北方高寒地区“高效、节能、智能”新型猪场建设

文章所述猪场地处内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市，属我国高寒地区。该猪场运用“种养结合”模式，将低碳环保养殖和绿色有机农业进行有机结合，将猪场产生的猪粪尿全部发酵成为有机肥，为农田提供肥料；农田产出无公害有机饲料再喂养猪只，实现生态农牧业可持续健康发展。低碳环保则指猪舍冬天利用猪群自身余热取暖，替代锅炉，实现低能耗。与传统猪场相比，该猪场更加注重节约资源、节省人工。运用自动清粪模式代替水冲，避免大量污水产生；舍内废气经过净化处理排出舍外，避免氨氮废气等污染环境。     

反刍动物高能量饲料添加剂脂肪酸钙制作工艺参数筛选

以猪脂肪、氢氧化钠、氯化钙为原料,在实验室条件下探索脂肪酸钙的加工工艺和加工过程。利用正交试验设计(L_(16)4~5)对脂肪酸钙的加工工艺系数进行反复筛选,探索脂肪酸钙的最佳加工工艺参数。结果表明,脂肪酸钙的最佳加工工艺参数为氢氧化钠用量占脂肪重的27%、氯化钙用量占脂肪重的25%、皂化反应时间为5h、复分解温度为90℃、用水量为脂肪的4倍。     

Bamboo NiR gene is associated with regeneration capacity

It was reported that the activity of NiR (nitrite reductase) enzyme encoded by the NiR gene was correlated with the regeneration ability in rice. To testify the function of NiR gene in bamboo, seven bamboo species whose calli had different differentiation rate were chosen to analyse their NiR enzyme activity. The results showed that bamboo NiR enzymatic activity had a certain correlation with the regeneration capacity. A NiR gene named DhNiR from Dendrocalamus hamiltonii with high regeneration capacity was cloned. Sequence analysis revealed that the ORF of DhNiR was 1779bp encoding 592 amino acids. Overexpression of DhNiR in rice reduced the time of shoot differentiation and increased the transformation rate, suggesting that DhNiR might play an important role in the regeneration ability of bamboo, and can be applied in regeneration and gene transformation of bamboo and other plant species.     

云南怒江傈僳族自治州古树名木资源现状调查

对怒江傈僳族自治州人为活动区域古树名木资源现状进行调查。结果表明:共记录到古树名木496株,涉及36科54属76种,其中有8种国家重点保护野生植物,分别为澜沧黄杉、秃杉、南方红豆杉、云南榧树、千果榄仁、红椿、光叶珙桐和香果树;怒江州古树名木主要分布在乡村街道及远郊野外,占总数的98.8%,63.6%的古树生长在海拔1500~1999 m;古树名木的生长环境及长势总体较好,但保护力度相对薄弱,应采取相关措施加强保护和管理。     

Regulatory role of l-proline in fetal pig growth and intestinal epithelial cell proliferation

l-proline (Pro) is a precursor of ornithine, which is converted into polyamines via ornithine decarboxylase (ODC). Polyamines plays a key role in the proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells. The study investigated the effect of Pro on polyamine metabolism and cell proliferation on porcine enterocytes in vivo and in vitro. Twenty-four Huanjiang mini-pigs were randomly assigned into 1 of 3 groups and fed a basal diet that contained 0.77% alanine (Ala, iso-nitrogenous control), 1% Pro or 1% Pro + 0.0167% α-difluoromethylornithine (DFMO) from d 15 to 70 of gestation. The fetal body weight and number of fetuses per litter were determined, and the small and large intestines were obtained on d 70 ± 1.78 of gestation. The in vitro study was performed in intestinal porcine epithelial (IPEC-J2) cells cultured in Dulbecco''s modified Eagle medium-high glucose (DMEM-H) containing 0 μmol/L Pro, 400 μmol/L Pro, or 400 μmol/L Pro + 10 mmol/L DFMO for 4 d. The results showed that maternal dietary supplementation with 1% Pro increased fetal weight; the protein and DNA concentrations of the fetal small intestine; and mRNA levels for potassium voltage-gated channel, shaker-related subfamily, member 1 (Kv1.1) in the fetal small and large intestines (P < 0.05). Supplementing Pro to either gilts or IPEC-J2 cells increased ODC protein abundances and polyamine concentrations in the fetal intestines and IPEC-J2 cells (P < 0.05). In comparison with the Pro group, the combined administration of Pro and DFMO reduced the expression of ODC protein and spermine concentration in the fetal intestine, as well as the concentrations of putrescine, spermidine and spermine in IPEC-J2 cells (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, the percentage of cells in the S-phase and the mRNA levels of proto-oncogenes c-fos and c-myc were increased in response to Pro supplementation, whereas depletion of cellular polyamines with DFMO increased tumor protein p53 (p53) mRNA levels (P < 0.05). Taken together, dietary supplementation with Pro improved fetal pig growth and intestinal epithelial cell proliferation via enhancing polyamine synthesis.     

