保护地黄瓜新品种唐杂6 号的选育

唐杂6 号是以雌性系S16 为母本，以自交系S26 为父本配制的强雌型黄瓜一代杂种。生长势强，商品瓜短棒状， 瓜长12～14 cm，横径4.0～4.3 cm，非特异性环境下雌花率95% 以上，瓜皮嫩绿有光泽，白刺，刺瘤稀小，平均单瓜质量 131.8 g 左右，高抗霜霉病，抗细菌性角斑病，耐白粉病；春保护地栽培平均产量可达8 000 kg·（667 m²） ^-1，秋冬保护地栽 培产量可达6 500 kg·（667 m²） ^-1；适合河北、北京、天津及东北地区春、秋保护地种植。     

Association of TNF-α, IL-10 and IL-6 promoter polymorphisms in pulmonary tuberculosis patients and their household contacts of younger age group

Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of cytokine genes have been found to be involved in the clinical outcome of Tuberculosis. The present study was aimed to identify the high risk genotypes in Tuberculosis patients and their household contacts. A total of 490 subjects were studied which includes 150 active pulmonary tuberculosis patients (APTB), 190 household contacts (HHC) and 150 healthy controls (HC). The SNPs of TNF-α (-308A/G), IL-10(-1082G/A) and IL-6(-174G/C) were performed by ARMs PCR. The IL-10 GA genotype showed significant association in APTB and HHC and was 2.3 times higher risk in APTB and 3.7 times in HHC compared to HCs. The A allele was found to be significantly associated with the risk of disease. The CC genotype of IL-6 was found to be significantly associated in APTB and an insignificant positive association in HHCs. The multifactor dimensionality reduction (MDR) analysis indicated that the genotypes of IL-6 were showing high risk with GA genotype of IL-10. In conclusion the gene interaction may be useful for identification of genotypes as biomarkers to distinguish high risk individuals.     

Effects of Benzyl Adenine and Abscisic Acid on Grain Yield and Yield Components in Triticale and Wheat

Grain yield and yield components (grains per ear, grain weight, 1000-grain weight, ear weight, ear seed ratio and dry matter partitioning between ear and seed) were examined in a wheat genotype (PBW-343) with well-filled grains and a Triticale genotype (DT-46) with poorly filled grains (showing grain shrivelling) grown in pots. Six days after anthesis (DAA), benzyladenine (BA) @2 µg ear⁻¹ and abscisic acid (ABA) @4 µg ear⁻¹ were injected at the base of the mother shoot ear in both species. It was observed that, in both wheat and Triticale , BA increased the grain weight, grain number and partitioning of dry matter between ear and seed, whereas ABA decreased the grain weight, grain number and dry matter partitioning between ear and seed. However, these decreases were slower in Triticale than in wheat. BA treatment increased the grain dry matter accumulation, which in turn resulted in better filling of grains and increased the grain weight in both wheat and Triticale . The average grain weight of Triticale was lower than that of wheat. Thus, it appears that variation in grain weight between wheat and Triticale might be due to different availabilities of growth-promoting phytohormones such as cytokinins and assimilates.     

BA—Dot—ELISA检测牛结核血清抗体的研究

利用BA—Dot—ELISA检测72份结核变反阳性牛血清,阳性率为69.5％,比常规ELISA(44.4％)高。用该法检测布鲁氏菌病、粘膜病、传染性鼻气管炎、白血病病牛血清及堪萨斯分枝杆菌、偶发分枝杆菌高免牛血清均无交叉反应,但对50份副结核变反阳性牛血清出现了一定的交叉。该法重复性好,简便快速,结果判定不需特殊仪器。     

夏谷新品种豫谷6号的选育

豫谷６号是应用有性杂交技术，经连续南繁、温室加代选择育成的夏谷新品种。具有高产稳产、高抗倒伏、高度抗旱、综合抗病力强等优良特性，适宜中等以上肥力水、旱地种植。     

流行性出血热病毒气溶胶感染乳鼠的免疫病理学研究

采用免疫组化ＢＡ法，对流行性出血热病毒（ＥＨＦＶ）气溶胶感染乳鼠脏器组织中的病毒动态分布进行了观察，并对其抗体消长进行了测定。结果表明：①ＢＡ法为病理诊断ＥＨＦＶ感染提供了一种准确的手段；②ＥＨＦＶ可通过气溶胶途径感染乳小鼠，乳小鼠感染ＥＨＦＶ的ＬＤ５０值可作为环境浓度的参考值；③ＥＨＦＶ气溶胶途径感染乳鼠后，４ｈ即可在心、肺，１ｄ在嗅球部检出，并可在其组织细胞中增殖，经血循、嗅神经、单核巨噬细胞系统等多途径扩散，造成多组织脏器的泛发性感染。感染后１２～１４ｄ，病毒检出率和病毒量均达峰值。动物自身免疫系统对ＥＨＦＶ有一定的清除能力；④感染乳鼠脑、肺、肾等脏器组织的病变与人类感染ＥＨＦＶ的病变有一定的相似性，提示可作为人ＥＨＦＶ的模型动物；⑤抗原检出率高于抗体检出率，ＥＬＩＳＡ法检出率高于ＩＦＡ法检出率。     

Growth of triploid oyster, Crassostrea madrasensis (Preston)

The performance of I and II meiotic triploids and control oysters (Crassostrea madrasensis) reared at Tuticorin Bay was compared to determine if the improvements in the growth of edible oysters were additive to faster growth in triploids. After a grow‐out period of 12 months, both mean whole weights and shell heights were in order I meiotic triploid>II meiotic triploid>control. Mean whole weights and shell height of different oyster lines were all significantly different (P<0.05). On an average, larger morphological traits indicated that growth improvements from triploids were additive, and throughout the study triploid oysters maintained faster growth rate than their diploid siblings. Condition index and adductor muscle diameter of both triploids were higher than those of control.     

6-BA诱导的过氧化氢酶及其在提高水稻抗寒力中的作用研究

6-BA可以显著提高水稻抗寒性。为了进一步明确6-BA诱导水稻抗寒机制,对6-BA及低温 诱导水稻的过氧化氢酶进行了研究。研究表明,过氧化氢酶可受6-BA诱导,并且在提高水稻抗寒力 中可能起重要作用。     

大白菜新品种中熟6号的选育

中熟 6号是由大白菜雄性不育系 98- 2 - 1和从丰抗 70中多代自交分离而选育出的自交系F - 3-2 - 3配制而成的优良一代杂种。抗霜霉病、病毒病与软腐病 ,生长期 6 0～ 6 5d(天 ) ,叶球叠抱、圆头、卵圆形。南方栽培平均单球质量 2 .0kg ,每 6 6 7m2 产量 4 0 0 0～ 5 0 0 0kg。     

白细胞介素和干扰素γ对绵羊体外受精胚胎体外发育影响的研究

利用SOFM+0.8%BSA+1mM谷氨酰胺作为绵羊胚胎的培养液,分别添加LIF、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6及IFN-γ,以研究LIF、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6及IFN-γ对绵羊早期胚胎发育的影响。结果说明,LIF促进2～8细胞胚胎发育至桑椹胚,同时也能够促进桑椹胚向扩大囊胚和孵化囊胚发育。但IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6及IFN-γ对绵羊早期胚胎的发育无显著影响。
