高校图书馆ISO模式下质量文化建设的思考——海南大学图书馆质量文化建设的探索

海南大学图书馆全面质量管理体系运行多年后进入了瓶颈时期，如何推动质量管理工作上一个新的台阶，是图书馆质量管理亟待解决的问题，建立高校图书馆质量文化是解决这一问题的有效措施，本文论述了高校图书馆质量文化的内涵、特征和意义，并根据本校图书馆的实际情况提出了高校图书馆质量文化建设的途径。通过有意识地培养和建设图书馆质量文化，更深层次地发展高校图书馆的质量管理，最终以ISO标准全面提升高校图书馆服务质量。