5%高渗腈菌唑乳油气相色谱分析方法研究

采用毛细管柱气相色谱法对腈菌唑和氮酮进行定量分析。该方法简单、快速、准确、实用。标准偏差分别为0.027、0.024，变异系数为0.52%、1.15%，回收率分别为99.85-99.90%,99.5-99.9%之间，线性相关系数分别为0.9996、0.9994。     

聚乙烯吡咯烷酮修饰碳糊电极法测定水中苯酚

提出了以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（ＰＶＰｒ）修饰碳糊电极测定水中苯酚的方法．在０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＫＣｌ的酚试液中开路富集后，在磷酸盐缓冲液介质（ｐＨ５．６）中溶出，用微分脉冲伏安法测定，苯酚的溶出峰电位为＋０．７３Ｖ（Ａｇ－ＡｇＣｌ参比电极），检测限为０．０５μｇ／Ｌ．应用该法测定了废水中苯酚的含量，并讨论了该法测定苯酚的影响因素，比较了几种修饰电极测定苯酚的灵敏度，探讨了苯酚在该修饰电极上的富集机理     

虎皮黄兔主要肉用性能评定及其估（预）测

以３５只虎皮黄免为材料，对其增重、屠宰率及肉品品质等性状进行评定，利用通径分析法研究主要向用性状间的相关关系及其估（预）测．结果表明，１～３月龄平均日增重为２２．５９ｇ；３月龄宰前活重为１８９５ｇ；屠宰率为５２％；背最长肌水分含量为７５％，ｐＨ２为５．７，脂肪含量为２．０１％，失水率为１５．９％．用体长、胸围估测体重，用体重、体长预测肌间脂肪含量和颜色深浅，用胸围和耳长预测失水率可获得较可靠的结果。     

二氢杨梅素在动物营养中的应用

藤茶是显齿蛇葡萄的嫩叶经过杀青、揉捻、烘干而成的茶饮料。显齿蛇葡萄(Ampelopsis grossedentata)是葡萄科蛇葡萄属的木质藤本植物,具有极高的营养、保健、医疗价值。现代医学药理研究和临床上都已证明,显齿蛇葡萄全株药用,其味甘淡、性凉,具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、祛风湿、降血糖等功效。藤茶由多糖、氨基酸、蛋白质、多肽、甾类、萜类、有机酸、挥发油、油脂、生物碱、二氢杨梅素以及多种酶和无机离子等组成,其中二氢杨梅素(DMY)是藤茶的主要活性成分之一,具有多种生物学功能。DMY又名双氢杨梅树皮素、福建茶素、白蔽素、二氢杨梅黄…     

利用芥蓝×青花菜DH群体构建AFLP连锁图谱

 利用青花菜(Brassica oleracea var. italica) 与芥蓝(Brassica oleracea var. alboglabra) 杂交后代双单倍体(DH) 群体为材料, 通过AFLP技术构建了一个甘蓝类作物较高密度的遗传连锁图谱。该图谱包括9个主要连锁群及2个小连锁群, 总图距801.5 cM, 含337个AFLP标记, 标记间平均距离为3.6 cM,为甘蓝类作物基因定位、比较基因组学及重要经济性状QTL分析提供了一个框架图谱。
