农业土地规模经营的理论探讨

实现农业土地规模经营,有利于生产力有效运转并取得最佳的规模效益。其适度性受各种因素的影响,具有区域性和动态性。规模经营与劳动生产率有着密切的关系,应该在确保提高土地生产率的基础上来提高劳动生产和土地规模经营的效益。土地适当集中、土地经营主体的总人数尽量精简和劳动组合的优化是优化土地经营规模的三个相互制约的因素。要采取积极的措施逐步实现土地的规模经营。对现有土地经营形式要做具体分析,其调整应从有利于生产力发展出发,在尊重群众意愿的基础上稳步进行。

Wavelet Edge Detection Method Based-on Multi-scale Fuzzy Logic

A novel edge detection algorithm is proposed by implementing fuzzy image enhancement at different scales.The implement of this algorithm can reduce the negative influence bring from the non-maximum suppression algorithm which select only one threshold.The success of the approach depends on the selection of a general fuzzy operator(GFO) for the enhancement of contrast of region after smoothing of image at different scales.Consequently,it is more obvious that coarse intensity changes are obtained at a large scale whereas the fine details of intensity changes are obtained at a small scale.A pretty performance is obtained by used this work.     

Improved Genetic Algorithm and Its Application in TSP

Crossover operator and mutation operator are basic operators of genetic algorithm , which play important roles in improving the quality of the solution populations. We propose the improved crossover operator , mutation operator and rotation operator on the basis of good point set with the traveling salesman problem , the experimental result shows these operators are very efficient.     

Stability Ishikawa Iteration Procdeure for Strongly Pseudocontractive Operator and Strongly Accretive Operator Equations

By virtue of some analysis techniques,it is proved that certain ishikawa iteration procdeure with errors are stable with respect to strongly pseudocontractive operators in real Banach space. A related result deals with stable iteration procedures for solution of the nonlinear equation of strongly accretive operators. The results presented extend and improve the corresponding by Osilike,Zeng, Chidume, Deng, Liu,et al.     

拖拉机机体振动分析方法及其应用

介绍了一些拖拉机振动试验方法。通过理论分析,对拖拉机机体的竖向振动特性进行了系统的研究,建立了一套新的、较完整的振动分析方法,并通过了大量振动试验验证,提供了许多轮式拖拉机的振动数据,为驾驶座的动态设计提供了有效实用的根据。针对拖拉机的特点,建立了双输入输出线性系统力学模型,由此推导出该系统的凝聚函数,并用于定量分析多输入输出系统中各输入于输出之间的相关性。还提供了许多应用实例。     

基于角点检测的叶缘锯齿快速识别

叶缘锯齿特征是植物识别的重要特征。本文提出了一种运用图像角点检测技术对叶缘锯齿进行识别和定位的方法。该方法首先利用基于Harris算子的方法进行角点检测,然后通过人工调整阈值提高检测精度。研究结果表明,该方法便捷、高效,在叶缘的锯齿检测中取得了较好的效果。     

Comparative diagnostic test characteristics of oscillometric and Doppler ultrasonographic methods in the detection of systolic hypertension in dogs

Comparison of test characteristics allows a clinician to choose the optimal diagnostic test method for an individual patient. This study assessed the comparative test characteristics of noninvasive (NI) blood pressure measurement methods (oscillometric and Doppler) and used this information to develop optimal cutoff values for diagnosis of systolic hypertension in dogs by these NI methods. Simultaneous NI (oscillometric or Doppler methods) and invasive (arterial puncture [AP]) systolic blood pressure (SBP) measurements were obtained prospectively from normal dogs and dogs suspected of having systemic hypertension based on clinical signs. Oscillometric SBP readings were obtained from the distal hind limb (Osc-L, n = 54) or the proximal tail (T. n = 27). Doppler BP measurements were obtained using a forelimb cuff (n = 57). AP-SBP was categorized as hypertensive if > or = 160 mmHg, and sensitivity (Se). specificity (Sp), and likelihood ratios (LR) were calculated for diagnostic cutoff values ranging from 130 to 220 mmHg. Receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curves were analyzed to determine optimal cutoff values for diagnosis of AP-SBP > or = 160 mmHg. Optimal NI SBP cutoff values considered to reflect AP values > or = 160 mmHg were: Osc-L = 160 mmHg (Se: 65%, Sp: 85%. LR = 4.33: 1), Osc-T = 150 mmHg (Se: 84%, Sp: 75%, LR = 3.36: 1), and Doppler = 160 mmHg (Se: 71%,
