18 soybean genotypes were examined to investigate the relationships between some principal attributions of morphology with seed yield per soybean, by Random Complete Block Design (RCBD) study. This study was also carried out three replicates to gain reliable results. The results of variance analysis indicated that, there were significance differences among all soybean genotypes. Moreover, the results of correlated analysis revealed that biological yield (0.96), harvest index (0.92), and number of branches (0.92) had the uttermost correlation with seed yield. To data factor analysis, four independent variables justified 99 percent of all data. The first variable, seed yield, justified 96 percent of entire variance. Multiple-Regression Model with method Analytical Regression Model (step-by-step) was utilized to examine soybean seed yield. This model proved that biological yield, thousand seed weight, and harvest index entered into model respectively and justified 98.85 percent of variation of seed yield. Correlated coefficients of considered attributions were equal to 0.96, 0.78, and 0.92, respectively. All of these indexes had significant at 1% in statistical process. Therefore, these traits can be notability used in soybean breeding programs. Also, accordance to cluster analysis, the sample was divided into three groups.  相似文献

Micronutrient deficiency is one of the most common and widespread nutritional issues. Among the factors mitigating the bioavailability of Zn (zinc) and Fe (iron), phytic acid plays a key role; therefore, in order to scrutinize genetic alterations ?related to micronutrient and phytate contents, we examined the concentrations of zinc, iron, and phytic acid, as well as its mole ratio to ?zinc in various wheat species grown in two planting seasons. The concentrations of phytic acid and its mole ratio to zinc were 0.61?1.55 g kg?1 dry weight and 1.88?4.17 for autumn, and 0.97?2.02 g kg?1 dry weight and 2.10?4.05 for spring planting. There was a significant discrepancy among wheat species; tritipyrum had the highest concentration of iron, phytic acid and its mole ratio to zinc, and T. monococcum and T. aestivum recorded reasonable zinc bioavailability. Correlation studies between grain phytic acid concentrations and other measured traits revealed various relationships, denoting an irrefutable impact of planting season and wheat ploidy levels on modification of wheat genotypes. The characters contributing more positively with principal component (PC) 1 were Zn and Fe under spring planting and Fe under autumn planting. Spike number per square meter, biological yield and grain yield in spring cultivation, and grain zinc concentration in autumn cultivation were positively correlated to principal component (PC) 2. Given that the concentration of Fe and Zn in all the studied genotypes is relatively high and due to the existence of other desirable agronomic traits, this study believes that it could possibly enhance the applicability of some of these genotypes for breeding purposes.  相似文献

Cell cycle stage and synchronization of donor cells are important factors influencing the success of somatic cell nuclear transfer. This study examined whether serum starvation has any effect on specific cell death. We also studied the effects of serum starvation, culture to confluence, and full confluency (confluent + 72 h) on cell cycle characteristics and apoptosis of goat dermal fibroblast cells. The cells were obtained from the ear of a 1.5‐year‐old female goat. The following experimental groups were analysed for fibroblast cells: (i) normally growing, (ii) confluent, (iii) full confluency, (iv) cells starved for 48 h and (v) cells starved for 72 h. Analysis of cell cycle distribution by flow cytometry showed that 4.56 and 51.88% of normal cycling cells were at the G0 and G1 phases respectively. In the confluent group, 80% of the cells were arrested in the G0/G1 phase. Serum starvation for 48 and 72 h arrested 84.78% and 90.1% cells at the G0/G1 phase respectively which showed a significant difference when compared with the control group (p < 0.05). Double staining by PI and FITC distinguishes G0 phase from G1 phase. In the full confluency group, 91.53% of cells were at G0/G1 stage, but in contrast to the serum starved group, this high percentage of G0/G1 cells was mainly associated with G1 cells. Under normal culture conditions, 6.39% of cells underwent early apoptosis. In the confluent group 8.93% of cells showed early apoptosis. Serum starvation for 48 and 72 h caused early apoptosis in 8.91 and 39.83% of the cells respectively. Full confluency treatment did not increase the number of apoptotic cells significantly (8.67%). After 72 h, serum starvation significantly increased early apoptosis (p < 0.05). In conclusion, the use of full confluency is suitable for cell cycle synchronization because it arrests cells at the G0/G1 phase and also induces less apoptosis in comparison with the serum starvation group.  相似文献
