高校图书馆ISO模式下质量文化建设的思考——海南大学图书馆质量文化建设的探索

海南大学图书馆全面质量管理体系运行多年后进入了瓶颈时期,如何推动质量管理工作上一个新的台阶,是图书馆质量管理亟待解决的问题,建立高校图书馆质量文化是解决这一问题的有效措施,本文论述了高校图书馆质量文化的内涵、特征和意义,并根据本校图书馆的实际情况提出了高校图书馆质量文化建设的途径。通过有意识地培养和建设图书馆质量文化,更深层次地发展高校图书馆的质量管理,最终以ISO标准全面提升高校图书馆服务质量。     

西北地区草地的环境管理

本文分析了西北地区草地生态及其草地退化原因。为了有效的进行草地环境管理,结合草地畜牧业的实际介绍了环境管理体系的运行模式以及ISO14000环境管理系列标准,并指出环境管理体系在西北地区草地恢复与生态保护中的重要作用。     

质量管理在兽药企业GMP实施中的运用

在兽药企业GMP体系管理工作中落实ISO9000标准的八项质量管理原则，会更加充实兽药企业GMP管理体系的基础，使实施GMP的成果得到巩固，并有所创新。     

在高等教育领域树立"顾客满意"质量意识的思考

本文借鉴ISO9000质量管理体系标准的新的质量观,提出要在高教领域树立"顾客满意"质量意识的观点,对高等教育领域的"顾客"进行了分析识别,对高等教育领域"顾客满意"的内涵予以探讨,并阐述了树立"顾客满意"质量意识的必要性及要求。     

Variation in syringes and needles dead space compared to the International Organization for Standardization standard 7886-1:2018

ObjectiveTo measure the dead space of various syringe volumes and brands and a range of needles gauges commonly used in clinical practice, and to compare the results to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard 7886-1:2018.Study designProspective observational study.MethodsSyringes of five brands and seven volumes: 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 30, and 60 mL, 10 of each, 10 1 mL low dead space syringes and 10 23, 21 and 18 gauge needles were analysed. Syringe dead space was estimated by weighing each syringe, drawing up and expelling its rated volume of water for injection and re-weighing the syringe. The difference in mass between the two measurements was calculated and converted to a volume based on the density of water. The dead space of the needles was estimated using a similar technique: each needle was attached to a 1 mL syringe of known dead space. A Mettler electronic balance was used for the measurements. Mean dead space was calculated for each syringe volume and needle gauge. Data were compared to the ISO standard.ResultsSyringe dead space for 1 and 2.5 mL was less than 0.07 mL. For 5 mL syringes four of five brands, and for 10 mL syringes one of five brands failed to comply with the ISO; the dead space was greater than 0.075 and 0.1 mL, respectively. For the 20, 30, 60 mL syringes the dead space was less than 0.2 mL. Needle dead space was 0.05 mL for 23 and 21 gauge, and 0.07 mL for 18 gauge, similar in order of magnitude to syringe dead space.ConclusionsThe dead space of syringes differs between brands, and some do not meet the ISO standard. When calculating the amount of drug lost due to dead space, both that of the syringe and needle used should be considered.     

ISO‐Based Assessment of Accuracy and Precision of Glucose Meters in Dogs

Background

Portable blood glucose meters (PBGMs) allow easy glucose measurements. As animal‐specific PBGMs are not available everywhere, those for humans are widely used.

Objectives

To assess the accuracy and precision of 9 PBGMs in canine whole blood (WB) and plasma, based on the ISO 15197:2013.

Animals

Fifty‐nine client‐owned dogs attending the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

Methods

Analytical evaluation of 100 blood samples was performed for accuracy and 23 for precision (glucose 29–579 mg/dL) following ISO recommendations. A PBGM was considered accurate if 95% of the measurements were within ±15 mg/dL from the reference when glucose was <100 mg/dL and within ±15% when it was ≥100 mg/dL, and if 99% of them were within zones A and B in error grid analysis (EG). A hexokinase‐based analyzer was used as reference. Ninety samples were assessed for hematocrit interferences.

Results

Accuracy requirements were not fulfilled by any PBGM in WB (74% of measurements within the limits for the most accurate) and by 1 only in plasma. However, the EG analysis in WB was passed by 6 PBGM and by all in plasma. The most accurate were also the most precise, with coefficients of variation <5% in WB and <3% in plasma. Hematocrit correlated with bias against the reference method in 4 PBGM (r = −0.243 − [−0.371]; P < .021).

Conclusions and Clinical Importance

This disparity among PBGM suggests that meters approved for humans need to be evaluated before use in other species.     

客家黄酒的品质保证

客家黄酒是中国黄酒的一个分支,也是广东省的传统特产。“绿纯”客家黄酒是广东著名品牌,通过绿色食品认证和ISO9000质量体系、H ACCP食品安全管理体系的建立,实现了对“绿纯”黄酒从“农田到餐桌”的全程质量控制,为产品品质提供了有力的保证。     

ISO22000有效传授方法探索

"美丽中国"之社会建设中提到,食品安全问题是影响我们最严重的十大问题之一,食品安全是建设美丽中国的必然要求。针对当前食品安全现状及食品等专业学生就业初期频繁跳槽等问题,提出食品及相关专业在校大学生掌握ISO22000食品安全质量管理体系的重要性,并对食品及相关专业学生开展ISO22000食品安全管理体系知识传授的实施方法进行了探索,试图为解决目前食品等相关专业大学生就业难、就业初期频繁跳槽等问题,并能改善中国食品安全现状找到一个有效的方法。结果证明,该方法能明显提高食品及相关专业大学生的安全意识、解决食品安全问题的综合能力及就业竞争率,但仍需进一步探索和完善。     

"绿色食品”开发与清洁农业技术

绿色食品”是以环保、安全、健康为目标的可持续食品，代表着未来食品发展的方向。发展绿色食品对于保护环境和资源，改善农业自然生态条件，促进农业可持续发展都具有极其重要的意义。绿色食品的生产过程应该是“清洁生产”，推行清洁农业技术，是生产安全、卫生”绿色食品”的先决条件。积极稳妥地推行IS014000系列标准，是发展绿色食品的客观要求。     

土壤pH值的测定国际国内方法差异研究

将国际标准化组织于2005年2月15日发布的《土壤质量─pH的测定》(ISO10390:2005)的国际标准方法与国内使用的土壤pH测定方法做对比,研究了不同方法土壤样品制备、悬浊液制备、电极选择、温度和振荡时间等测定条件控制以及测试报告编写几个方面的差异,为分析方法改进作参考。
