are similar to the peak frequency of a conventional wooden floor and the combined floor fabricated from glued laminated timber and iron. The maximum static load of the floor was 127kN. The apparent flexural rigidity was less than half the value of several floors studied in the past. However, it is considered that the stiffness is improved by constructing panels and this floor has almost equivalent performance. Relative deflection was not affected by the loading history.Part of this study was presented at the International Wood Engineering Conference, New Orleans, October 1996.

环氧大豆油对生物复合材料制备及性能的影响

以生物基可降解塑料聚羟基丁酸戊酸酯(PHBV)、竹纤维及环氧大豆油(增塑剂)、马来酸酐(偶联剂)、氮化硼(成核剂)为原料,通过共混挤出、注塑成型工艺制得生物复合材料,分析环氧大豆油的添加量对复合材料工艺及性能的影响.研究表明,环氧大豆油的添加,可改善复合材料的加工性能,其最适宜添加量为PHBV质量的0.15倍.     

Design of Double Layer Torsional Reticulated Shell Using Back- Propagation Neural Network

In this paper artificial neural networks are used for design of large span double layer torsional reticulated shell. The torsional reticulated shells with spans varying between 50.0 - 80.0m are considered, Back -propagation algorithm is employed for training efficient neural networks for evaluation of the maximum deflection, weight and design of double layer torsional reticulated shell. A special method is developed for data ordering to reduce the nonlinearity of data and to increase the speed of training. This approach also provides the necessary stability. It shows that it is feasible to design double layer reticulated shell with artificial neural networks.

Analysis on Longitudinal Cracks and Deflection of the Pre-stressed V-shape Slab Roof Structure

In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the behavior of the prestressed V-shape Slab Roof structure, especially the effect of temperature change on the stress of slab. The calculated results indicate that when the temperature changes, the tensile stress at the lower extreme fibers of the flange plate near rib exceeds the tensile strength of concrete subjected to the combined action of triaxial stresses and results in the longitudinal cracks of the flange plate. The deflection analysis is based on the mechanical model of the prestressed V shape slab with the longitudinal cracks. The calculated results are in general agreement with the field observations.     

落锤式弯沉仪与贝克曼梁测定的弯沉值之间相关性研究

由于我国汽车工业的迅猛发展,贝克曼梁法检测弯沉值用的标准车在市场越来越少,工程用的实测弯沉值的标准车与规范要求有一定差距,取而代之是落锤式弯沉仪,《公路路基路面现场测试规程》要求落锤式弯沉仪、贝克曼粱测定的弯沉值二者相关系数R应不小于0.95,通过大量比对测试,二者有相关性,但其相关系数一般达不到0.95,R值的大小与一些因素密切相关.     

用最大熵法进行沥青路面工程实例的结构可靠性分析

结合工程实例以蒙特卡罗分析法为基本出发点,首先通过计算机根据弯沉和弯拉应力的功能函数来生成1000个功能函数的一个随机抽样,然后用大熵法拟合沥青路面的弯沉功能函数的密度函数,求出两种失效模式的失效概率。同时,把整个路段看作是一个由弯沉失效和弯拉应力失效的两种失效模式串联组成的网络系统,对整个系统进行了可靠性评估。
