聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法鉴定禽呼肠孤病毒

从感染禽呼肠孤病毒的细胞中,以SDS和酚提取病毒核酸,通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)法将分节段的核酸分开,经银染色显示,呈3-3-1-3分布,此法可用于禽呼肠孤病毒的快速检测、鉴定。同样方法未能使传染性法氏囊病毒核酸显示。     

遵循山区发展规律组织综合开发——关于山区建设的再思考

我国山区经过50年的建设发展,发生了很大变化,但存在的问题也很多,有必要重新认识山区.山区是个复杂的大系统,需要多方面协调发展.要解决在县级的组装配套和实施问题.建议成立全国性的山区综合研究所,加强山区的综合研究工作.     

葡萄品种需冷量及打破休眠研究

对上海地区葡萄促成栽培的几个主要品种的休眠需冷量进行了调查,发现在供试的5个品种中以里扎马特的需冷量最低,自然条件下仅为447.5h;其次为京亚和巨峰,需冷量均低于1000h;绯红和无核白鸡心需冷量最高,均超过1000h。由此推算,上海地区葡萄结束自然休眠的时间在1月上旬至2月中旬。打破休眠的试验表明以20%石灰氮12月中旬处理效果最佳。     

产蛋鸡饲粮锌和钙水平对蛋的品质和蛋中锌含量的影响

试验研究了在玉米一豆饼型基础饲粮(含锌30Ppm)中添加不同水平锌和钙对鸡蛋品质和蛋中锌含量的影响。结果表明,饲粮未加锌时后期(70～71周龄)蛋壳比,蚕黄,蛋白和蛋壳风干物含量,蛋的比重和蛋壳厚度显著降低;饲粮高钙使中期(45周龄)和后期蛋壳比,各期蛋的比重和蛋壳厚度显著提高。蛋黄中锌含量随着饲粮锌水平的提高而显著提高;蛋白中锌含量在前期(25周龄)同蛋黄一样,但在中期和后期未加锌组鸡蛋白中锌含量显著高于加锌对照组;蛋壳中锌含量在前期不受饲粮锌水平显著影响,在中期和后期饲粮高锌使之显著提高。饲粮高钙对蛋各组分中锌含量没有显著影响。

美国杏李品种——味厚引种试验

2002年引入味厚试栽，经过连续4年的观测，证明该品种适应性强，异花授粉，坐果率高，早果性强，味甜，品种上等，较耐贮运，4年生树平均每hm^2产量19565kg。     

黑鲷幼鱼腹水病病原菌

2001年9月自浙江省宁波市西沪港海区网箱养鱼场养殖黑鲷濒死鱼体内分离到1株细菌，经人工感染试验证明是黑鲷幼鱼腹水病病原菌，其主要特征为：革兰多染色阴性，短杆状，极生单鞭毛，氧化酶阳性，发酵葡萄糖产酸不产气，经SWF（A）系统鉴定为拟态弧菌。该菌株对磺胺甲基异恶唑、呋喃妥因、复方新诺明、氯霉素、头孢孟多、丙氟哌酸等药物敏感。     

The intensity of resistance by mature Merino ewes against Haemonchus contortus and Tichostrongylus colubriformis in single-species and combined-species infection

Three-year-old, non-lactating and non-pregnant Merino ewes, raised on pasture under a program of strategic treatment with anthelmintic and found to be extremely resistant to "trickle" infection with Haemonchus contortus, were given single-dose infections with either H. contortus or Trichostrongylus colubriformis or both species together. The purpose was to ascertain the intensity of protective immunity against the 2 parasites in sheep with immunity acquired from a presumably slight exposure to infection. To provide a criterion, some infected ewes were immunosuppressed with corticosteroid, dexamethasone. Untreated ewes were extremely resistant to challenge infection with either 15,000 or 150,000 H. contortus or 15,000 T. colubriformis. Surprisingly, when mixed infection was given, egg counts for H. contortus were significantly elevated compared with infection by that species alone. Antibody to antigens from infective larval and adult H. contortus was measured in serum by enzyme-linked-immunosorbent assay (ELISA) during the course of infection. Serum titres against larval antigens were significantly depressed when infections with either H. contortus or T. colubriformis were permitted by immunosuppression with dexamethasone, whereas those against adult antigen were depressed when infection with T. colubriformis was permitted.     

The expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 on T lymphocytes that infiltrate in nasal polyps

AIM:To investigate the expression of Th1-typed cytokine IFN-γ and Th2-typed cytokine IL-4 on T lymphocytes that infiltrate in nasal polyps for searching the pathogenesis of nasal polyps. METHODS:Nasal polyps tissue samples and peripheral blood were obtained from 21 patients. Normal human inferior turbinate mucosa and peripheral blood were obtained as well. Flow cytometry was adopted to detect the expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 of T lymphocytes. RESULTS: Th cytokines were rarely detected in inferior turbinate from normal human. Nasal polyps tissue consisted of abundant T lymphocytes. The expression of IL-4 and IFN-γ increased in peripheral blood from patients compared with normal human (P<0.05). The expression of IL-4 increased but the expression of IFN-γ decreased in nasal polyps compared with that of peripheral blood from the same patient (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION:There were generous of T lymphocytes infiltrating in nasal polyps. There was abnormal immune status in the local nasal mucosa from the patients, and the predomination of Th cytokine secretion changed compared with peripheral blood from the same patients, which resulted in the change of microenvironment of nasal mucosa and possibly close related to the formation of nasal polyps.
