Floral induction (FI) in longan (Dimocarpus longan, Lour.) trees. III: Effect of shading the trees on potassium chlorate induced FI and resulting hormonal changes in leaves and shoots

Previous experiments demonstrated that treatment of longan trees with potassium chlorate (KClO₃) induces “off season floral induction” (FI) even in the absence of the naturally required cool temperature [Manochai, P., Sruamsiri, P., Wiriya-alongkorn, W., Naphrom, D., Hegele, M., Bangerth, F., 2005. Year around off season flower induction in longan (Dimocarpus longan, Lour.) trees by KClO₃ applications: potentials and problems. Sci. Hortic. 104, 379–390]. Potassium chlorate, however, cannot replace the presence of functional mature leaves and sufficient light intensity. Here we examined in more detail the effect of shade (about 10% of natural sunlight) on KClO₃ affected hormone concentrations/transport of leaves and shoot apical buds (SAB) and their interactions with FI.     

Evaluation of some systems for classifying soil sensitivity to acid deposition in the South African highveld

Abstract. The Skokloster and Stockholm Environmental Institute (SEI) approaches were applied to the assessment of 145 soils of the South African highveld region in terms of sensitivity to acid deposition. The critical load class calculated by variants of these methods was compared with the acid neutralizing capacity (ANC) determined by pH measurement of soil suspended in a dilute acetate buffer solution. This rapid index of ANC correlates well both with ANC determined by an established but more laborious method which involves titration and equilibration of soil with HCl, and with a number of soil properties related to base status. The correlation between Skokloster or SEI critical load classes and ANC was weak. It was concluded that ANC determination would be a preferable basis for classifying these soils in terms of their sensitivity to acid deposition, since the method is direct and integrates the contribution of various soil properties to acid sensitivity instead of requiring the relative contribution to be calculated according to somewhat arbitrary weightings given to broadly defined classes of soil properties.     

郁金香花芽分化的解剖学研究

利用石蜡切片法研究了郁金香花芽分化的进程及温度变化对花芽分化的影响。结果表明：郁金香鳞茎内顶端生长点的分化过程可以分为营养生长期，生殖茎端形成期，花器官分化期，花器官伸长期４个时期花芽分化从７月上旬开始，８肿旬结束。在贮藏期间，郁金香鳞茎内顶端生长点前期发育速度较慢，后期发育速度较快，并按由外向内的顺序进行。

构建实例库的参数模型及其应用

通过分析系统模型和IDEFO模型,提出了实例参数模型,即将切削系统的各组成参量分成4类:非控制参量,过程参量,控制参量和输出参量并以此提出了实例库的构建过程.最后根据提出的参数模型,建立了高速切削数据库系统.

基于倍四元数和Groebner基的6R机械手的位置反解

提出了一般6R机械手的位置反解的新算法,该算法是把齐次变换矩阵转以倍四元数形式表示,建立了倍四元数形式的串联6R机械手运动学方程,再通过线性消元和两次应用分次字典序Groebner基消去5个变元,得到一个一元16次方程.此方法没有增根,是一种对空间任意尺寸6R机械手进行建模和求解的新算法.其中求解Groebner基采用了计算机代数系统进行有理数运算,目前的求解速度尚不是很高,需进一步改进.     

桃叶片再生不定芽的研究

以桃栽培品种曙光、金童5号和甜桃王试管苗叶片为外植体,研究了基本培养基、植物生长调节剂种类及质量浓度组合、基因型和试管苗继代次数等因素对叶片再生的影响。结果表明,适宜暗培养的培养基为LP+1.5mg·L-1TDZ+0.15mg·L-1NAA;光培养基为LP+0.5mg·L-1TDZ+0.3mg·L-1KT+0.3mg·L-1NAA和LP+0.6mg·L-1TDZ+0.3mg·L-1KT+0.4mg·L-12,4-D;金童5号和曙光具有较强的再生能力,再生率分别为21.8%和14.5%;曙光和金童5号试管苗继代第1～11次叶片的再生能力与继代前3次愈伤组织相比形成率较高;曙光再生苗在培养基1/2MS+0.5mg·L-1NAA上生根率为100%,平均生根条数为7.9。

在对农机作业委托现存问题分析的基础上,提出了农机作业委托决策支持系统的总体设计和开发原则;拟定了系统的逻辑结构,即以数据库、模型库作为信息基础,完成信息查询和作业调度的功能,实现为决策者提供作业信息和决策支持的功能。
