Notch信号通路在体外培养的鹿茸干细胞中的表达

Notch信号通路是一条进化上十分保守的信号转导系统,在调节干细胞增殖、分化和凋亡方面起到重要作用。研究表明,鹿生茸区骨膜和角柄骨膜分别含有鹿茸发生和再生的干细胞。应用RT-PCR的方法对离体培养生茸区骨膜和角柄骨膜细胞进行检测,得出Notch信号通路各信号因子在2种细胞中的表达情况。结果:Notch-1、Notch-2、Notch-4、Dll-4J、agged-1J、agged-2、Hes-1等信号因子在这2种干细胞中均有不同程度的表达,说明Notch信号通路可能参与了他们的增殖、分化的调控。     

Application on Extracting Feature in State Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis

With the development and application of information and internet and virtual instrument technology ,the virtual globular company based on internet arises .To study remote state monitoring, remote fault detection and diagnosis about large scale, complicated and integrative equipment become very important. In the whole fault diagnosis system , the detecting ,data acquisition is original ,processing; transform and extracting features with the signal detected is a key factor. The theories and methods used in mechanical fault diagnosis is stated. The application of signal process and its feature extracting methods is introduced which are time domain, frequency domain and time frequency domain analysis, in state monitoring and fault diagnosis with its signal analysis. The processing method of random time variant special signal is given also.     

用叶绿素荧光研究植物伤害信息的系统性传递

采用机械损伤和(Z)-3-已烯醛熏蒸的方法,借助于叶绿素荧光手段,研究了伤害信息在合作杨檀株体内的系统性传递.结果表明,伤害信息在植株体内的系统性传递是双向的,不同部位叶片Fv/Fm的异质性为伤害信息在植物体内的双向系统性传递提供了直观的证据.     

模拟数控铣床的改造

本文对数控模拟铣床的改造,进给机构用两个步进电动机做动力源,控制系统用8051单片机作为主控制器,用数字信息通过单片机传送给步进电动机控制其按一定方式运行,即可达到零件的加工要求。     

Real-time Infrared Image Acquisitionand Processing System Based on PCI Bus

In the system of infrared imaging acquisition, it is necessary to improve data transfer to satisfy the characteristics of high speed and real time. So,this paper introduces PCI bus and PCI inerface to imaging acquisition. The protocol of data transfer of PCI local bus and the structure of PCI9050 are studied in detail, and the IRFPA data acquisition system are described based on the protocol of data transfer of PCI local bus. The system adopts frame buffer to make slow transmission between peripheral circuit and PCI bus.CPLD is also used as a master of logic time control?
