紫锥菊根乙醇提取物的抗炎作用研究

目的:观察紫锥菊根乙醇提取物的抗炎作用.方法:采用二甲苯致小白鼠耳肿胀试验、蛋清致小鼠足跖肿胀试验、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性试验、小鼠棉球肉芽肿试验.结果:紫锥菊根乙醇提取物10,5 g/kg可显著减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀程度、抑制醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、抑制小鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成(p<0.01,p<0.05);紫锥菊根乙醇提取物10 g/kg能减轻蛋清所致小鼠足跖肿胀度(p<0.05).结论:紫锥菊根乙醇提取物具有较好的抗炎作用.

Abstract：

To examine the anti-inflammatory effect of the echinacea (Echinacea) root extract.Methods: Experiments of ear edema induced by xylene, hind paw edema induced by fresh egg white, capil-lary permeability of abdominal cavity induced by acetic acid and granuloma induced by cotton ball in mice were performed. Results: Having been treated with echinacea root extract at 10 or 5 g·kg~(-1), the mice showed that the ear edema was reduced, capillary permeability of abdominal cavity and the formation of granuloma were inhibited (p<0.01,p<0.05); and the edema of hind paw was reduced when the mice were treated with echinacea root extract at 10 g·kg~(-1)(p<0.05). Conclusion: Echinacea root extract has satisfactory anti-inflammatory effect.
