人类活动对晋西北地区生态环境影响的初步研究

晋西北地处我国北方生态环境脆弱的农牧交错带,同时又是资源富集,资源与环境的矛盾十分突出。人类不合理的经济活动加剧了该区以土壤风蚀沙化和水土流失为主的环境退化问题。因此,加强环境保护刻不容缓。

猪屎豆种子脂溶性成分及其抗氧化活性研究

运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对猪屎豆种子中脂溶性成分进行分析,应用色谱峰面积归一化法定量分析各成分的相对百分含量,共分离鉴定出37个化合物,占其总量的70.52%。同时采用清除DPPH自由基能力的方法对猪屎豆种子中的脂溶性成分进行抗氧化活性测定,结果显示一定的抗氧化活性,其IC50为560.3μg/mL。     

Biological and socioeconomic implications of recreational boat fishing for the management of fishery resources in the marine reserve of Cap de Creus (NW Mediterranean)

A survey of coastal recreational boat fishing was conducted in summer 2006 in the marine reserve of Cap de Creus (NW Mediterranean) to assess the biological and socioeconomic implications of this leisure activity. Recreational boat fishers employ four different fishing techniques: bottom fishing rod, fluixa, trolling and surface fishing rod. Although the targeted species depend on the fishing method used, a total of 33 fish species were identified in the catch (8 were pelagic or benthopelagic and the rest were demersal). Fishing effort was high since fishers fished an average of 4 h/day, 8 days/month and nearly 6 months/year. Apart from the highly varied exploitation of the fauna, recreational fishing in Cap de Creus has a large economic effect on the local economy since the majority of fishers were visitors who were spending holidays in one of the villages belonging to the Park, where most of expenditures related to angling activities were made. Overall, results highlight the pressure that recreational boat fishing exerts on fish communities, particularly on littoral, demersal ones. Considering these biological and socioeconomic implications, the competition between recreational and artisanal fishers for littoral resources and the low level of compliance with the current sport fishing regulations, the implementation of a comprehensive management strategy in Mediterranean costal areas is needed.     

吉林白鹅(农安籽鹅)品种特性研究

本文较详细地报道了吉林白鹅的品种特性 :体型外貌特征及体尺体重、生长发育规律、产肉性能、产蛋性能、产绒性能、肥肝性能及某些经济性状的遗传参数。结果表明 :吉林白鹅早期生长发育较快 ,其中 2 ,3周龄最快 ;在放牧为主补饲为辅的条件下 ,年均产蛋 60～ 80枚 ,在科学饲养条件下 ,年均产蛋 1 2 5枚 ;含绒率冬季可达 2 4 2 %;成龄体重、产蛋数、绒毛重、肥肝重的h2 分别为 0 57,0 2 8,0 4 1 ,0 52。吉林白鹅的高产蛋性能和含绒率 ,是世界鹅品种中非常罕见和宝贵的高产基因 ,经过进一步系统选育提高 ,可以成为国内外杂交配套系的理想母本。     

线粒体nad 6基因在油菜种子发育中的特异性表达

以油菜为材料，研究线粒体ｎａｄ６基因在种子发育中的表达。结果表明，ｎａｄ６基因在叶片中的表达很低，在种子发育过程中各阶段均有较高表达，并随种子发育进程而有加强的趋势。推测线粒体ｎａｄ６基因可能除与呼吸作用有关外还有其他功能     

湖北省成年人体质现状与体育活动的调查研究

本研究以2010年武汉市全民体质监测数据为基础，对武汉市四个区的成年人体质健康现状和变化规律进行了调查和数据分析，以了解不同成年人组别、不同职业和性别群体成年人的体质差异。对照湖北居民参与体育锻炼情况的调查结果，本文探讨了成年人体质状况与体育活动之间的关联，以寻求改善成年人体质健康水平的有效途径和方法，为落实全民健身计划提供依据，提高全民健康尤其是成年人的健康水平。     

草坪在城市园林绿化中的作用及其发展研究

草坪在现代城市园林绿化中具有重要作用，如维持城市生态平衡、发展社会效益、美化环境等。本文在阐述草坪综合功能的同时，又从因地制宜地开发草坪资源，健全市场，应用新技术等方面就草坪业的发展进行了研讨。     

Uterine Motility in Sows During Spontaneous Parturition and Induced Parturitions with the PGF Analog Alfbprostol and Oxytocin

Contents: Uterine activity, i.e. myometrial contractions, were recorded in 11 sows prior to and during parturition by using strain gauges placed onto uterine horns about 15 to 20 cm cranial of the bifurcation. Tocographic patterns observed prior to and during spontaneous and alfaprostol induced parturitions were normal. Administration of 20, 10 or 5 I.U. oxytocin 22 hours after alfaprostol quickly initiated abnormal periparturient contraction patterns with 20 and 10 I.U. oxytocin and in one of two animals receiving 5 I. U. These were characterized initially by prolonged tetanic contractions resulting in delayed deliveries, and later by the premature occurrence of patterns seen normally only during the phase of placental expulsions, although not all piglets had been delivered. The importance to use myornetrial activity profiles to evaluate parturition induction methods was stressed .     

超低温冷冻对日本鳗鲡精子酶活性的影响

研究超低温冷冻保存(-196℃)对日本鳗鲡精子内总ATP酶、肌酸激酶(CK)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)等酶活性的影响。运用试剂盒分别测定了冷冻前后日本鳗鲡精子内酶活性的变化。结果表明,经过超低温冷冻保存后,日本鳗鲡精子的活力下降,精子内GR活性显著升高(P<0.05),酶活性从冻前的358.52±45.65 U/L上升到646.30±70.30 U/L;其它几种酶的活性均显著下降(P<0.05),总ATP酶、CK和SDH的活性分别从冻前的3.14±0.61 U/ml、17.10±3.51 U/ml和32±5.94 U/ml下降到1.83±0.43 U/ml、7.33±1.74 U/ml和21±1.41 U/ml,LDH、SOD和CAT活性分别从冻前的2 266.67±313.25 U/L、220.47±32.94 U/ml和48.51±5.94U/ml下降到1 195.91±198.51 U/L、84.16±22.11 U/ml和21.8±4.14 U/ml。超低温冷冻对日本鳗鲡精子酶活性和精子活力均有较大影响。
