浅析农业科技化后农民的出路

阐述了科学技术发展及其在农业中的运用给农民带带的喜悦及烦恼。针对农业科技化后农民的出路问题提出对策。     

From value to values: sustainable consumption at farmers markets

Advocates of environmental sustainability and social justice increasingly pursue their goals through the promotion of so-called “green” products such as locally grown organic produce. While many scholars support this strategy, others criticize it harshly, arguing that environmental degradation and social injustice are inherent results of capitalism and that positive social change must be achieved through collective action. This study draws upon 18 months of ethnographic fieldwork at two farmers markets located in demographically different parts of the San Francisco Bay Area to examine how market managers, vendors, and regular customers negotiate tensions between their economic strategies and environmental sustainability and social justice goals. Managers, vendors, and customers emphasize the ethical rather than financial motivations of their markets through comparisons to capitalist, industrial agriculture and through attention to perceived economic sacrifices made by market vendors. They also portray economic strategies as a pragmatic choice, pointing to failed efforts to achieve justice and sustainability through policy change as well as difficulties funding and sustaining non-profit organizations. While market managers, vendors, and customers deny any difficulties pursuing justice and sustainability through local economics, the need for vendors to sustain their livelihoods does sometimes interfere with their social justice goals. This has consequences for the function of each market.

预测农民收入的主成分回归模型

选取1990~2005年影响宁夏农民收入因素的相关数据,建立了关于农民收入的主成分回归模型。该模型通过了各项检验,利用2005年的数据进行预测,预测值和实际值非常接近,说明该模型能够较为准确地反映实际情况,具有一定的使用价值。最后,提出增加宁夏农民收入的建议。     

N-硝基-N-(2,4,6-三氯苯基)-N′-2-甲氧基苯基脲生物活性的研究

研究了N -硝基 -N - ( 2 ,4,6—三氯苯基 ) -N′ - 2 -甲氧基苯基脲对单子叶作物水稻的植物生长调节活性及对单子叶杂草稗的除草活性 ,结果表明 :在一定的浓度范围内 ,该化合物对水稻具有植物生长调节活性 ,对稗具除草活性。     

On the Restricting Factors ＆ System Arrangements of Chinese Land Tenure Marketization

As a general rule of Economics of Development,economic growth and development require rational institution guarantee. Land Tenure. As a main institution factor in agricultural development ,closely relates to the reform of Chinese agriculture. Based on the relevant theories of Economics of Institution and Economics of Development ,and combined with the marketization process of Chinese Land Tenure of Property Rights,the article studied the effects of institutional factors and put forward some choices in the development of agriculture, which is of both significant and practical importance.

从云南省集体林权主体改革后林地及其信息管理的需求出发,论述了建立林权管理信息系统平台的必要性,分析了建立管理信息系统平台的有利条件和不利条件,提出了建立管理信息系统平台的目标任务以及建立平台的相关技术、政策措施.     

我国非法证据排除规则的完善——评《办理死刑案件证据规定》和《非法证据排除规定》

"两高三部"的《办理死刑案件证据规定》和《非法证据排除规定》,细化和完善了法律和司法解释关于非法证据排除的规定,进一步确立和完善了我国非法证据排除规则。这"两个规定"对司法机关及人员公正办理刑事案件、依法惩治犯罪、切实保障人权具有十分重要的意义。但也有其不足,需要建立和完善相关的配套措施。     

干旱胁迫及复水对白羊草质膜ATP酶和5’-核苷酸酶活性的影响

以白羊草(Bothriochloa ischaemum (L.) Keng)为材料,在干旱胁迫和复水后,通过测定其质膜ATP酶(AT-Pase)活性、质膜5’-核苷酸酶(5'-AMPase)活性,叶片相对含水量(RWC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化来探索其在干旱胁迫和复水后的生理生化变化.结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,白羊草质膜ATPase和质膜5’-AMPase活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势,野生型白羊草的质膜ATPase和质膜5'-AMPase活性变化量较栽培型的大;RWC下降,MDA含量上升.复水后质膜ATPase活性、质膜5'-AMPase活性及MDA含量均下降,但高于断水前,野生型的RWC高于对照,栽培型RWC低于对照,说明干旱胁迫对白羊草造成了不可逆的伤害,对栽培型的伤害大于野生型的.植物的质膜ATPase和质膜5’-AMPase活性随胁迫的加剧而提高,一定程度上可以缓解干旱对白羊草幼苗的胁迫作用,这可能是白羊草抗旱酶促防御机制中的一个重要机制.
