基于用户参与的科研院所机构知识库建设模式研究

文章以用户参与为理论基础,以融入科研管理为实践目标,创新性地提出一种适合科研院所的机构知识库建设模式,并以江苏省农业科学院为例进行了实证研究,该模式兼具传统机构知识库功能,又能体现科研机构特色、解决科研机构成果管理问题.在此基础上,还分析明确了适用于科研院所成果管理和共享的数据审核流程、元数据标准规范、功能模块、系统架构、管理运行机制等.     

食用菌出口产品专业术语翻译特点及策略

在分析食用菌产品专业术语翻译现状的基础上,详细讨论了翻译的准确性、国际贸易的语场和文化差异。提出尊重当地文化传统和语言习惯、遵守国际贸易中的"专业术语",注重翻译准确性和专业性的翻译策略,消除食用菌产品出口贸易中的语言障碍,更好地服务于食用菌产业的发展。     

Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on agricultural exports

The COVID-19 outbreak has shocked the world's economies in the year of 2020. As this pandemic spreads around the globe, many experts feared that the global food supplies might start running short, especially if supply chains were disrupted. COVID-19 also added to the uncertainty of the business operation. Therefore, it is critical to understand how COVID-19 pandemic affected global food supply and market. In this study, we investigate the impact of COVID-19 on agricultural export companies in China using a unique firm-level survey data. We found that although on average agricultural businesses experienced declines in the exports, exports of some agricultural products especially grain and oil held strong and even increased, implying the essential demand for staple food during the pandemic. Not surprisingly, exports of medicinal herb also increased significantly during the pandemic. However, exports of goods such as edible fungus and horticultural products sharply decreased. Our results also showed that in general, impact of COVID-19 on smaller firms was more severe than that on larger firms. The results of this study can provide useful guidance and implications for agricultural businesses and policy makers on their COVID-19 mitigation efforts to navigate this global pandemic.     

农业科研副产品处置存在的问题与对策

农业科研副产品具有质量及数量的不确定性,目前国家没有明确的界定标准和管理制度,各地农业科研院所管理制度也不统一.文章以天津市农业科学院为例,介绍了当前农业科研单位科研副产品处置的现状,分析了科研副产品处置存在的问题,剖析了造成科研副产品处置管理不规范的原因,并提出了加强组织领导、建立健全管理制度、加强科研副产品精细化管理等加强科研副产品处置管理的对策建议.     

中国藤及藤制品国际贸易面临的主要问题和政策建议

近年来，藤制品的国际市场价格和全球贸易额不断上升。中国已成为世界上最主要的藤原材料进口国，每年从东南亚国家进口原材料5万～6万t。同时，中国也是世界上最大的藤制品出口国，2004年5种主要藤产品出口额达到1．39亿美元。随着国内资源的短缺，中国藤产业原材料对外依存度越来越大。为了保障中国藤产业的健康发展，文中提出了3点政策性建议：（1）加强国内藤资源培育；（2）建立稳定的国外原材料市场，在国外建立原材料基地；（3）提高资源利用率。     

从价格角度看我国木工机械走向国际市场的开发方向

从2004年米兰国际木工机械展览会展出的发达国家低档木工机械的市场价格分析出发，分析我国和发达国家木工机械的差距，从中探索我国木工机械走向国际市场的新产品开发方向，提出我国木工机械走进国际市场后，其产品开发的新设想。     

Land tenure and farm management efficiency: The case of smallholder rubber production in customary land areas of Sumatra

This study assesses the impact of land tenure institutions on the efficiency of farm management based on a case study of rubber production in customary land areas of Sumatra, Indonesia. Using the modes of land acquisition as measures of land tenure institutions, we estimated tree planting, revenue, income, and short-run profit functions, and internal rates of return to tree planting on smallholder rubber fields. We find generally insignificant differences in the incidence of tree planting and management efficiency (defined as residual profits) of rubber production between newly emerging private ownership and customary ownership. This is consistent with our hypothesis that tree planting confers stronger individual rights, if land rights are initially weak (as in the case of family land under customary land tenure systems). On the other hand, short-term profits are higher on land that is rented through share tenancy. This result indicates that rubber trees are over-exploited under renting arrangements due partly to the short-run nature of the land tenancy contracts and partly to the difficulty landowners face in supervising tapping activities of tenants in spatially dispersed rubber fields. Technical change in forest sector models: the global forest products model approach

Technical change is developing rapidly in some parts of the forest sector, especially in the pulp and paper industry where wood fiber is being substituted by waste paper. In forest sector models, the processing of wood and other input into products is frequently represented by activity analysis (input–output). In this context, technical change translates in changes over time of the input–output (I–O) coefficients and of the manufacturing cost (labor, capital, and materials, excluding wood and fiber). In the case of the global forest products model, the I–O coefficients and the manufacturing costs are determined empirically from historical data, while correcting for possible reporting errors. The method consists of goal programming. The objective function is the sum of the weighted absolute value of the deviations from estimated and observed production in each country of interest. The constraints express the relationship between the multiple output (sawnwood, panels, pulp, paper) and input (wood, waste paper, other fiber) and prior knowledge on the limits of the I–O coefficients. The paper presents observed technical changes from 1993 to 2010 and projections to 2030 with their consequences for the global forest sector in terms of prices, production and consumption, value added, and carbon sequestration in forest biomass.

首先阐述了我国木工机械制造业的发展现状,然后运用迈克尔.波特的钻石模型对我国木工机械制造业国际竞争力的影响因素进行了深入分析,最后提出提升我国木工机械制造业国际竞争力的几点建议。
